Terrible place for all professinal drivers...Be ready to wait 3, 4 and 6 hours, even the pre-load trailer never get ready on time...I have no idea why this kind of company exist...where is the competition???

Great experience. Very nice people. I had 9: 30 am appointment checked in 8:00 got empty by 8:30. No overtime parking.

BE PREPARED FOR A LONG WAIT... OR ASK FOR DETENTION TIME TO THE BROKERThe appointment is just to penalize you if your are late? Its supposed that theres a kind of order or organization but it isnt 2 hours waiting and nobody break the seal so maybe I will need 2 more hours...

Be patient.Ok, having spent a lot of time there I have seen many a driver go to dock door 5 to check in and start wondering around around all confused. Security tells you to go to door 5. They mean Man Door 5, so to help you out here is a pic. The door is located approximately midway down the building near the dumpsters and this is what it looks like.... (It even says Driver Check-in on it)

It says 24hrs but they dont reopen until 6am to let you on the property and start at 630am. Been in the door for 7+ hrs

Here already got checked in, security was very nice. And shipping was just starting there day so I know what going to work in the morning on weekends feels like. But they were still polite. It hasnt been 30min and Im already in dock and red light came on and trailer already moving from forklift going in&out. It must be early Christmas for me compare to some of you and your reviews are.🤣 OR it might be because I still hold my politeness regardless of the treatment like the California place I was at 6 days ago😑 I dont even want to think about it. But some humans are just NATURALLY born demons regardless of your kindness😔. But thanks for the good experience Geodis will definitely come back😊👍🏽

I had my driver over here for 4 hours for 8 pallets. This is insane!!! If a Driver/Carrier will take a DOT ticket because of the legal driving hours, Shipper and Receiving must pay. Because they are the worst part in this business.

This place has really improved when in comes to checking in and unloading . Was in an out in 1hr 25 min .The ladies at the shopping office are awesome and fast in assisting each other to the drivers going.plus Darin Davis was really helpful to all the drivers.👊🏽

I was expecting to sit there all day given the reviews. I was in and out in about 3 hours. Nice friendly people. It can be tight with trucks depending on how many trucks are there

Good people first time there security person friendly and helpful. It is a small lot for amount of traffic they have did a drop and hook in and out in an hour.

Beware if your not an Hispanic, you will be sitting. I had been sitting waiting on them to break my seal for 30 min, an Hispanic guy came into the gate 30 mins later and they ran out and broke his seL backed him in and started unloading him, this isnt right.

This is NOT Dominos. If your gps brought you here keep going south past Quik Trip gas station and the will be there in less then half a mile. 4 stars for the gal that help me out this morning on finding it. Lose one star only because this GPS took me here instead of where I needed to go

Other reviews said pack a lunch going to be here awake. In and out under a hour. Guess I hit it at the right time. Small lot it as packed when I got here trucks doubled up in front of dock. Take your time backing don’t take out a bumper. Swift would have a field day in here.

I picked up a load here and I had a very good experience, from the guard to the ladies at the shipping office, they were very polite, there lot gets pretty busy and crowded but not bad, wouldnt mind coming back.

I looked at the Rishi review and thought ok, cool, I can do that. Got here at 0945 for a 1100 appointment. Now 1342 and I just got in a door. This place clearly defines disorganized. When I arrived there was no less than 12 trucks in the yard waiting to get a door assignment and were scattered all over the place. While waiting I had to move 6 times just to make it easier for other drivers to get in their door. Given a choice.. I would not come back here till they make an effort to get organized.

This place was absolutely horrible loaded the wrong load on my trailer and took all day for them to take pallets off and put the right load on then when I arrived at my destination my appointment times were wrong and I had to reschedule

When the customer will not take the time to say YES you have an appointment or NO you dont, you know customer service is not a priority at this place. I will see what happens - because I already know my appointment is for 1100. Stay tuned ----- it is now 1050.

They were really fast about getting me in and out. Google will say the address is on the corner, but it is the warehouse across the street to the north. I suggested a edit.

I rate this a 3, only because Its presence polishes the environment of Grand Prairie.It gives life to the atmosphere.

Friendly. Check in, load then out the gate was about 2 hours. The road in front of the warehouse is a no truck zone to the west of the warehouse. Fyi if you have never been here.

Sat 7 1/2 hours waiting to get loaded........ Supervisor David Moreno refused to write Arrival and Departure times on the shipping papers.

Aka GEODIA Wharehouse 2010 january lane.by apt only.but when i got here 4 hrs early,they put me in the dock and i went to sleep.thx q for put me in the dock so i can rest.

Its like all the other drivers say, its a long wait time to get out of there, for me it was around 5 hours, i guess it may not be too bad if you have a sleeper,unfortunately i dont

Pack a lunch and a snack and supper because my appointment was at 1pm and I arrived at 1230pm assigned a door at 1245pm and its 909pm and I still havent got a red light yet.

Avoid if at all possible.Long wait to get loaded.6hrs and counting.

Was told I could come in early to load and going on 10 hrs and still not loaded better bring food and be ready to wait all day and half the night

From 7:30 in the morning to give me a door at 12:25 is not worth this place please do not bring more loads to this place until they change the entire staff of the place
