I wish I could give these people zero stars. They are lying crooks that take advantage of people by using scare tactics and manipulation. There are much better and cheaper and less invasive options out there for water filtration and I highly suggest you look into them. After you pay an outrageous price for one of these “water filters” you then are pressured into paying a monthly price just to maintain it and get it serviced when one of THEIR parts or elements stops working. It’s a joke. Their customer service is a joke. Please don’t fall into this trap and stay far far away from them.

I would have recommended this service until my system broke and they will not return my call to resolve it. Their system requires a high monthly fee and then I cannot get a response when I ask what this fee covers since they are not coming out to fix it and will not return my calls. If I had to do things over again, I would definitely NOT recommend using this company for your water system

Customer as of December 2016. This is a great idea to have clean water in the home, in a city otherwise to have hard water. The installation was good, and eventually after a few months with installation of a new unit (#2) we finally were able to have clean water. Apparently the first installed unit was a dud. All that aside, as you see in the other reviews, they then hit you with a monthly service plan. Either pay a monthly fee to keep from costly filtration replacement, or pay big money for service calls and unit servicing. You guessed it, non of the service plan talk was mentioned verbally or in literature during the sales pitch or install. All I need to do is add salt to the tank they say. It’s unfortunate that we spent $10,000 for a clean water system AND have to pay a monthly fee to keep it serviced. The number one thing the salesman promoted was Warranty! So I feel better knowing the bright shiny unit container (not the contents) is warranted.Again, at the end of the day, it’s a good system and a great idea. But be aware of everything that is mentioned in these reviews.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My 83 year old mother did, and since February 11, 2021, she has been WITHOUT water!! 10 days without water! The company did not insulate the pipe that tied into her main water line. It froze, causing her entire water system to fail. The company has texted with her, but has offered no solutions!! Save yourself this frustration!!!

We purchased with Crystal Clear Concepts two years ago and haven’t regretted it. We just had our system serviced and once again it was wonderful service! Always available for questions and we’re so happy we are not drinking city water anymore. Skin is smoother and Water tastes so much better. They have been professional and quick from our first meeting. COVID-19 set them behind due to closures but they were prompt in the return call when they came back. I love that they will also test your water and explain everything as you go. Definitely happy to be in the Crystal Clear family.

Company out of business update: Aug2020love our water system the water taste wonderful very glad we purchased the system we got ours system about five years ago when we moved here to Texas! the water was so tasteless and sandy we had no choice but investing in a water system. The presentation is long and lengthy they want both husband and wife present at time of presentation because it is a very huge sales pitch; because my husband works all day had to convince them that I was the decision-maker to be able to have them come out and even do the presentation!!! It had to be approved by higher management to even get the presentation LOL! in the sales pitch the free gifts were nice not cheap well-made they still look new to this day five years later. the soaps Gifts you receive are automatic renewal every 10 months and you may change the senses of each item every time which is nice! Service wise with crystal clear concepts so far has been great!! only downside is when we purchased these units we should’ve been explained we are outside the service (We are literally out in the country an hour and a half outside the city) so when you make an appointment to get it serviced sometimes takes a while for them to be able to come out unless it’s an emergency! They will come out and take care of you right away; anything that’s gone wrong they have fixed quick! Rochelle is the greatest is the customer service worker they have there by far!!!! I would definitely recommend the products and service this company has to offer compared to some of these other reviews ......I haven’t had any issues yet!Update: my water system was having some issues call left a message for service department didn’t get a call back for a couple of weeks Rachelle did call back and explain they were closed for the holidays and we’re sorry there just a bit behind; Trying to catch up from their break which they have never done before so the company got a little backed up in their service calls and I have still yet to have it serviced!

We have had our water system for over a year now, has been a great investment for my families health and for my home. There is a major improvement in water since installation, did not realize how much contaminants were in our water until having them removed! Crystal clear has been very informative, just had our system assessed by technician and was impressed by the professionalism and upfront information he provided on how our system was performing. They seem very dedicated in continuing to provide quality customer service and maintaining our system to the highest standards. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear!

Great customer service! the process of instillation was fantastic and fast, presentation is great. However at the end of out five year they came and did a check on the equipment and everything was fine but then they made it mandatory to either purchase a monthly protection plan or pay out of pocket for costly returns. I was under the impression there was a warranty on the products/mechanics. Other than that a really great product and excellent customer service.

Crystal clear is an amazing company with experienced technicians. I had a water test and the next day to my pick a delivery was possible in my area. It too the guys rough 2-3 hours to complete the work but it was worth the wait. Josh and Cain were extremely courteous and took the time out to make sure I was comfortable with my new unit! Felt bad for the guys because they were sweating horribly due to the heat, so I kept giving them bottles and roll of paper towels! Needless to say the weather did not affect their quality of service and I’m excited to began using clean water!

We were very excited to add this system to our house. The unit had to be put outside so an insulated box was built around it. When the service man came to do a follow-up to ensure the system was working properly he found that the installer had put the unit in the box where the display window could not be seen. He said they would have to come out and correct it. That was several months ago and I have not heard from anyone.

About 2 years ago when we moved to our current location we had noticed that the city water taste horrible due to too much chlorine and other things in the water. We had a free water test by cristal clear concept and we agreed to install the whole house water filter purification system and an additional one for drinking water in our kitchen. We are so happy about our water purification system. The water tastes so good. None of our family members have allergies since we started taking bath in the purified water. The customer service is awesome. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. As a family we are so happy about this crystal clear concept water filtration system.

About a year and a half after moving into our house and dealing with poor quality local water, we received a mailer offering a free water test and a gift card for our time. I figured a free gift card was worth it if nothing else. After the water test and information presented, I was convinced I needed something to clean the water in our home. I proceeded to do my own research and seriously considered other whole home water filtration systems from other companies to save myself some money. In the end, the other systems just didn’t filter everything out and I bought the Westinghouse unit from Crystal Clear Concepts. I also got the Reverse Osmosis under-the-sink filter installed (to filter fluoride out for my drinking water at that faucet). My whole family loves the clean water and we no longer buy bottled water. I want to also say that every employee that has come out to test the water, install the filters, and maintain the system have all been extremely professional, respectful, and informative. I place a lot of stock in the customer service of a company and I believe a company is made up of its employees as much as its policies. This company has them both right and have been a pleasure to work with. They installed the filter and buried the water lines in the rain with no complaining. They even sent a landscaper out to fix the mess in my yard after the install. Lastly, I will add that after reading some negative reviews about the sales team and/or the maintenance plan, I understand some of concerns that have been presented, having a few issues myself. However, after speaking to a manager and also after the company’s last maintenance visit all concerns were addressed. It is worth calling the company if any customer has concerns or issues. They will work with you to make things right.

They guys arrived ready to figure out the mystery of Dallas City water. I asked a few questions, and they answered them completely. My filter system needed attention, and thanks to their work, we are back to proper filtration now. Thanks to yall at Crystal Clear for keeping us safe and healthy here.

We purchased are Crystal Clear Concepts 4 years ago and love are system. We just had our system serviced a few days ago and the service was excellent! Omg! The water tastes so much better. Writing this review from my email for my grandparents. We never knew there was a problem with our water. Sure, it taste funny, but it always has. So when we got our water tested and saw the alarming amounts of chemicals in it, we were mortified. My family has been in our home for 50 years and we have been poisoning ourselves with this unsafe water forever. Many of the conditions that having “hard” water could cause, my grandpa had been experiencing. It’s been about a month of clean water and we can honestly say that our skin has been moisturized without the use of topical creams and lotions. Jason, the service tech did a great job of not only getting the work done properly, but also explaining what he was doing. One thing I do appreciate is that they are updating the slightly older systems, ours is 1 1/2 years old with their updated products in the tank.Only real issue that I have is the communication between the office, techs, and customers. We had an 8 AM to noon window. Our tech got here at 11:58, so he was really here from then till about 1:30, clearly not in the 8 to noon window. Guessing he got here as late as he did because they probably work from the home office out and we are about as far out as they probably come. We had them bring salt out since that kept us from having to make a trip out. He had the salt, but didnt know if we had paid for it or not. I didnt set up the appointment so I didnt know. He had to call the office to find out. A minor inconvenience that could have been easily alleviated with better communication.

We have loved having a water conditioner from Crystal clear concepts for over two years now. We live in Fort Worth where our water is very hard and we have seen a major change on our water since we installed this system.The customer service has been amazing and we are very happy with this company.I would definitely recommend Crystal Clear Concept water purifier.

We have had crystal clear concepts for a year now. The quality of water is definitely improved. We finally got away from buying water at the store in bottles and can drink right from the tap. Our cloths are much more vibrant after a wash. We are happy with the service and the quality.

We had a water softener installed by Crystal Clear Concepts a couple of years ago and its been great. You can really tell the difference in the taste and feel of the water. And I love when they come out and test our water because then you get to see for yourself the difference it makes.

I wish I could give negative stars. Customer service is absolutely horrible on a good day. We have had our system since 10 Mar 2020 and have yet to be input for our detergents/soaps. When someone actually answers the phone, we are told it will be done within the week. Thats IF someone answers the phone. Voicemails are NEVER returned. Example: I left a voicemail again this morning on the Customer Service option at 9:24 and I am still awaiting my return call. My wife spoke to someone on the Finance option after lunch (no one answered the Customer Service option line) and was told she couldnt speak to the manager because he had left for the day. I do not recommend doing business with Crystal Clear Concepts.So here we are two weeks later. Still no response from anyone at Crystal Clear Concepts. I even left a message on the direct line for the manager. We did get our detergents last week but still no return call. I guess avoidance is how they deal with being jacked up. I dread having to deal with them when something fails on the equipment if this is how they react for simple detergent issues! Absolutely worst company to do business with.

Our technician was wonderful. He not only checked the entire system, but he also showed us what he was doing so we would be informed of the status of our system. All of the problems that we had were resolved and we feel confident that our system is working as needed. Great company and great product.

We love our water softener/purifier from Crystal Clear Concepts. When we moved to Texas our water tasted like swamp water and sometimes had a green/yellow coloring. It was nasty, so we looked into water filtration systems and came across these guys! The system has been the best investment! The water tastes so good and makes your hair and skin so soft! My husband has dandruff really bad, but since we’ve had this it has gone away. When we go visit Wyoming for 2 weeks and aren’t using it the dandruff comes back, but within a week of our soft water it’s gone again! Totally worth the investment and their technicians are so very friendly and explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have!

The system was originally a great plan for us when we called them out to test our water etc. When they installed the system they clipped the wires for my sprinkler system which I had to make several calls to them in order to finally get someone out to fix it. At the time I just told the manager to come get it as it was only a few days after it had been installed. They wanted us to write a 5 star review in order to receive the 5 year plan of soaps they sell you with the system. I never felt a 5 star review was warranted.The manager at the time never called me back after she said she would look into it. I called again but it was harder to get in contact with them without having to call the sales line first which of course was picked up immediately. I’m aware that appliances break down over time that’s a given when you purchase any appliance HOWEVER when your spending $10-14K on a system all information should be provided. We were told we only ever had to use salt to replenish and keep it going. Still the case but If I don’t pay more money I could have more or less years of a working system. We were NEVER told that the filters inside of it break down faster depending on the amount of chemicals your city water has and that you’d have to either pay monthly for services or pay $1,000s to replace those If you choose not to go the monthly route.I called today and spoke with a manager again who just kept saying sorry it wasn’t provided and that she couldn’t change the past but that the system was ours and they don’t offer a buyback program. I’m finally deciding to write my review a year later because of the awful customer service we have had dealing with this company. I cannot in good conscious recommend ever buying a system for Crystal clear concepts.

Weve had this system for a little over 2 months and I dont know why we didnt get it sooner. Our water used to be really hard, cloudy and have a foul smell. Since getting this system our water is clear and enjoyable to drink. My skin and hair are so much softer and I dont have to clean to shower glass weekly....PLUS! I highly recommend this system for any household.

Installation was great. Water is taste great. But the communication with head quarters awful. When they keep texting me every time about they would like set up appointment to send a technician out to check the system is a joke. And I respond OK how does this day work out. The responses I’m sorry you don’t need an update yet. Then a week later another text or respond yes can you come out Thursday. They responded sorry our computer is malfunctioning right now, You’re not due for a check up yet. Then a week later I get another text same thing I’ll take some back OK I need you to come out this date. Didn’t say you’re not up to date. So I’ll give them a call again they said your computer is not working properly. Excuses excuses excuses.

The beginning of the system installment was rocking. They can at night to install. The cap to the main water broke and we had to get emergency service in Arlington out to fix. Water was turned off to be fixed the next day so I had no water. They couldn’t test the system to see if it worked due to no water. Had to have another appointment to set up the system.Then they never did come back to see if it was working properly after the installation because they were not in the area on the days I could be home. It wasn’t until I moved to another house that they came out to move it to the new house (in contract). Then I had them come out monthly to service to make sure I stayed in touch.They have set up a new contract this year to only service every 3 months and we haven’t gotten on board with this due to the virus or no one wants to come out. The face plate of the main part is broken since Oct and they haven’t got the part in to replace ( in contact).I don’t know any other co. So I will be working with them unless they just don’t show up.They are polite when they come. Raquel is in the office and is Efficient but since the coronavirus I haven’t talked to her or know if she is there anymore. I will be calling tomorrow to see what’s up.

I received a mailer saying for a quick 25 min. survey I could receive a $25 Home Depot gift card. So I decided to try it. Turns out its a water softener company saying they are helping Flower Mound out with some water testing and in return I get a $25 home depot gift card (lie). So they wanted to set up a time to test my water. So I agreed since it was free. They said it would take about 1 hour (lie) and both my wife and I needed to be present. So at the end of this 3 hour presentation which was not just a water test but a sales pitch with pushy tactics. The salesman Brock kept calling back to headquarters (9 pm at night pitch started at 6) telling me they are offering me a better deal. This was super annoying. So he never gave me my free water test sheet, and when I tried to use the gift card at Home Depot it had not been loaded yet. This is one super shady company with twisted sales tactics. Brock even spoke about church and how he got this job through another church friend WOW. Pretty sure these people missed some versus in the bible. Thanks crystal clear concepts for wasting 3 hrs of my night.

Preston and Josiah were great installers of our new water system. Cant wait to experience the benefits.They took care of all concerns and made us feel very comfortable buying this product. The landscaping tech, Joshua, was also excellent too. He came by a few days later and restored our yard back with soft landscaping. Looks like it was never disturbed!I would highly recommend this company!

I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks with no luck. I’ve tried calling sales and service. I think they may be out of business. In the past I’ve been able to call and reach them with no issue, but not I just get sent to voicemail. The call tree is not even available anymore.UPDATE: I received a call back from them today, spoke with Rochelle. She explained everything that happened over the holidays with their phone systems. Talk about bad timing. She was able to help me with the service I need. I am glad to know they are still in business because i do love my water softener.

Purchased a system back in Nov 2017 with a maintenance plan and everything seems to be going well. The product is amazing, not to mention the added bonus of the soap package subscription. The only issue I have is that my name was incorrectly spelled in their records and its been frustrating asking them correct my name over and over again in the few times I have spoken with the office or the workers. I just had a system check up today and the guy here stated he would correct my information. Will see. Overall the workers are very nice and the product is great!-Carolina Aguilar

We have had our system a few years now and love it! I can drink water from any faucet in the house with no bad taste like before! I don’t drink water from the plastic water bottles anymore! It’s expensive, but I love the way our water is now for drinking and showering!!! When they test the water and you see how bad it is and with the changes using the filtration/softening system....wow!!

The system is great! We’ve had it for over a year. However, when we signed up they said they’d move it if we moved and everything. When we did move, they came and uninstalled it, then charged $350+ on the “loan” side and didn’t move it just unhooked everything.... then when we got it moved, to reinstall it was another $500. Very sketchy and the costs were not given upfront. Not sure about y’all but no school teacher and veteran have $800 after moving. It was a lot of phone tag, no receipt and they tacked it on to the loan with ridiculous interest. I love the system but would recommend using another company or doing the work yourself. The service guys were great, but customer service and company is a whole different monster.

Bought this for 7,000 been working fine, guy comes out today to do a check and now just after 2 years he tells us we have service light on and if we dont get on this service plan for 30.00 a month it will cost 800.00 every time they come out to service the system!! This was never discussed when sales man was in my home, he said we had lifetime warranty and all we had to do was put salt. Well I guess if it breaks Ill stop paying on it and they can come get it out of my yard then a trip to the Lawyers.

My husband and I could not be more pleased that we chose Crystal Clear/Westinghouse, for our purified water system.I have been suggesting that we need to get a filtered water system for about 20 years.So, I am extremely ecstatic that we finally made the decision to do this :)It was noticeable to my husband and I both, immediately, that the water was softer. Our skin and hair was softer, and even more importantly, based on the tests Tim did, the improvement of our water quality was much better, and tasted more pure.They take care of their clients in every way, from the beginning stages of the education process, through the installation, to the last steps of satisfaction with each client.The customer service we experienced was top notch.Tim took his time to explain every aspect of this system, and what it would take to get our water up to par.Thank you to Tim for his care with this procedure, as well as each person with this company that we spoke with.It was obvious to us, that they care and take pride in their business to provide citizens with the best water possible.Water quality is one of the most vital things for peoples personal health, and we all need to pay more attention to this aspect on a daily basis.

DO NOT BUY.We like this company but recently I have been calling but no response. Please respond to calls. I am willing to change my review if I get a response.After two full days of trying to reach customer service, they finally called me with unbelievable information. First they promised at the time of testing that services including moving the system to another location is free. Now they say they will charge $80+ for that. Secondly, they claim that there is a lifetime warranty on the system. Lies, lies, lies lies. The media and carbon are the main system and that is not covered by warranty. What that means is that if the media and carbon wears out which they will, your system is useless unless you replace it. Guess what? the media and carbon is not covered by the warranty.You are forewarned.

I received a notice in the mail informing me that I had missed a delivery for a package and was receiving a final notice. Shady business tactic to get people to call their sales desk. Product could be great, but their marketing team is pretty suspect.

I would like to give Crystal Clear 5 stars for the gentleman who came out to explain the system and the benefits of having clean water. So far the system is working well and the maintenance is easy, we have had to replace the salt once in almost 3 months.I gave the review 1 star for the extreme lack of customer service. We were promised a promotional 4 year subscription (for a family of 4) to Pure and Gentle, but it has be almost three months and we have not received anything we were promised we would receive in about 3 weeks. I have tried calling Crystal Clear several times leaving voice mails that have not been returned. We are now considering dropping the service completely because no one has returned our calls. At this point I would like to have Crystal Clear come pick up the system and we can purchase a similar system from Culligan or whoever else, BUT CRYSTAL CLEAR WONT RETURN MY CALLS.

I contacted Aqua Fina there finance company to see if Crystal Clear was still in business. I was assured they were and they gave me a hint on how to contact them ..... if they don’t respond soon, I feel Crystal Clear Concepts might be out of business.

I love this company! They installed a water system at our ranch and the water tastes amazing. It really did have all the junk from the city that they talked about. We had chlorine, metals and other crap in our water. Their system not only removed it all but it also feels amazing. The soft-water has done wonders on my kids skin. Youll love the showers! Make sure to ask for some free soap. I love their soap. This system is totally worth every dime you pay for it. And I love the free gifts they gave me to come do the water test. Who doesnt love a free water test and free gifts.

We purchased this system in August. Initially, the installer started installing our water system in the wrong yard. Thankfully, we have kind neighbors who didnt get upset that their yard was dug up. Then the installer dug up our yard to install the system and accidentally damaged our sprinkler system. I have made numerous attempts to receive some compensation for our sprinkler system that they damaged, but to no avail. They will not return my calls or emails. We were also told they would come back and recheck our water to see if it was filtering like it is supposed to. They will not call me back about that. I After calling an leaving yet another message on their voicemail today, I wanted to ventilate.On a positive note, I will also say that Clear Concepts claims to support ministries, which I appreciate, and they did repair my neighbors yard to their satisfaction.I would just recommend you use another company if you think you might have any issues. I doubt they will help you unless you are the neighbor.

Love the system! Absolutely HATE the company!! Seriously go buy a system from literally anywhere else. Everytime I call their office it goes to voicemail. Some came out to our house today to do what I assumed was service called since we have the monthly service plane.....no he proceeded to waste almost an hour of my husbands time trying to sell him a new system and service plan (WHICH WE ALREADY HAVE). Ive left 2 voicemails so hopefully they will call me back soon to fix this but honestly Im not very hopeful

I do not recommend. The installer ran the water pipes from the very front of my brick home. Both lines are crooked and look very tacky. Left dirt and trash all over my driveway, sidewalk and yard. Broke a glass bird feeder and left the glass in my yard where my 3 year old plays! I’m so disappointed. This has been a terrible experience, with getting the installation days wrong twice!! And taking an entire day to install and a very sloppy job at that.

We have had Crystal Clear Concepts for over a year now and love it. We sold our house that we had it at and moved to a rental in another town. Clayton and Chris came out to our rental and installed it today. So happy and very nice and friendly guys! Love the water, love the service and highly recommend this company. God bless.

Purchasing a water system from Crystal Clear Concepts was a very good investment. My family and I enjoy having clean filtered water throughout our house.

We have had our water filtration system for about a year now. We have loved it. The taste of the water is wonderful and it has made cleaning dishes and the shower so much easier because how there is no hard water build up. Each of our encounters with customer service has been positive. The employees are responsive, helpful, honest, and informative. We have had a great experience.

This company is one of the most underhanded i have ever done business with. They install before you sign paperwork then lock you in at a high intrestrate on a ballon loan. I had to get a personal loan to get out from under thiers. After multiple appointments for someone to come out and no one ever showing up, yes i had to take off of work and miss pay each time, they text me saying important changes need to be made to my system. When the Technician arrives its really a salesman trying to get us to buy a plan for thier maintenance. This is after the warranty has expired in which time i could never get anyone to show up. To make matters worse, this guy shows up needing to enter my house during a covid 19 pandimic under the guise of a Technician when really he is just a salesman trying to scare people into buying something. Thier financially loans are balloon loans, service is non existent, and they will lie to you in the fastest way you have ever seen. Buyer Beware. They say its full service with warranty then come to your home telling you if you dont get on thier service plan its an 800 fee to get it checked out. Scam Artists

First advice, RUN! We got a paper in the mail stating we had missed a package delivery and to call this number to receive it. Then find out that its a company who will come out, test our water for free and then give us a gift card for our time. They required all members of the house be present and stated it would not take long, an hour tops. They guy used scare tactics to prey on our family, would not take no for an answer and stayed in our home for several hours. While we insisted that we would like time alone to discuss & look into it ourselves, he would not take no for an answer. After an all day experience to his wearing us down, we gave in. He made it out like it wasnt going to be much but maybe 80 bucks a month and this deal was now or never. We signed the paperwork and he came out same day to install. Come to find out, we could not finance through our own bank and after all was said and done, it was going to end up being nearly 13k for the unit. We were pregnant at the time on a single income and were not going to be able to afford it. The next day, we tried to cancel and the fine print, barely visible on the back of the form stated that it would cost a couple grand just to have them remove it and it would have to be paid up front. I called and talked to several people and told them how all of it was unfair. At the time Bedford police had an investigation with the company and were warning residents not to respond to their mailers. We were shocked and they kept claiming the information was false. We told them how badly their prices were inflated and that there were several other companies that sold the same type of system for a fraction of the cost. Their comeback was that their system had a lifetime warranty. Turns out, thats not true either. To end the dispute we settled on a new price and just paid it all at once around 3500 to be done with it.Every review saying the same thing is responded to by saying it isnt them or they didnt send out these kinds of mailers. YES IT IS THEM AND YES THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE BUSINESS. We spoke to a local appliance repair company about coming to check the unit out and they said that CCC was a well known scammer to them, that they had several calls stating after a while, CCC would come by and do a routine check. Almost instantly, the clients would have to have repairs done. Sure enough, we get the call and are glad we got the heads up. The local company has become well acquainted with the unit and we will use them instead of risking a company who would deliberately sabotage our property to steal more money from us.So I got a text from them asking to write a review and get a 15 dollar gift card to Starbucks. So heres my review, buyer beware. We have yet had someone come out to test if the unit actually does what it says but even if it did, we regret ever allowing them into our home. The salesman immaculated my husband, used my vulnerability as a pregnant woman and bullied us into an agreement that could not be undone. Who wouldnt want cleaner water? But to come in to our home, refuse to leave and make it out like we were going to die or make our child sick if we didnt use their product was very unprofessional and wrong.

Place is going out of business and now some the other company has taken over with new policy than Crystal Clear. Havent had my filter a year and now it stops working. New company charging more than my monthly payment. So now Im stuck with this equipment with no warranty on it since another company took over.

Clayton and Chris came out to my property to install my equipment. These gentleman were some of the best service providers I have had come to my newly purchased home. They were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. What I was most impressed with was both of their attention to the small details (like restoring the yard after laying pipe) and their dedication to provide swift professional service. These guys are a true asset. 5/5.

I was conducted in a very professional manner. It really showed me that the city water is contaminated and bad for you. I highly recommend this product. Best decision my husband and I ever made. I know most people say its just water it all tastes the same, but no... this is the best tasting water Ive ever had. Plus, the difference in the feeling of my skin after a shower. Absolutely love this water system!

Trevor from Crystal Clear came out today to do the installation of our new water filter. He was extremely friendly, and did the job quick. The installation was very professional and fully complete. He even put a new panel and went above and beyond to get the right size. All in all the experience was very good.

Had maintenance done today on our filter system by Josh. He checked water levels made sure we had good clean drinking water. Also had to work thru a lot of mud! Good attitude and job well done. God bless you guys!

We have enjoyed our soft water and the product itself is great. We had a few speed bumps with service in the past, but the company is working very hard to make it right and provide top notch customer service. They sent Josh out this morning and he was a pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond to make things right and it is greatly appreciated. Additionally, Rochelle in Customer Service has been on top of keeping us happy as clients and has helped restore our faith in their customer service.

It was a good experience, can definitely tell the difference in water quality.

This company wouldnt have received one star if i could review with no stars. First off PLEASE IF YOU LOOKING FOR WATER FILTRATION OR SOFTENER PLEASE CONTINUE TO LOOK THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM FOR MONEY AND FALSE ADVERTISING WITH WORDS.I purchase this system a year ago and used it for 2 months spent $10,000 on it and inform company that i would be moving and asked would i be charge for them to reinstall it at new residence. I was told no charge. Lets just say that was the first LIE so i called for schedule of reinstallment and the chick that is the receptionist SAMANTHA LINDSEY states it would be $1400 to reinstall then she goes down to $700. This lets ne know the company lies and charges customers whatever they want. So my husband decides to go ahead and let them come out since he had paid for system, to reinstall and the technician cuts our internet line and left and never reported it company or us. My kids were online in s class and that cause them to be behind on school work along with an additional bill i recieved from my cable provider due to them having to come out and reinstall the wiring for my internet. I called and spoke with 2 managers at which they was not notified by technicians that he cut my internet line and they also would not assist with the extra expenses that i inquired from the lack of education their technician had and error made on his part. They were rude! Save your time and do not get involve with this company. The job was not completed because crystal clear had to order a new supposely head for my system and they stated it would be $95 charge for fee of another technician to come out to install and $89 once new head came in from warranty. On the day of install the technician comes out and states it would be $95 for fee of him coming out plus $89 an hr for services. We called and spoke to Samantha and told her that was not the information received from her. She only stated $95 dollars for installer to come out. Now they want $95 for another fee plus $89 an hr for him to install head and we already paid $700 for installation that never happen so why was we charged $700 when we never received the full serviceagreement of install? Because system was never installed. Lets just say this company is a rip off and very unprofessional and does not have any customer service or liability of their action or service. They used the warranty to obtain a new head for system and kept the new head never replacing it or inquiring any of the second charges $95/$89 or repairs of expenses home owner recieved from technician cutting line. Im so upset with even getting this system and even more so with the lack of customer service and professionalism recieved from CRYSTAL CLEAR CONCEPT.Dont waste your money locate a professional company that stands by their words and contract! Needless to say we are out of $10,000 for sysytem and $700 for installation and basically no water system!KEEP LOOKING DO NOT SUPPORT BAD BUSINESS...

The Crystal Clear Concepts people have always been professional.Im pleased with the quality of the water since my unit has been installed.

At First I was a bit skeptical on the system due to the advertising. Then when I took the time to check them out they came and did a water check I was still nervous about it. After talking with Tim I got a little for comfortable with the whole Ideal. He was confident and polite the whole time. Long story short my husband and I decided to give it a try because our water was so bad which we knew even before Tim showed up to our home. That night I was questioning myself and did call to see if it was really real. I talk to Rochelle and she gave me more confident in our decision. So the next they came and put in the system and we are truly satisfied on the quality of the feel and texture. It has really changed my skin and my family love taking a shower even more. Ive had my system for about a year. They recently came out to test my system and make sure everything was working. The guy was super nice. I love my clean water and have been able to tell a difference in my hair and skin since day 1.

I think they are out of business. I requested a service call a week ago. They were to come out to my house this past Sunday but never showed up. Ive tried to call every day since and at different times to only be able to leave a message. Ive left a message and have not heard back yet. Ive also attempted to reach someone in sales but again, no return phone call.

Tim Newkirk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly courteous and took us through the process very professionally. Glad we made the decision to get the filtration system. I recommend this company to everyone I talk to.

The product is amazing! But, customer service is not so good. They didnt call me when they said they would. It took weeks of phone tag to get a date set for repairman to come. Then, it took a few more weeks and two more trips to my house to figure out the computer was not working. They promised to give me extra bags of salt for my trouble, but didnt even do that!
