Sure wish I had read the reviews here before renting with them. They are slumlords, totally un-responsive when you try to get anything fixed. I havent had a functional kitchen for most of the three months weve been here. They sent someone out for a quote to do some work, then next I heard they were switching property management companies instead of dealing with it. They would not answer or return phone calls after that. Shame on you, Duke, and the whole company. And for anyone else whos had a bad experience with them, remember you can also leave a bad review on their real estate company called Blu House properties!

Once I got locked out of my apartment because our keyless entry battery died, I called the main line and the emergency line repeatedly for over an hour before another tenant finally opened door. Rentblu returned my call BY TEXT 8 days later.After I had let them know 3 times that I would be moving out at the end of my lease, they still contacted me for payment.Find someplace else to rent with, it’s not worth the headache.

Do not ever use this service! I lived at one of their properties for all of 2020. I had a raccoon infestation for 6 months, calling weekly, begging for them to take care of it. Angela continuously neglected the problem by telling me it would get taken care of, not answering the phone, or trying to tell me it was my responsibility (when my lease clearly stated that it was not). This problem was never fixed. I finally moved out of the property on January 1st 2021. I was told I would receive my full security deposit with in 30 days. It is March 15th and I have yet to receive it. They are extremely inconsistent, unprofessional, and do not stand by their word. Do not waste your time, money, or attention on rent blu property management.

They had a property listed as available April 1st. I sent in an application and paid the $44 in fees. A couple hours later, they changed the availability date to April 22nd. I reached out to them about this, as it no longer worked for me. They completely ignored me, never responded, and took my money anyways. Seems like a scam. Id avoid this company.

Rent Blu decided to fix a cracked and flooding foundation with caulk. I could literally see through the basement wall to the outside. Paying 1100 for rent for this and they claim they fixed that along other issues

Do not ever use RentBlu! I lived on Sigsbee Street, and we had a rat/mice infestation and terminate issue. Angela from RentBlu insisted that mouse traps would fix the problem.. it did NOT fix the problem. She did not return our calls after complaining multiple times. Finally, when we saw the owners of the house, they actually cared about the issues we were having. Honestly, save yourself time energy by going elsewhere. They are not professional or care about your safety of health.

They took my application fee money and I never heard from them again.
