We used to go to CarStar. We were referred to Great Lakes Detailing. This company is in the spot of Great Lakes detailing but not the same company. The carpets and seats were done well. But they did some damage to our car and did not report it when we picked up the car. The window controls on the drivers side wee scratched and look awful now. They also broke the plug off the AC connection. Also when we arrive the the whole shop smelled like Marijuana. The service was good but some details were awful. We have recently found the new location of Great Lakes detailing in Comstock Park and suggest you go there.

I got an interior detail, they did a great job! I dropped my car off the day before my appointment and got it done the same day I dropped it off. Overall, they did a great job and were very customer friendly!!

I had a key that was broken and we told them repeatedly about it. The key was grooved on one side so it was obvious which side went in and we told them this. They however shoved the wrong side in to the extent that I had to have the car towed to a dealer and then when we asked them about it they stated it wasnt their fault. Good detail but I wouldnt trust them if you have any issues mechanically with your car.
