Ive had my things here for almost 2 years now. What I do not like is that they keep going up on my storage. Now, Im paying $153 and over 100 for both in and outside units.

Matthew the store manager is super nice. He surprised me with the amazing climate control building in the back. I would have never thought Life Storage would be so big in the back. A plus is its super clean everywhere outside and in the building at well. I definitely recommend Life Storage.

Had to move out of their storage facility because of changing of price after 5 months, up my rate I think thats unacceptable.Use to get one year of stable priceBut I guess they think you will just payThey guess wrong will move to another storage place. Bad customer service.

I have been with this location for over 5 years. And though the service has always been good, it has reached a whole other level with Krystal there. She is wonderful to deal with, courteous knowledgeable and beautiful. She is one of those people you look forward to seeing. I have never been so satisfied with my storage situation as now, having the pleasure of working with Krystal. Thank you Life Storage for hiring such a high caliber of employees.

The girl working did a great job answering all my questions and helping me find the right size unit. She was really friendly and even showed me how to lock my space after I didnt put the lock on right. The gentleman that works there is also very nice, Ive talked with him a few times too. Amazing customer service from this place!

I do not recommend. I only had my stuff there for about 3 weeks or so and My unit got broken into. They said no cameras picked up on anything so that tells me the workers either broke into it and took what they wanted or there cameras do not work. I got no absolution or reimbursement. So I am thankful nothing was too valuable in there but its the point of them needed better security and trust worthy employees. Not happy at all.

Sunday October 20I rented a unit space at this location 335 W Westchester pkwy Grand Prairie TX 75052.It is 12:48 and this store should have been open and no one is here . Poor service, I was a couple of days late to get my storage paid, I got a late fee that’s ok no big deal but the problem arose because no one is here to take this red lock of my storage and I have already paid them I was only a few days I would recommend you going with another company . You charge me late fees and still put a red lock on my unit.

Easy access for a big truck wide open hallways and doorways all said and done a movers dream..lol..

I have my storage in the temperature controlled building, definitely worth it when moving in or out, love it!

My husband and I went in the other day just price shopping for when we move back to this area. The store personnel were very friendly and made me feel comfortable with storing with them. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I have space in the temperature controlled building, its nice in the summer, because its much easier when not so hot. I like it, has carts to help move your things, elevator to 2 floors.

Im so thankful for the easy online reservations and the dicount for letting me complete verything online before I came into the office was also a big Plus!Matthew was awesome. He greeted me professionally and his attitude is one of superb customer service. In many other storage locations they never let you see the unit, but today Matthew took me to their new building and found my new unit ... Its new, very clean, they have security codes and cameras and they are very accommodating. What else can you ask for?? I even have access to a truck if I need it, so if I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks for making this easy for me!!
