I am glad I called fresh air to clean my dryer vent . Upon their initial inspection they found my dryer vent was broken inside my wall. They used a camera system to take pictures and video so I could see what was happening. My wall cavity behind the drywall was filling up with dryer vent lint at an alarming rate. They were able to remove the damaged pipe and replace it as well as clean out all that nasty lint. Now my laundry room doesn’t steam up and they saved me from a potentially larger problem. They were polite punctual and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend.

Fresh Air sent out a flyer stating how much work theyd done in my neighborhood; I then proceeded to take the bait and book an appt. with the crazy large time window. Tech then shows up without a ladder big enough to reach the dryer vent. Me thinks theyve not actually done work in my neighborhood before, lol.

Service tech called ahead and when he arrived was very courteous, removing his shoes before walking through the house to see existing dryer and ductwork locations. Good experience.

Arial was my service man today. Professional, kind and went above and beyond. My neighbor used him as well. Same results but he had to climb up on the roof. Some strange set with a cover that was bolted on. He finally had to clean from inside. GREAT JOB!

We received a direct mail solicitation them indicating their great response from last year cleaning in our condo association. My wife scheduled an appointment from the mailing. Today when the technician showed up he scared my wife in telling her he could not clean the duct due to a hole in the duct behind dryer. She contacted me at my office and I told her to pass and cancel the service. Apparently the technician asked if she had a handymen, if not Fresh Air could fix it for $200, plus the $89 cleaning service. Unbeknown to the technician, I’ve been in the home inspection business for over 21 years and have inspected over 8000 homes and commercial buildings. When I inspected the duct it was nothing more than a loose connection at dryer, vary minor fix. So if an uninformed homeowner would fall victim to such an approach they would pay $289 to have a loose connection tightened and duct cleaned. I find this very appalling! Would not recommend them!

Amazing service from start to finish! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they even called 15 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. Andrew was outstanding! Very thorough and informative in explaining what he was doing. Oh, and the price was great too!Very happy customer!

I called fresh air after having a different contractor come and tell me he couldnt get our clog out after trying for over an hour. Within 10 minutes the tech from fresh air had the section of pipe with the clog removed and cleaned out. I never realized the danger I was putting my entire family in by not having this maintained on a regular basis. Thanks again guys for getting us taken care of.

Rep was on time, professional and knowledgeable. While cleaning the dryer vent he found a hole in the dryer hose and recommended replacing it while there - at an additonal cost of $250! Above the cost of the service call for vent cleaning!I wont call them again.

I requested an appointment online and was called within 5 minutes. The service person was right on time and went above and beyond cleaning my dryer vent, which is located on the 2nd floor. Pricing is excellent as is customer service. I already have them on the books for 2021

My dryer was taking too long to dry the clothes. My vent was packed with lint and the dryer was not properly connected to the vent line. They were able to clean all the lint out of the vent and reconnect the dryer properly. The clothes are drying fast and safely.

Fresh Air did a fantastic job on my dryer vent. It was terribly clogged. He spent the extra time to make sure the lines we clean. Very very happy with the service. Highly recommend!!

WHAT!! SECOND LEADING CAUSE OF HOUSE FIRE!! Why did I not know this! That is until the flyer from Fresh Air came in the mail! I was skeptical so researched it myself and yup it is second leading cause of house fires! Knowing 3 families that have suffered loss due to house fires and watching the news of fires out west from natural causes and this something I can prevent was a no brainier for me as I have a family. It was easy I called the number set up appointment, confirmed day before and day of they came in the time slot I was given and 30 minutes later they were gone, now I have peace of mind I did my due diligence in keeping our family that much safer. This all for less than 100 bucks!! I recommend this service to EVERYONE!!

The tech was very nice however to be up- charged for using your credit cards and not being told you have an up charge for using it instead of cash! Oh yes they up charge as well if your duct is on the roof and dont tell you that either! I should not have to pay your credit card fees ! You have that service for your customers its not there to charge them for it! I dont like dishonest companies! That sneak things in on their services! BAD BUSINESS! Wont use again

This review is coming from Sterling Heights. I found out about this company because they sent a notice in the mail saying they were having a discount during the month of October. Im so glad they sent that because I NEVER think about cleaning my dryer vents. The technician was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Fresh Air....and NO ONE from the company asked to give any reviews.

My pregnant wife took work off for an appointment we had with Fresh Air Duct Cleaning LLC, they never even showed up or called to let us know they wouldnt be here, horrible customer service. They said they called and left a voicemail, which was a lie. My wife has never had a full voice mailbox in her life, which they claimed was the case. How can you just stand up a customer? This place is a joke!

Adam and Tim gave prompt efficient service at a reasonable price. They took the time to clear up a bad venting situation left by whomever had installed the original venting. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them.

These guys are A rated by the better business bureau and its not hard to see that they know what they are talking. They encouraged me to watch the process and I saw for myself how much stuff comes out.

The man you sent to my house, in Redstone Condominiums was awesome. We have two dryers and he found that one was not vented to the outside. I was able to contact the contractor and get the siding open. He came back today and cleaned the formerly blocked vent.He was professional, showed me the problem and came back today. I think he saved me from the possibilities of major problems in the future.I can’t thank him or your company enough.

We were very satisfied with the work the men did. Were there the same day we called. They explained everything they did. I could not beleive the amount of wet lint that they got out of the vent pipe.. They were also very friendly, and will recomand your company to friends.

They never showed, despite scheduling an appointment a month in advance. No confirmation call, nothing. I tried calling their number 5 times today, but they ignore the calls. I am all for supporting small business’ but not ones who practice unprofessionalism. Save yourself the time and hassle, by staying away from this company.
