Just sitting here looking at my daughter hair and I was definitely played out of $65 plus I tipped her because that’s just the type of person I am. It looks like something I could have done and I have zero skill at doing hair. Style didn’t last 24 hrs and honestly smart style doesn’t cater to natural hairstyles for littles girls or women with thick long hair. Never going back...

I love this place. Carolyn takes great care of me and my hair. She is always pleasant and does a great job doing my hair. This salon has great customer service and treats everyone with respect.

Ive come to this location a few times not for anything major. My last visit I had my hair cut all off to a very short pixie. By tiffany I really like it. I will be back.

Man the Stylist was really reallly kind very good personality but her flat iron skills just aint there, I dont even remember the young lady name 🤷‍♀️. She didnt do to bad, but she didnt do great either and paying 70 for wash & press your hair should be superb..

The stylist Brandy did a great job on my hair! It has body, looks and feels great. Thank you Ms. Brandy for a wonderful job. However, it would be nice to get a bottle of water when you come in. The owner wanted Brandy to leave for a meeting in the middle of doing my hair, & wanted some other woman to do it. Oh no, never. What happened to good customer service??? I even asked to speak with the owner and she refused to come back to the salon to speak with me. HOW RUDE OF THE OWNER!!! (Ms. Brandy started and she can finish the job. I didnt come in for Debra!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!! I sent a message to the owner (Radhika) but you refused to come down and speak with the client. Now you want me to call or email. Good customer service is speaking to the client when they request you. You were at the salon and refused to speak with me. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in a few months ago with my teenage daughter for a wash and style. Essence was her stylist and she did an amazing job. She flat ironed her hair to the gods. Thank you Essence

If you want an awful hair cut please visit this so-called salon. On arrival I had a head full of hair, when I left my head looked as if I was going through chemo. I’ve had some pretty awful hair cuts, but this has to be the worse. And that’s after the 2nd person tried to fix the 1sr mistake. To top it off I had to listen to them put other clients business out there. (The manager). I would not even buy product from this salon.

I was a customer on Friday, June 21, 2019 where my hair was butchered. I left the salon in tears. I went in to have my existing style trimmed and walked out with a military cut. I am a mature women and considered my hair my crown. The young lady who destroyed my hair style clearly didnt know what she was doing because she asked questions of the manager from across the Salon and the Manager directed her from across the salon.The young lady used clippers that clipped my sides down to the scalp, leaving holes. My hair is uneven, poorly cut and embarrassing. I was waiting for my car which was being serviced and while waiting, I called and asked for a store MANAGER. When a manager finally came on the line, I asked for the name of the Salon Manager. He didnt know and went down to the salon to get it. When he returned to our call, he said no one in the salon knew the name of the manager. ........I can go on and on. ...I am not new to this salon. LaLa and Lisa have nurtured my style for months...and to have it destroyed in a matter of minutes...I will wear a wig and or a hat until my hair grows back....Please, anyone considering a Natural cut, think twice about having it done at SMARTSTSTYLE located at 2225 W. Interstate 20, GRAND Prairie. Shirley

They cant even cut hair!!! They have to clue how to cut a fade! They need to go back to school!!! Horrible place! We will NEVER be back! The staff is very rude!! They need to learn customer service!!!!!
