I went in one evening after work and it was close to closing time I guess that’s where I went wrong however they got me in quickly. The nail tech was very young looking and was sweet but did a rush job. I asked for dip on my acrylics. She dipped them TWICE then started to file and shape. They were way too thin and here I am 5 days later with two broken nails. I wouldn’t go back as this is the 2nd time I have left unhappy with service. You can see in the pictures below how thin the acrylics were.

Went and had a supreme pedicure there this morning. Sandy took care of me. Very enjoyable.. Nice relaxing atmosphere. My feet really appreciate the Pampering. I will be Back.

Favorite nail salon I’ve been to and I go regularly.I usually ask for Tom or his wife they’re very professional and friendly. And when I get pedicures it’s from the other man that works there he’s amazing I’m not sure of his name. But I love that they are never super busy and a beautiful salon

They rush you. Use cheap polish. Gel chips after one day. The male nail tech can not paint nails at all. Spots are left unpainted. Save your money. Go down the street to the other nail place.

Got my nails done on a Friday, 2 days before my baby shower and 6 days later one nail popped off and others started lifting. Paid almost $55 for them. Not happy whatsoever

Ive been coming to this salon for ten years and they always do an exceptional job on nails depending on who you get to do them. I will not let anyone but myself and Cindy touch my eye brows. She always does a good job and I leave feeling like a new woman.

Ive gone here a few times and Ive always got the same guy (unfortunately I keep forgetting his name). He is wonderful and has done my nails for my prom and graduation and so forth. He is now the only person I will allow to do my nails in that salon. I went yesterday to get my nails done he was busy so a lady came to me and told me she was ready and I thought Id give her shot. I asked for red and gold coffin nails. The nails are not coffin! Theyre very bulky and square. They look like press on nails. She didnt blend the gold with the red she made a square patch of gold which I could have done and then told me the gold on the middle finger would cost me extra! Just realizing the nails are also crooked from the picture I took. They look horrible even though I showed her a picture of how I wanted them done exactly. They were supposed to looks like the white set just marroon rather than white. Then I realized she was the same lady who messed up my moms nails last time. Unfortunately I dont know her name either to steer you clear of her. Her station is in the far left corner by their waxing area. So I paid $40 for crap nails. Just get the males they are very good at what they do!(My review is based of this last experience. The place is very clean and relaxing!)

I just moved to the area and was in need of a good nail salon. I found Creative Nail Spa by accident and it was the best accident I ever experienced. I received a pedicure by Kristina and she was excellent! And the extras are a good value for your money. I have definitely found my new nail salon.

I’ve had good and not so good experiences with this place. Since they’ve started raising their prices, I’ve noticed a decline in quality. I usually come here for pedicures, but I’m not looking to pay $32+ for a decent option when they used to charge about $20/$25 for the same service.

I came in and very specifically asked if I could have nail polish remove Dan to get my eyebrows done I would pay for whatever I needed and nearly every person in their proceeded to try and sell me more and more things and I repeatedly said no I just want my eyebrows done and I do not appreciate being blatantly talked about... body language is pretty clear. Im still a paying customer even though Im only getting my eyebrows done but wont be getting those done today good luck with your business tactics.

Had a awesome experience yesterday for my first time at Creative Nail Spa! Tom was my nail tech and I ask him if I could have my nails natural nails dip in nexgen powder he exactly knew what I was talking about. He did an amazing job!!! Did basic pedi and got hot stones super awesome! This place has reasonable prices and great service, never was I pressure to add to my package. Absolutely love this place!!!💅

Very horrible experience!! I waited an hour and was completely ignored. Racism played a big part. I had two Caucasian women come in 10 mins behind me and ended up getting serviced before. I explained to the head greeter that I was there before them and was told sorry and they will service next. Truly unfair and a waste of time.All nail salons need to enforce customer service which this salon is lacking.

I really enjoy coming here go get pedicures I always get the deluxe pedicure it’s super relaxing, their prices are a little bit higher than other salons but it’s not an every day thing so it’s worth it. One thing is on weekends their super busy so if you want the most relaxing experience without a rush going during the week is great.

Ive been going here for awhile but lately theyve been slacking! I love Cindy and the lady who does eyebrows. I just went after work and the lady who USUALLY does the waxing wasnt there,so I figured Ill just do my lip..bad choice. The lady put some on my cheek next to my lip and now I look like Kiley Jenner😑 my lips are throbbing and that NEVER happens!

I like the nail salon and they are good but the guy who did my nails was ok. I tried him twice and both times my nails were lifting bad. All of my nails were lifting after growing out just a little.

I loved this place, but in the past two times I went. They were horrible. The guy filed my nail crooked after cutting them down and started lifting in a week. Then 2nd time they sat me in the chair to get my pedicure and I had my get soaking for an hr. Horrible service!!!

I went here to get a dip powder. I waited 45 minutes before someone started my nails. The job was OK but not worth the wait. Went back six months later and still the same result plus my nail broke! My nail never breaks unless the service is subpar.

I dont get my nails done but a few times a year...usually when my mother in law comes to town. We love this place...they even include hot stones in their basic pedicure!

My experience while getting y gel manicure done was good, however, 4 days later, the polish has lifted, and is peeling off. I have had gel manicures done before, and this has never happened. Infact, I have never been able to soak them off myself at home.I had my manicure done on Saturday October 10,2015, and today is Wednesday October 14.Money down the drain.Also, the guy who did my nails kept pushing me to get the sns dip powder nails.Beware of this salon!!!!

The customer service here is horrible! I brought my daughters here. We all received a mani pedi. We waiting for over 30 minutes for them to start one of my daughters about 20 minutes later they started on me and then my other daughter about 10 minutes after that. I paid over $110 and when I asked for a small simple design on ONE finger the lady began to hell in her native tongue so another lady walked over to explain to me it would me an extra $5. I paid it and she still didnt do what I asked her to. Needless to say I will not be back! 👎🏽

Great place, good work. When the bar next door is open, the thumping penetrates the walls. No good if you are getting a pedicure on that side.

This was my first time here, even though ive known its been there, and I have to say it was great. Ive been looking for a new nail salon that offers a little more diversity and this is definitely it. I was helped by a lady named Sandy and when I said I wanted a full set the first thing she asked was Regular or stilleto or...? I showed her a picture of coffin shaped nails and she said no problem. Her process was quick but it was done precisely. I had previously had on a full set of acrylic but they had all broken off. There were still pieces of it on my nail and my actual nail was damaged and sensitive in the places where they had been previously shaved down. She did not over shave and when I told her one nail was sensitive and it hurt when she tried to pluck off the excess acrylic she took the extra time to soak it off for me. Overall great place, good music, refreshments, diversity, and great customer service. Definetely found my new nail salon!

(haxels gf) The salon is beautiful and big! The older man with glasses hurried me to pick a polish in the first 3 minutes that I was there. I told him I couldnt decided at the time so he chose a pink one and I agreed. I also saw here in the reviews that they serve refteshments, I was never asked if I would like something to drink. As he was doing my nails i noticed that he skipped a few steps like adding oil to the cuticles and didnt buff and shape them enough. When he applied a second coat of polish the color didnt look so good with my skin tone anymore. In the end my nails where too big and bulky and the polish was on my skin. After, I got my brows and lip waxed by the lady. I showed her pictures of what i wanted and she did an amazing job. Ill be going back to her only.

Terrible customer service. They lie about pricing. They charge you extra for EVERYTHING. They let other customers cut in front of you, making you wait another hour or 2. I have given this place a few chances, yesterday was my last one. Save your money and do NOT come here.

My nails lasted 7 days & 8 of them popped off whole. I popped off 4 days after getting them. I did go back & get it repaired. Very disappointed in these $40 set.

They make you wait forever, their two minutes is usually 1 hr and they cant just concentrate on one customer.... and to top it off their prices are never the same
