Great costumer service! I was able to get a quote and my proof of insurance all in the same day, that was huge for me sense my previous insurance was ending within a few days. Not only was I taken care of in a timely manner, I saved money by switching. Very pleased, I would recommend anyone.

Terrible customer service they sent me a quote which was better then my rate now . Called and left several messages no return phone call as promised . Rude customer service . They actually told me to go to a different farm bureau office . Very unprofessional and rude.
