The only place I go to get my eyebrows threaded. Have been coming here for the last 4 years and strongly recommend. Always clean not much of a wait time, prices are reasonable staff is very friendly love this place.

Awesome service! I had my eyebrows threaded, my face waxed and threaded, and my 30-minute facial all done in the same appointment. Ms. Gabi was very friendly and provided me excellent service, especially with the face massage. Location is easy to find and the place itself is clean and nice. They give first-time discounts to newcomers so anyone that’s looking to get these types of services should come here and try them out.

I always have a great experience at Newrain, I have been going to her for my eyebrow threading for about 2-3 years now and always come out with the best eyebrows. She always makes sure I am comfortable and ask me after finishing them if they are good. If it is your first time getting your eyebrows threaded I would recommend her because she’s very attentive and informative with what shape fits you best. The seats are also wiped down thereforeCOVID precautions are followed. After getting your eyebrows threaded she also offers you cooling gel. I have only came here for my eyebrow threading and my boyfriend has done a facial and said it was relaxing as well! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I recently went to Newrain Eyebrow Threading in GP to receive a facial. It was my first time ever receiving one, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. It was extremely relaxing and my face felt great after. I will most definitely be coming back for another facial. If you have never had one and would like one please visit this place and ask for Newrain, she did mine and she did a wonderful job. She also did my brazilian wax a week earlier. She is very sweet and make me feel comfortable in both experiences. I do love the Arlington location as well, but I will be coming back to the GP location since it is closer to me. Each and every one of the girls are very nice and there work is amazing. I usually go with the young girl to get my eye brows, mustache and chin threaded. My eyebrows always look amazing and I don’t have to go back home and pluck out any extra little hairs. The atmosphere is so relaxing and very clean! You guys must try it out!

Newrian is just so friendly and professional and she gets the work done I. No time with beautiful results. I dont remember being so happy leaving a spa until I set foot at newrian. She gave me a full body wax and eyebrow threading together with a facial chemical peel. Love love love it

Isha i believe was her name did a great job on my brows. However as I was getting my brows threaded she asked if I have considered waxing my face... that only means shes hinting I need to LOL!I also got my underarms waxed (I had to cheat on my regular spot) and she burned me. They were irritated and red and itd hurt to put them down.Overall they were very nice but I probably wont go back. If I do, Ill let Youll know! :)

I usually visit this place for threading, and one day I booked a facial with the owner, Newrain. I loved it !! She is genuine and loves her job! She takes care of your skin and is honest in what you need. I love getting facials with her at Newrain eyebrow threading.The cost for a facial here is just a plus! Very economic.

I went on Saturday to do eyelash they said I had to make an appointment well waiting to do my eyebrows I asked one of the ladies for help an booking my appointment she said the lady who does eyelashes is in on Tuesday and Thursday I called today on a Tuesday and they said to come in that the lady who does eyelashes is in all day I asked twice if I had to book an appointment she said no just come in when I arrived and asked for eyelashes they said I have to book an appointment I told them I had just called and they said I didnt The lady seem very annoyed at having to do eyelashes she told me to have a sit with an attitude and gave me a consent form when I asked her why I have to sign it she became ruder and was like you dont have to do it with a big attitude..It was my first time doing eyelashes and I was just asking a question..

I been doing my lashes since I can remember. I went to this location on Friday but I usually go to the location in Irving, but wanted to try somewhere closer to my location bad idea and my lashes didn’t met standard. Tiki put the lashes on the gave me the mirrors the first time and it wasn’t full. I can tell at that moment it was not done right, you can see the base of lashes.I asked her to add a little more and she did, but my lashes was all over the place I wasn’t feeling them. By Saturday night those lashes were falling off little by little I wasn’t surprise. I went in Sunday and explain the situation and there telling me what I did wrong and made the lashes come off, I been wearing lashes since I can remember. Fast forward another young lady did my lashes free of charge and didn’t fix the one that was about to fall off, Monday morning piece was hanging off . I’m going back to my regular location the worst part is that there way more expensive than the other location and less knowledge on how you wax and put on lashes. I gave it 2 stars 1 for cleanses and 1 for friendliness.

I tried this place out for the first time last month on a Tuesday night and i forgot the lady’s name but I loved the way she did my brows. So I came back in today and didn’t see her so I had another lady, which I was high disappointed bc she CUT UP my brows I have cuts all over my skin by my brows and it stings. She was super rough. I read other reviews and I saw there was a lady that leaves really bad cuts here and I think it was her bc ooo girl she was cutting up. Lol but I will still go here again just not with her.

I’ve been having my eyebrows threaded since May. Sandy has always been the young lady to do it and she’s always done a great job. I thought it would hurt but, it doesn’t. I had them tinted for the first time today and as always Sandy has done a wonderful job.

Ive been going to Newrain since her Siara Spa days in Arlington and it has gotten nothing but better. I adore Sobas threading skills & experience; my brows doesnt grow completely full but after shes done you couldnt tell. She does not disappoint & does an awesome job.

I went to the Newrain eyebrows threading earlier today and a lady named honu (not sure how to spell it) was threading very hard on my moms upper lip and threaded my moms eyebrows. My mom kept telling honu to make sure not to make her eyebrows too thin and honu kept saying “I know” in a rude way. Also when honu was threading my moms lower lip my mom felt that it was too rough so she politely told honu that she was being too rough and honu responded with “well that’s what I do everyday ma’am”. I don’t appreciate honu’s customer service. I will never give her my business again.
