Jeff and Chris are awesome! Hire these guys - don’t look any further. My son’s room had some “mystery stains” that had mold growth on the carpet. Their magic machine was able to get it all out - even out of the pile. Then they moved onto my son’s bathroom. Let’s just say maybe he’s dreaming of being a fireman. They were able to get all the yuck out of the tile and grout and sealed the grout. He even told me what I can use to clean the bathroom in the future if my son gets carried away. They are my heroes!!!

Master Carpet Cleaning is without doubt the finest carpet and area rug business that we’ve used in the last 35 years in the DFW area. And we’ve used a number of them for our rental properties and our home. Jeff runs a first class business and has crews capable of doing outstanding work. They are dependable, polite, careful with your property, conscientious, and thorough. When a difficult stain reappeared after our duplex carpet dried, Jeff insisted on returning and treating the area again at no charge. His integrity and thoughtfulness is hard to find in todays “hit and run” approach to customer service. I would trust him with any cleaning problem and, in fact, am sending him several expensive, silk area rugs to clean at his facility.

I had water damage to most of my house and Jeff came out fast and helped resolve the matter. He did water extraction services and was also able to clean my daughters bedroom carpet. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He really help during what felt like an emergency to me.

They cleaned my carpet yesterday and did an amazing job. Sean was on time and removed spots that I thought were impossible. I would highly recommend them especially if you are feeling like you need new carpet. I thought I did but after it was cleaned, it looks brand new again.

We selected this company knowing they were priced more than others that we researched, but we selected based on the 5 star reviews. This was more like a 1 star experience based on customer service. The owner told us our 4 rugs were completed on two different occasions but when it came to delivery, he did not deliver on the day that was promised. Then, the day he went to deliver, only 3 rugs were cleaned and it took him several hours to find the 4th. Delivery time for all of the rugs was rescheduled 3 times before we finally received everything. He compensated the 4th rug cleaning to make things right but honestly, it was not worth all the phone calls I had to make. Clearly this was a situation of over promising and under delivering. I was empathetic to extenuating circumstances but the lack of communication and professionalism was not acceptable. Communication was completely instigated by me the entire process. I do not recommend this company and certain you can find another company that is the same quality without customer service concerns and inflated costs.

Sean with Masters Carpet Cleaning came by our house yesterday and did an amazing job on 3 rooms with tough pet stains. They quoted an arrival time between noon and 2pm, so I was happily surprised when he arrived at 12:15pm. He fully explained the process and proceeded to efficiently clean all three rooms. Im very happy with the results so I would 100% recommend Sean and this company to anyone looking for carpet cleaning in the Colleyville, Euless, Grapevine area.

I called Master Carpet Cleaners. Jeff sibley, the owner came out, and shared several different processes for cleaning our carpet. He scheduled the work for the next day. He and his crew showed up on time, were very professional and did a good job cleaning the carpet. After discussion, the area rugs were removed as they would have a deeper cleaning by doing it in-house.We had been wanting to have the grout cleaned with our tile. Jeff had a crew out in no time and the difference not only in the grout but on the tile was amazing.On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest, this company receives a 5+. Not only was Jeff personable and professional but so was his team. Their pricing was very reasonable and they worked efficiently and completed the different projects in a timely manner.If you are looking for a great company to work with, look no further.

Loved these guys! I called them this morning because my daughter spilled root beer on the carpet and a chair, on top of regular pet wear and tear, and i really needed someone to clean the soda out before it set. I called before they opened and didnt even leave a message, then i got busy with work and decided to find a company later in the day when i got a break but a nice woman, ( i believe angie?), called me as soon as they opened and was able to squeeze me in as an emergency appointment (without emergency appointment prices). The proactive call was extremely helpful for us work at home moms who get distracted very easily lol. I got a notification of my appointment time immediately and then got another when the guy was on his way . I asked him about the chair and he told me an easier, faster, cheaper way to clean it so that they didnt have to charge me for something that could easily be done myself (MY MONEY SAVERS!!!! LOVING THIS!!) .. the fresh root beer stain, along with the old set-in tea stain and all the pet memories are now gone :) . I am definitely pleased. Thanks for coming out! Two days before I closed on the sale of my home, the refrigerator ice maker water line leaked under the baseboard and padding of the adjacent livingroom carpet. Jeff from Masters came immediately. It was a minor disaster but Jeff handled it masterfully! He pulled out the soaked carpet pad and replaced it. He disinfected everything, and dried out the dry wall that had an absorbed water. I was out of town and Jeff looked after every detail and went by the house several times to check on it. I could not be more pleased and satisfied! Call Masters for professional service with hometown courtesy and pricing. Others price gouge for emergency work, but Masters takes care of their customers at reasonable rates!

The crew came in and got straight to business. They cleaned and sealed my tile floors, and cleaned my furniture! The service was fast yet thorough. Could not have asked for a better experience and my house and furniture look brand new! Highly recommend!!

There is no scam situation or bait and switch is what I think they call it. They tell you up front what you pay and they are by far fair and the most reasonable on the market especially for the quality of work provided.. the best thing is that every time I call I know who I am dealing with and its usually the same guy (the owner) or his son both amazing and friendly that come out and do the work. Its a small family owned business and they are beyond exceptional at the craft of carpet cleaning as well as have the best people skills and exude familiarity and trust. Very kind people and obviously Im extremely happy with them and will continue to use them as often as needed. I felt compelled to write this because Ive been scammed a few times before meeting these guys with other big name companies and have ended up paying 3 times as much as the initial quote given. Jeff services our carpet and we are thrilled with the results. He was able to get all of our stains and spots out despite our doubts due to how long the stains have been there (almost 4 years) and not knowing what it was. You could tell he had been doing it for a while and was able to give us his opinions and real expectations.He was respectful, thorough, and the service was great. He did not try to upgrade us just for the sake of making money. Our rooms are smelling and looking great.Scheduling masters carpet cleaning was easy and quick. They informed us they were going to call at 730am the day of cleaning to let us know what time to expect them and indeed they called at 730am.Lastly their prices were very affordable especially with the service they provided. They called two days ahead to confirm what time worked best for me, and called again day of the job first thing in the morning to confirm their expected arrival time. He arrived on time, was super personable, explained what he needed to do at each step. He was also very considerate. He made sure I had towels at each doorway so that I did not slip and hurt myself if I walked on the wet carpet and came back out to the tile area. Genuine and friendly.
