I’ve been living at Ridges of Cascade for a little over a year now and absolutely LOVE it! From the management team (Nicole and Dennis) to maintenance, you will always get any issue resolved quickly and with a smile. When my parents visit from Detroit they feel like they’re on a mini vacation and enjoy relaxing by the pool/hot tub. I also love working out at the gym - even quit my expensive gym membership because I have everything I need to get a good workout in here. You will not be disappointed living here - best decision I have ever made!!

I have lived here about 1 1/2 years and agree with other posters about the great staff..dog friendly amenities etc but today I want to mention maintenance. A light fixture stopped working this week and Kevin...a maintenance person..came by a couple of hours after I emailed the office..a new fixture was needed which I thought might take weeks. They were here today..as a bonus, Kevin installed two ( they are side by side pendant lights)to make sure they matched👍🏻Five star all around! Always prompt to reply to service request.

My wife and I decided to settle in the GR area some months ago, and began looking for an apartment close to downtown, in a good area, and suburban. When we found Ridges of Cascade we knew it was where we would like to locate. It took a few months for the floor plan we wanted to open up but it has definitely been worth the wait. The staff has been outstanding in every way - helping us get situated, getting the apartment ready, addressing any operating questions we’ve had, and just general friendliness. In particular, we worked with Nicole, and she’s been excellent. The area is great, with shopping, restaurants, and much more very nearby. The neighbors we’ve met have all been very friendly also.

I have never lived at a place that takes such good care of their residents and property! The staff is so friendly, and Nicole is beyond helpful and was a huge contributor to my smooth transition back to GR from Chicago. ZERO complaints!

Best and most friendly apartment complex in Grand Rapids!!! So welcoming and so helpful moving in. Everyone that works in the office is friendly and always willing to help whenever you need it. They have an awesome gym and are very pet friendly. We got our first dog living in these apartments and he loves it here. Loves sitting outside on our balcony. Couldnt ask for a better apartment would highly recommend to anyone.

I love living at the Ridges! I moved here from out of state during the pandemic. Nicole was wonderful and extremely helpful! Dennis and all the staff are friendly and very quick to address any questions Ive had. The property is well maintained and the location is great. I highly recommend the Ridges of Cascade.

We have lived at the Ridges of Cascade for almost four years. The Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Club House and Fitness Room are such a bonus living here! Dennis(Property Manager)and Nicole are very pleasant to work with and are both very attentive. The location is very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, the airport and major highways. We love it here!

I have lived at Ridges of Cascade now for over 5 years. Moved in while the complex was still being built so probably one of the longest term residents here and the reason I have lived here so long is because the apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and under prior and current management the staff is always responsive and friendly. I have never had a concern left unaddressed and they always do so in a prompt manner. The neighbors are friendly and the location is convenient. Love the fact that so many residents are pet owners. Great place to live.

I’ve lived in apartments all throughout GR over the last 6 years. This is the best one by far. A little pricey of course, but you get what you pay for for sureThe maintenance team and front office is amazing. The new management team of Dennis and Nicole (she’s the greatest) try hard to keep the community fun and safeApartments are nice and spacious.They’re so nice, when I moved out, I left several dishes and cleaning supplies and clothes inside of the apartment because I ran out of room. Instead of fining me, they boxed it up for me and allowed me to come back and get my things10/10 would recommend

Recently moved into a one bedroom apartment at Ridges of Cascade after living in a 4 bedroom house in Missouri.Our apartment already feels like our new home and plan on keeping it our home for a long time.The apartment and complex are beautiful. You can tell high quality materials went into the building of Ridges of Cascade. The grounds are well maintained and it’s nice to see a lot of other tenants taking pride in their units by planting flower pots.Can’t believe how quiet the apartment is. You can occasionally hear traffic on 96 and planes landing at the airport, but never hear our neighbors.Love the pet friendly environment.Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Look forward to many years at Ridges of Cascade.

This place is fantastic. Construction was well done, you cannot hear your neighbors through your walls. Even though your unit is attached to others on 2 sides, you feel as though you have plenty of privacy.Plenty of community amenities such as a workout room and pool / hot tub. Maintenance is very attentive and responds to requests promptly.Office staff does a great job of helping you out as well.The only con to this place is that it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. I am more than willing to pay the higher rent amount thanks to the true quality of living you receive as a resident here.

Most apathetic management ever. Hopefully you never actually need them. My cat crawled outside my patio onto the roof and I was unable to get her down. I called maintenance for help so that they could bring a ladder for me to retrieve her. They refused. I had to drive to a hardware store to purchase a ladder when they could have just had a maintenance guy help out. Stay away.

Arguably the best place to live in town. Recent construction (and good quality, too) with quartz countertops and nice cabinetry. You can tell they did not go cheap, which is not the same to be said for a similar place nearby. The grounds are nicely maintained, the pool/hot tub area is always clean, and maintenance is on top of anything in your unit. Adam is great. The location is perfect, tucked inside a quiet residential neighborhood and office parks. Safety is never an issue. Youre very close to grocery stores and other shops and getting on and off the highway is a breeze. I spent a year here and only moved out because I purchased a home. I truly will miss this place a lot, and cant recommend it highly enough. Other residents will tell you the same!

My wife and I lived in the Ridges of Cascade for 1-year, nothing but great things to say. The amenities are top of the line, along with the quality and comfort of the apartments themselves. Location is second to none. Living in the Ridges allows you access to 28th street in literal minutes, yet you are far enough removed to not hear the noise and traffic. We loved our time there and highly recommend taking a visit. Dennis and the new management staff are very accommodating.

Excellent quality apartments. If you ever have any problems Dennis and the staff go above and beyond to help you. I have lived at Ridges of Cascade for three years now and have no complaints!

Wow... all I can say is Wow! I just moved into my new apartment, and I am just stunned. This place is gorgeous. Moving in here was such an easy and hassel free experience. Everyone in the office has been so helpful and considerate. I think that this is going to be a really good experience. The bark park has got to be the most amazing thing and my dog absolutely loves it. Im looking forward to settling in here and making this my home.

Im adding my review even though I dont live here. Our company, GR Dog Adventures walks, runs and hikes with dogs from Ridges of Cascade. I cant speak to living here, but I can speak to the management and maintenance and dog-friendliness of the complex. Ive worked at a lot of communities and this is one of my favorites!!! The management team is wonderful and the grounds are always clean and beautifully kept! There are quite a few dog bag/dispenser stations, a pet spa/dog wash area and a small dog park area so your dog can have play dates too:). Also, there are quite a few routes you can enjoy with your pup if youre out for a walk.

This is one of the best apartments in Cascade. Right off of 28th street, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Biking distance to a library. Also features an outdoor pool and hot tub for residents.
