Lost mail!Several times when tracking a package it’s last know tracking is in Grand Prairie. Some items are time sensitive which sucks…who do you hold accountable?
It takes 2 weeks or longer to receive mail from Grand Prairie branch mail should be delivered on a regular basis. I shouldn’t give any stars that’s how bad this branch is.
I have been coming to this Postal Service for over 2 years.Everyone has been really nice .I never had a bad experience here.

There are several packages that return that supposedly my address does not exist, or they leave it at the wrong house number, which happens that the postman does not know how to find the address and I have lost important packages.
Twice within the month my mail has arrived opened and items are missing. My mailbox s a locked mailbox and there haven’t been any vandalism. Therefore, it’s being done through the mailing system. I am infuriated!
😡👎I understand theres a long line, but this one Hispanic woman whos an older lady with glasses, was literally rushing me saying I understand but there is other customers! What the heck! when I was up there for less than 30 seconds... Seriously! She literally asked me what was wrong and just told me to go stand against the wall just for me to wait until everybody else was out of line! If you cannot talk to your customers with respect and give them the time that they need for you to actually help them, then you have no business working there
If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I was supposed to receive a package from Germany a month ago, but the mail carrier never delivered it because it was heavy and I have to pick it up myself. Fine, whatever. But then two hours later all of a sudden it was scanned as refused even though I never did! Came to find out that the clerk scanned it because it was just standing around?! Spent weeks writing and calling around and waiting for someone to tell me where it is as the status never changed! Eventually the supervisor told me it was entirely their fault and shed call around and make sure the package will be stopped before reaching customs in Chicago so the sender doesnt have to pay twice. Surprise! Now its in Germany again! Sending those packages internationally is really expensive and something like this should NOT happen under ANY circumstance! Thanks for nothing.

Had a appointment at 12:30 came inn at 11:45 cuz every one ask to be early .And still in line that only 1 person ahead of me and now its 1:13 and not been attended by anyone so far .Still here n no assistance. Every one whom came after me left and am still had not been attended by any worker.
Every single time a package of mine ends up here it gets stuck for days on end with 0 updates on whats going on. I have had multiple packages be delivered late because of this place. Do NOT reccomend!
Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing regarding customers and mail bring delivered. No follow up from manager Javier after 9 days of looking for package.

They have miss placed my packages and will not find them or follow up I’ve been there I’ve talked to a few different people now they are refusing to answer the phone.
Yesterday my husband and I went in at 1:38 to apply for a passport, because we had errands to run before hand and we were turned away because the stop taking walk ins at 2pm. I made it before 2pm and I found it really inappropriate, the woman that turned us away told us to come back today at a walk in between 9am to 2 pm I am currently here and hot here at 8:45 am just to be told today is appointment only. I do not recommend this place find a post office with people who know what they are doing because like alot of people I work and have things I have to do and making two trips to the post office is very hard to do especially 2 days in a row.

Their customer calling center is the worst system ever. It is very hard to deal with the fact that you can not call a post office to get a simple question answered that requires a human being...Technology is great but it loses the human interaction that is needed at times.
Irma was very friendly and helpful. I dont remember the womans name that handled passports but she was nice as well. Pleasant experience.
I had an appointment for Saturday March 16th. The lady that helped us was super nice and fast. My experience today was great. She helped me correct errors on my application and was very patient. She took the pictures fast and made sure we were happy with them.

Worst service ever, especially the passport guy he is so rude he name is Gilbert by the way. Make sure your 30 min before your appointment otherwise he wont take you and will tell you that your not on his list and make leave.
A package of mine has been waiting since last thursday to be accepted. It is very aggravating. If I dont see it moves through soon, I will be contacting someone in charge.
The good reviews on here must be from friend of the employees because theyre rude and liars. I went into the post office to get a package that had been sent back to them because it was undeliverable, then said there was no secure place to put it. I explained to the man at the counter that it was my glasses and it was PRIORITY SHIPPING. Dude told me they get returned to the sender if it cant be delivered to me that same day. I had to get a hold of a supervisor after speaking to 2 of the regular employees, who continued to lie to me about their lazy policies. Yes...they just didnt wanna look for anything and wasted almost 2 hours of my time.
I dont even want to give any stars, Ive had packages been sitting there for over 10 days and have not moved yet. I order to much stuff due to my business and I can never get my packages out of there soon enough.

This post office is the closest one to my home and its got great service. Ive had to use the Postal Service more since I sell things over the internet and Ive never had a problem with them. It has a small-town feel when hear the attendants talking to the customers.
I have been waiting for my package for more than a month and I went to pick up my package they said they dont have it.
Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. There were some issues at the passport area and apparently people did not follow instructions. Seemed to be handled by staff in a quiet professional manner considering.
Best postal staff I have come to know. They try their best to treat you like a friend!

Nikki that does passport is a hater. She need to change the way she addresses people when she working.Ive waited 1 hour 45 minutes to be told my paperwork is wrong. Than Im here waiting again and only appointment are being seen. So Ive been here for 2 hours waiting because they cant communicate with one another.One person said I was good the next said she never said that.People need to stop running up the clock and actually work not take you sweet time because its almost time to close.

I went to the post office in GP and filed for my passport book with my husband and kids May 23. Long story but my ID (my fault) wasnt updated with my address because of possible increase tuition prices for school and I procrastinated after I graduated, but my social reflected my new last name. I explained this to the African American lady in the passport office. After telling her this, she made me sign my maiden name because thats what my ID showed. Instead of saying: (I cant process your application or go get a temporary ID) I listened to her and went ahead and signed my name. I already knew something bad was going to happen. Everyone got their passports two weeks ago except ME. I got a letter Friday saying my ID was insufficient and I needed to redo my application with my LEGAL NAME- marriage name. I went back to GP post office and THE SAME woman (with a bad attitude this time because it was Saturday and I didnt have an appt) did NOT known what she was talking about when I explain the letter and even showed her it (she bearly even wanted too speak to me) but I needed answers on what I should do.My mother in law told me Dallas could help me and give me the passport that same day (which I didnt believe). The woman at the GP passport office told me DALLAS wouldnt see me w/o an appt and I would have to pay again if I went there. She literally gave me so much WRONG INFO that day I cried out of fustration, my husband was upset/mad and I wanted to just say Im just staying home! ($1,500 for just myself invested in this trip!). Anyways we went to DALLAS PASSPORT AGENCY on the 11th floor Monday July 1st, 2019 at 6:30 AM and waited in line. Jennifer at the Dallas Agency was super friendly and helped me fix this problem with a smile! My file was transferred to Dallas Agency from Virginia and all I needed to do was update my ID and bring back proof with a temporary ID. So that same day, I got a copy of my marriage license in Dallas (since my original was at the Virginia agency), went to the mega DPS of 35 and 20, changed all my information and went back to the agency at 7 AM, today July 2, 2019, waited in line, and gave my temporary ID to them when the doors opened. They gave me a pick up slip. Pickup was at 1:30 PM. I didnt get out till after 4 because the other agency took forever too send my file and Dallas had to make my passport. All in all, Im so happy they helped me. If you need your passport and your travel date is within 3-4 day..they will do it right away! I didnt pay anything extra but they might charge and expedite fee if you file a couple of days before your travel date. I on the other hand, didnt have to thankfully. I walked out with a shiny new passport and I get to travel with my in laws, husband, and my three children. To think I was going to stay back without my kids was literally heart breaking and I was already putting scary scenarios in my head at the thought of my children on the beach, touring, or swimming. I get to be there to PROTECT THEM. Thank you DALLAS and Jennifer for easing my anxiety!

I only use this post office because its closer than any other post office. I try to avoid actually going into the office. If the packages Im shipping arent large boxes I can just drop them in the mail slots just outside of the actual office. Theyve lost several of my packages and when you try to call them about the issue, well good luck with that. I ordered a phone case online, tracking information was provided so I could check the status of my order. My package said delivered 4 DAYS BEFORE I EVER RECEIVED IT. They marked my package as delivered for whatever reason and finally decided to actually deliver it. Theres an older man who works there and is not very friendly. On a couple occasions hes actually asked me whats in the package I was sending.
Don’t lose your tracking number because you are basically f****. The lady didn’t wanna help, she was so rude, she said that I I didn’t have the lady’s name who got my package, the date and the time she was not going to help me. She didn’t try to help me, she was in a rush and it was not even busy. Horrible experience, I will never go back to that place. Just go somewhere else, you’re not gonna regret it, at all.

From Ebay sales I ship 10-15 Priority Mail packages a week.Mike is awesome!Had a terrible run in with Alicia however, very lazy on her phone, all I needed was a receipt she wouldnt even stand up while working the counter, had me doing everything for her. Then when I mentioned her working and being on her phone she got an attitude, also didnt like hearing that my services was paying for her job so she needed to respect me as a customer. She then refused to help me. Typical government worker ruining the atmosphere for everyone
Incompetent organization, go with Fedex or UPS if you can. I have an Ebay and Amazon shop and they already lost three packages, one outgoing and two incoming. One was found a month later after a local customer returned it. A few months later went by and a second package was lost but marked as delivered. I cannot open a warranty claim as Ebay looks at whether the package was delivered or not. I often ship to other PO boxes so Im stuck with this incomptetent organization and incompetent passive-aggressive staff riding it out for the pension.I worked for the Postal Inspection Service and I understand that things might go wrong, but three packages within a year is too many. Also, from over 1000 transactions this is the only organization which has lost a package. Avoid it and go to the free market if you can!
Why I like this Post Office more now? It stays open until 5pm now. It also is my Post Office. My own being responsible P.O. box Keys. Other than that; its

Had a package get lost here for nearly two weeks. Tracking never updating from the time DHL dropped it off. It magically made it to my home (which is 140 miles away) ASAP when I contacted the store I bought it from. Both items showed evidence of tampering. Im hoping it was just from the people I bought it from and no one here.
Well a package came for me early morning 18th. The grand prairie usp sat on it for two days then senti it out. This is unaceptable And unprofession. Thats package shouldve went out within 24 hours. I do not recommend using grand prairie us.. They are slow And dont get the job done. ..., Hillery
Post office takes way to long getting packages out. I order a lot of stuff and every time it goes threw the grand prairie post office it sets for 3 days before its ever moves. 😢

I have a P.O Box at the Grand Prairie Post OfficeThe due date for its renewal the 31st of December they automatically deducted the payment on the 15th 16 days early causing me to become overdrawn $22 plus $15 overdraft when I complained and ask this be corrected this was there response.I apologize but an automatic payment for a PO Box is taken on the 15th of the due month, regardless of the previous due date. If the payment had not gone through it would have been retried on the 25th. Again I apologize but bear this in mind for future reference and make sure that adequate funds are available on the 15th of the due month.Not acceptable I get paid every other week weeks built my monthly budget around that and my bills due dates, they were on the list for my next check.I have filed a complaint with my bank hopefully they will waive the $15 OD fee and I will not be renewing that P.O Box next 3 months in fact am seriously considering cancelling the P.O BoxOkay so I went online to USPS to remove myDebit card wont let me do that tried to turn off auto renew wont let me do that apparently for 3 months or longer auto new renew is required so I have cancelled my P.O Box and requested s refund. I forgot to update my address information when I ordered a package, so it ended up being sent to the wrong place. I called post office and they were very polite and were able to answer my questions.
We held our mail for 5 days. To be delivered the day after we returned. It came to our mailbox one of those days instead of being held. And now we still have not got all our held mail from the rest of those days.
Ive called 3 times, no one picks up. My package said it was left in my mailbox on Saturday. I checked tuesday amd it wasnt there. I called before and was told to put my name in the mailbox so the deliverer knows not to put any other mail in there, yet they still do. This is ridiculous. No reason not to answer the phones during business hours. Also. Idk if its this post office or what but Ive had mail stolen from my mailbox and there is clearly some tampering with my mail. SMH
Worst ran and Slowest post office ever everytime you go in to get anything its 30 minutes to an hour to get waited on and when you call no answer automatically hangs up only reason i give a star is our mailwomen is always on time everyday and loves her job and the people around here but if i was managing it almost everybody else would be coached and retrained

Dont bother making an appointment for a passport as you are instructed to do. You will stand in line anyway. So just go early and wait...and wait...and wait...

Our mail man runs when he wants too.all his relatives lives in our neighborhood so yesterday and today no mail he is visiting his relatives he is also a contractor..so he can delivery when ever he feels like it.per him.....he sits at the lake for hours ....heck we need our mail....this is crazy.....people need there mail
I have tried 2 times to have medicine redelivered. I have 2 Confirmation numbers And the post man didnt have it today. Will call customer service again.
