I feel the EZ pay was not clearly explained that depending on you bank/ credit union amount date pulls varies. So I was late once and not want to repeat fees from my bank $30 I check the app and well 2 days after my payment was to be made I went a head a made a debit card payment. Then Ez pay kick in a day later and pulls money I dont have causing me a fee of the bank $30 and a late charge with All state of $30 you knows who fault they say it is. Mine! Because I should have called to ask why my Ez payment wasnt processed on the date it was scheduled. Also found out during the conversation that the ez payment date had been changed from the 10th to the 3rd of each month. Cant help but feel set up here. I was also informed I was not in EZ pay after I called back because I just didnt understand and want to make sure I did so I would have waited for Dec 10 payment waited the grace period he said was 7-10 business days and if I dont see the payment pulled to call. Why yes id end up needing to call because the date was moved to the 3rd which I wouldnt have known and been charged a late fee again. Oh and because I tried to be proactive with this payment that bit me in the but. I know longer can be this current policy because of 2 late payments now and will be charged more in jan when it renews. Well I havent even been with them 6 months and if this is how they function no thanks. A warning to all of you.
