USE ANYONE ELSE BUT SERVPRO.A friend of ours had a fire at their house and Servpro arrived after the fire fighters did. The minute the firefighters left, the Servpro guy was at the doorstep offering his services. Although I get that you want to be the first on the scene to lock down a big fire restoration job that tactic is very unethical. From what I have learned, Servpro has police radio scanners and that us why they make it out to fires promptly. Pretending to be sympathetic to land a job is inhumane and unethical. They dont even allow people to process the tragedy of their home catching on fire before they are already fishing for a dollar. That is the reason they went with someone else.

Servpro responded very quickly when I had a flood in my home. They were very helpful and did an excellent job. All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and professional.

With our previous storm everyone you call is pretty much booked up and putting everyone on waiting lists which is understandable I’ve called to check my states a few times and each time they cannot give an eta which again is understandable but they have been very professional and polite about it I finally did get a call to schedule but it was a different phone number so I called servpro and they were able to tell me who was calling me so I knew I wasn’t being scammed . Great customer service and their list is long but they haven’t forgotten about me and I’m finally able to get my home dried out

This company does not give online estimates when their websites says Online Estimates The lady on the phone was rude and said We dont quote in the middle of a storm. I know how much water by volume and gallons needs to be extracted and the square feet but she wouldnt even listen to me. Go with someone that can at least give you a range.

We had a plumbing issue that came from our upstairs bathroom and flooded our lower level. They were here the same day and everyday after until every inch was dry. They are professional, friendly, informative and reliable. I highly recommend them!

GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE! Good customer service from the team! They came in and got the job done with no problems and in a reasonable amount out time. I was very pleased! Any information that you need, questions or concerns they were able to provide you with that information. I will definitely be contacting them again for any repairs that needs fixing. Servpro was great no matter who answered the phone when i called sara nancy sam & cindy they were always very helpful and professional the guys who came out were always on time they kept me in the loop with everything I was very pleased with this company and will defiantly recommend them to everyone

I used Servpro for water damage mitigation and reconstruction, I had to chase these guys to complete the job, their workers were slow and they used to come for a few hours and then leave for another job. After I got on their manager they started showing some carelessness and completed the job (I had to keep reminding them to do the little stuff). During the time they were working I was very nice I even fed their employees almost everyday. My mortgage company is unfortunately slow I was working with both companies to get things in order and get ServPro paid, however that did not happen because mortgage companies ask for too many documentation and they had to send inspection and they took a while to release the fund. During the time dealing with the mortgage company I was updating ServPro with every step and every update I get just so we are all on the same page. I told them the fund is released and it’s coming they did not believe me and they threatened to put my property on lien. First, yes I agree with y’all the payment took a while but I’m not the one to be punished for this I am until this moment still doing my part. Second if I did not build trust by treating your staff nicely and feeding them everyday and giving you updates on regular basis then I don’t know what else can be done. I don’t tolerate this unprofessional behavior from a company known for their professionalism

Janice and Jose were absolutely wonderful. When my house flooded they came in and said, “we’ll take care of this” and they did. They worked late into the night setting up dryers and dehumidifiers and they came back every day until it was dry. ServePro also did the restoration and it is fabulous. They always asked if it was okay and could they do anything else for us. A great company to work with.

Calling around trying to get help with a mold issue in one of my rental properties and everyone is giving me the run around not trying help me- then i called servpro and spoke with a young lady Samantha she was the willing to answer my questions and let me know the steps to take she went as far as giving me a phone number to help start my process it is clear this company is really about helping customers and i will be calling them to do my job when it is ready. I recommend this company to anyone

Advertise 24/7 responses and free estimates. Called Sunday afternoon and got an extremely unprofessional response from woman who said she couldn’t help me today and she would call Monday. Called Monday morning and said the estimate was $136. I’m not paying that for someone to just come look and leave. Do not recommend at all because of false advertising, unprofessional workers and awful customer service

My wife and I received great service from the SERVPRO team that came out during our flooding issue. Oscar Ortiz was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Oscar was able to let us know what to expect throughout the entire process—from beginning to end—which gave us a good sense of peace during a very stressful time. ServPro Grand Prairie and Kathy Anderson, serviced several offices when we had a hot water heater burst in the ceiling. They were always on time and called daily to insure we were being serviced to our satisfaction. Thank you for a job well done. We would definitely use them again.

A water leak went undetected for several hours and soaked nearly all of the carpet throughout the house. It was awful! We called SERVPRO and were glad we did. Travis and the other employees came out that day, provided us with an itemized list of services and equipment and started the clean-up and restoration process, even working until late at night. They are excellent to work with and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. Travis worked with our insurance company to ensure they approved all the work. Recently, I called Kathy Anderson at the ServPro Grand Prairie location to I inquire if her company could get dog urine stain and odor out of a nice, long-shag rug, about 5’ X 7’. She told me whom to call and where to take it. A service consultant called to give me my options, which ranged in everything from having it done even though they couldn’t guarantee the odor would be completely removed, up to and including me just giving up on it and tossing it altogether! He gave me an estimate for cleaning and deodorizing it, which I was willing to invest, considering what i had paid for the rug. Kathy checked back with me to follow up with my decision and toMake sure I understand they couldn’t guarantee the odor wouldn’t return. I told them to take their time with it; they’ve told me it’s ready and I will pick it up this week. In fact, during Kathy’s last call, she said if I wasn’t pleased with it, I didn’t have to pay them. Of course I will pay, no matter what because I made an informed decision to take a chance, even though no guarantee was made. My overall experience with Kathy and every other representative I dealt with was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them based on this experience and another two times I needed them—once for fire damage and another for travel trailer carpet cleaning and deodorizing.

We came across Servpro when we had to file a homeowners claim for some water damage (to floors that we had just put in two months prior) and they were referred by our insurance company, so we thought it would be the best way to go. Please keep in mind that I am currently 8 months pregnant and it was my nursery that got the brunt of the water damage. Servpro came out the night of the incident (Thursday) to begin water mitigation and our rebuild rep Travis was there the very next day with them while they continued the dry out.Everything went very smoothly! Travis was able to write our estimate on the second day and by the following Tuesday the project was underway. We were very nervous about the floors matching the dining room, again since they had just been put in two months prior, but Travis was able to get us our same flooring.I actually feel that Servpro did an even better job than when we originally put them in. So while dealing with water damage was a pain and unexpected, we ended up with better work in the end. They were very sympathetic to our situation and my nerves of wanting my life and house back in order before my baby was due. I would without a doubt recommend Servpro to anyone looking for excellent work, great customer service and timely completion.Thanks again to Travis and his team for getting us back to where we needed to be!!

I have used Servpro for years for both water damage or major carpet clean. They are great to work and always do a great job.

As a General Manager at GEEP, I had to use Servpro for an emergency cleanup after one of our forklift drivers struck a sprinkler pipe/tee and burst the entire system. Luckily, I knew who to call! I called Kathy Anderson, and she responded immediately. Kathys professional team was on the scene within an hour to clean up thousands of gallons of standing water covering approximately 30,000 square feet of floor space. Without her responsiveness, we definitely would have lost an additional day or two of production. I have Kathys number on speed dial for unexpected emergencies such a this. If you dont have Kathys number on speed dial and youre in the Arlington/Grand Prairie, you should!
