I was very happy with the service. The main machine was in the truck outside making it very quiet. He was on time, in and out in under an hour. I had 3 bedrooms cleaned. I will be using him again.

I had the worst experience with Lloyds carpet cleaning on Friday May 3rd 2019. He was scheduled to come out and clean two chairs and perform a pet treatment at my house at 10:30 a.m. . He contacted me shortly after 10 a.m. and told me he was stuck at another job an hour away and would not be here until after 11 a.m. . I told him that I had grandchildren ages 1 3 and 5 would be coming home at that time and I was concerned that doing the entire job would affect them and was curious how long it would take. He told me it would take an hour to do to living room chairs and an hour to do the carpet. I suggested to him that we might just do the chairs that day and come back and do the Pet treatment when he comes back and cleans my carpet. The only reason I asked was I had the chairs cleaned before and it only took 15 minutes to due each chair. At that time, he immediately blocked me from messenger, would not take my phone calls and did not respond to my text messages on his phone. I was referred to him by my cousin as well as saw numerous reviews on his Facebook page. I do not understand why a company that projects a professional image would behave this way and not show up to do a scheduled job. I have copies of the messenger that we discussed on my Facebook showing how he acted once I suggested to only do the two chairs and to reschedule the pet treatment. After he blocked me on messenger, I tried to get in touch with him to let him know that I was going to go ahead and do the full job and it had only been less than 10 minutes after he blocked me. He didnt even give me an opportunity to update him on the change. I informed him that by acting unprofessional would lead to a bad review and I would contacting my cousin who had initially referred me to his service how he unprofessional he was. In addition. I even went the extra mile and sent him a text message on his phone that I was open to giving him a second chance and reschedule everything on another day. Lloyd never contacted me again. . The only reason why I am putting this on his page is because people need to understand that someone that projects that he is professional, Maybe its not so professional. Only shows his good reviews. Propestive customers need to know how Lloyd carpet cleaning handles his service. The Good and the Bad.
