This place was freaking wonderful! The service was amazing and the people were super kind and had stories to tell. Definitely made me smile and laugh when I went in! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve built a good relationship with a few of the stylist so no matter what time intend to fit a haircut into my busy life, I know these guys will take care of me.

Quality haircut place. Have never been disappointed with the service here. Can say this.. they train all their stylists well. Heather is the absolute best (who I usually schedule with) but the others are all very good.

When you pay, the computer suggests tips. They start at around 25% and go up from there. With the employee who is getting the tip watching, it is hard to say that tips this high are ridiculous.

Always a great experience with Heather L. At the cascade location. My son is a stylist in Manhattan and will usually comment on my hair and what he see as bad technique, hes never had a negative comment on Heathers work, good job Heather! Theres a good reason shes so popular but definitely worth the wait!

Be sure the stylists here understand what you want, and double check before you let them start. My husband got his haircut here for the holidays so he would look fresh and clean and his stylist messed up his request so much that he doesnt look like himself. Additionally there are portions which are uneven, and she cut it so, so, so short on the sides it might as well have been shaved to the scalp- which also means the only way to fix it is either buzz more of his hair that short or wait to let it grow out. This was just terrible timing for a messed up haircut as we head into the holidays.

Ive been going to Judes for a long time simply because it was what I was used to. However, because of the the images they put on their walls and the way they choose to brand themselves, I could no longer continue to support them. I made the switch to Sports Clips and it is one of the better decisions Ive made. The service was excellent, my haircut turned out great, and I got way more for a dollar less than I was paying at Judes (not to mention the space was far more enjoyable and family-friendly). I highly recommend the switch if you are considering one and had / have in the same problem with Judes (or somewhere else) that I did

Pretty good experience here. I was in town across the street at the crowne plaza. I needed a cut so I dropped in. Luckily I was the only person in. In and out probably in 15 min. Good haircut. The only downside was the price. $18 for just a cut. Used to $10 back home. Friendly staff though.

This store is the best! Ive been going there for quite a while now. Heather is awesome at what she does! I just go in, sit down, and the magic happens! Makes life easy knowing the stylist knows what I like and I dont have to worry about my hair cut being done differently. Very relaxing to be there. No long wait time either. Everyone needs to come to this location!

We have been going to Cascade Sport Clips for over two years now. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. We have never had a bad experience. For as long as we live on the SE side of town, I don’t see either our son or I going anywhere else. If you have been thinking about stopping by, do it. You won’t miss a play and you will come back often. Just like us.

Usually pretty fast service and always very friendly. Generous with the coupons and free upgrades too. The owner has even called me on the phone once to ask about my experience. They are very customer minded and make you feel wanted rather than an inconvenience. The whole experience is relaxing and easy going, start to finish.

I received a nice hair cut by one of your many friendly staff. Thank for being close to my home. I think a bigger discount should be offered to retirees like myself. I thank you for being able to come in for a free trim of the neck. Very comfortable setting.

I always feel like I get an MVP Experience at Sports Clips. A great place to watch sports on the big TV arena while getting an excellent haircut. Heather has been cutting my hair for years and I am happy I was able to follow her from another shop.

There is nothing not to love about the experience you will have at this location. Their haircut game is fire, theres sports EVERY WHERE, and the stylists are very friendly and personable. In fact, I had to break up with my girlfriend of 4 years because after how well I was treated at this sports clips. She hadnt ran her fingers through my hair, or massaged anything, in over 3 years! Sports Clips Bae does it every time.

Was traveling from Chicago and didnt have time to get a haircut before I left. Had a 10 AM meeting and stopped in first thing at 9 AM for a quick cut and style. I let Brandis know I had a time crunch and she was awesome getting the cut done quickly. Will definitely be back for a visit.

The first time you go they offer you a free hot towel and back massage. The staff was super personable and really knew how to cut hair. Their clients are generally guys so they get plenty of practice. What are you waiting for, go clean yourself up and land that interview, promotion, or date. Thanks Sports Clips!

I was apprehensive to begin walking in to a chain hair salon and I had good reason . I explained thoroughly what I was looking for and provided pictures she was confident she could do it . Not a hard haircut but it was for her . She didn’t have any of the tools to do it and turned my hard part into a double part and my lines were uneven and she only made it worse by nit picking and trying to fix her mistakes over and over when I just wanted to jump out of that chair . She had no confidence in her ability to cut hair and continued to tell me how she screwed which is the last thing I wanna here but lesson learned Vicky . Sweet lady but I won’t be back ! Good luck to the next guy

Great service. Was in and out real quick and with hair looking much better than it was when I walked in.

Haircut is stellar. Always very little wait. Extra services tend to be a little light and the cost is at least 5 dollars higher than comparable, quick cut establishments. All in all it is a good solid place for a very good haircut.

They are great here. Sometimes need a little direction on the cut but they do exactly what you want when you ask. Appreciate a good cut. Thank you!

My 6 year old and I get our hair cut at this location of Sport Clips. The stylists have done a nice job with our haircuts and are have been very friendly. My son insists that we go to Sport Clips when its time for a haircut. And I have no to agree, there is not reason to go somewhere else.

I have been coming here ever since they opened. Maybe 4 times a year. For the last year, everytime i have come here they look me up in their system they cannot find me and i have to go through the whole process of registering and remembering what length cutters they used. Time to find another barber, as from today.
