I had full confidence that the woman doing my nails would at least get close to what I wanted, she did not hesitate when I asked if she can create the look similar to my inspo pic. I know I could have asked her to stop when I noticed they looked nothing alike but I was too embarrassed. My nails look awful!This was the location in Orchard Mesa!

I love getting my pedicures done here. They always do a great job, they are kind and professional. It’s close to home and very convenient. Better than any other nail place I’ve been to in town. Affordable and a great quality. Thank you!

Horrible horrible horrible, I went in to get acrylic plus gel on top. Everything was dirty and dusty and on top of that they messed up my nails so bad. The pain was horrendous from how rough the technician was and as soon as he put the color on I noticed the nail polish had a very pungent smell. It went on gloopy and was so messy. I do not recommend you come here

Great prices!! The lady who did my boyfriends pedicure worked a bit fast and didnt do a great job but mine was fine. My nails werent completely dry and I messed one up leaving but other then that great job!!

Went with my sister in law to get manicures but I feel I should’ve went somewhere else. It’s been 2 days and my nails look really bad. Cracking, crooked and coming off. I haven’t even done anything. And not at all what I pictured. Definitely a NO for manicures!

They completely messed mine and my mothers nails up, mine have bulbs and they popped off way to fast like press on they’re colors we’re not correct to what they say they applied acrylic wayyy to thick

We did not receive the services advertised. I requested a lower package for one kid and was charged the same for all three of us. Service is advertised as 30-45 min. We all received about 15 minutes of service. Water was cold. No sugar scrub, no scented treatment.

Cut cuticle too short, caused it to bleed. I had her put clear polish on hands, it looked like shattered glass that evening and most came off in the shower.Poor quality. Waste of money.

Dear Hadassah we are very sorry if you weren’t happy with the service youve received ( which is weird to us because you and your friends look fine when we were doing your nails. You only started to look upset when we told you to pay). You said that you were overcharged for what youve asked for is totally untrue. You ask for a fill and wanted COLOR gel on top. The price is $35. But then you told us that it said $20 on the board and we DID explained to you that on the board the $20 is for CLEAR gel (meaning no color just clear color). Color gel with a fill is $35. We did what you asked for and so please dont say things that are false. Thank you.

These people speak very little english or maybe want you to think that. It may be to confuse you so you just hand them the money.

We DID tell you before hand that the powder that we had is not going to be as clear as the one in the picture. And we even tested the powder on our nail to show you. And you said that you were okay with it. Also for the length of the nails, you asked us to cut it to that length. We did what you’ve asked us to do. Once again we are very sorry if you were not satisfied with your nails. But please don’t post pictures of “what I asked for” and “what I actually got” kind of thing. Even though we did tell you that it’s not going to be the same in the beginning and you said you were okay with it. Thank you

I left a review 3 days ago about my nails I got done and I was kind of upset with the quality and now 3 days after I got them done they are already cracking around my cuticles and also three of them are cracking at the tips. I gave a good tip and paid a high price for these acrylics and I am very displeased.

I don’t like the lady that did my nails she hurt me and made me bleed with the drill i so I didn’t leave a tip and it was 55$ for small nails and they take your hand aggressively DON’T GO THERE!

The people here are very kind . They where very genourous with the amount of polish used. They had a wide variation of colors as well. The service was amazing we where in and out very quickly and there was no lines what so ever. It is very beautiful on the inside. Highly recommended!!!😎

Ive had 3 Mani pedis in the last two months each at different locations and the one I got here was the best hands down. They took their time and the work was meticulous. I will only be going here from now on.

My nails are not straight and poorly painted and they messed them up really bad and still charged me full price

I needed a bit of pampering so I treated myself to a manicure and this was super close to home. They trimmed and filed my nails but didnt shape them nicely or smooth out all of the edges and corners. Im sad to say I will be venturing farther from home in the future.

Made an appt for 3pm for me and my daughter to get manicures for maternity photos we had today.... Showed up at 3, people working had no idea, waited for 25 minutes, walked out. All the guy said was “Sorry.” Still had to do our hair and eat so didn’t have time to wait around and waiting that long after making an appointment is ridiculous. Hope this business goes under.

I kept telling the guy how I wanted my nails as he was doing them. And he kept going the opposite of what I was asking. I left withrounder naols when i wanted square. And little black hairs in my nail. I wouldnt recommend them if you want your money worth.

Our group of 5 were all unhappy with the nails and service we received. nails are uneven, oddly shaped, and bumpy. we were also over charged for what we got done. wouldnt recommend.

Too expensive yet gave in and tried yet again. had a male technician (?) and he hurt. cut out a lot of my big toe nails and didnt even remove all of my old polish. i can still see it! felt like i was bothering him by being there.

Got a gel manicure at Elite Nails on hwy 70 and it lasted 3 weeks. Then I thought Id try Mesa Spa and Nails because it was close to my house. Mistake! 6 days later 2 of my gel nails came off. Ill Never go back there.

Been here three times, ever time I came they guy had cut me with the drill on my fingers more then two times each time. They dont last more then a week.

I had a full set put on a Thursday & 2 nails fell off on Sunday . Horrible service. Don’t go here.
