Appt for endoscopy scheduled for 1p. Here on time. It is 1:50, still not called back. My daughter and grandson here with me. They have to stay in waiting room for my entire visit, which is up to 3 hours. Small waiting room, uncomfortable chairs, no coffee or water available. No vending machines. TV is on HGTV. Not very accommodating.
