I have been knowing the entire staff over 8 years now. Dan is a very generous man! At the front desk is Mrs. Chris, and Miss. Liz.This trio of PROFESSIONALS are at the top of their game in this insurance buisness. Very friendly, kind and...as i stated...VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! If you are in need of car/truck insurance you will not be disappointed, i have coverage and renters insurance all under $100.00. Enjoy.

I switched from AAA insurance back to StateFarm because they offered the best rates for my family. This StateFarm office is not the closest one to me but I chose it because the people that work here. Christine K is awesome! Will not be switching insurances anytime soon, if ever.

Liz at Mr. Koorndyks office took the greatest care of our daughter today who found herself needing immediate assistance. Liz took the time to walk her through every option and every step in order to be sure they were making the best decision for her and her partner. The care and empathy she showed made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to handle.

Really nice people. The only ones in the area who would let me use their bathroom when I needed to.Its the small things that speak to a persons character and the guy here is exceptionally nice, he even helped my mother get a quote for her van. When I get a car Im getting it insure through here.

The receptionist is very rude. My father went with my husband to try to change coverage and she was rude and giving us a hard time. I would give zero stars if I could. She makes this office look bad. Gave a horrible attitude when we wanted to change agents due to language barrier. Dan Koorndyk needs a new receptionist that can be professional

I live in sparta and was not receiving the customer service from the the local state farm. I transferred to Dans location and it was the best decision I made. It does not matter whos picking up my call. Customer service is always wonderful, highly recommend this location.

GREAT OFFICE GREAT PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE

Worst customer service experience ever. I have been a customer of his for 28 years. I just had my first homeowners claim. When I called to see if I was covered, his assistant answered and didn’t know. Directed me to State Farm’s home office. Now, my basement was flooded and it ruined my furnace in the middle of February in Michigan. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK FOR 4 DAYS!!!! Of course I had to act. I had no heat. It was 20° outside. Guess what, they aren’t covering the full cost. No one in his office helped me. Horrible experience and after this I am dropping Koorndyk and State Farm. They are over priced and unlike their advertising, are not there when you need them. I still have not heard from my actual agent. He doesn’t deserve my money in renewals every year.

Ive been with Dan for over 15 years for our car and home insurance, and I give him and his staff the highest recommendation! Great service and personal attention cant be beat, and they deliver it.

You need to make sure you understand what you signing your on or make sure you have someone that dose they will make you sign your name to lower coverage then you ask for then you are lost out on a vehicle and still making payments on it for there mistake.
