The ladies who work at Elite are so talented and friendly! My 9 year old came to get her first pedicure for a girls day and they treated her like a princess and made it special! My nails are gorgeous as well!

Terrible service. The man that did my pedicure was rough and rude! He cut me and was just too forceful. No air conditioning in the building...it was the worst experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This place is awesome! I like to just get manicures and no polish most times. Salons usually dislike this and try to up-sell you which is always uncomfortable. I called this place about doing a walk in for just a manicure on a Saturday and the woman on the phone was so kind and said to come right in. I waited less than 1 minute before being seated. The woman who did my nails was awesome! She was quick, thorough and didn’t try to get me to do anything I didn’t want to. She also did a great arm and hand massage. I will go to this place every time I’m back in the area!

The owner and the employees are all fantastic! My favorite place in GJ, hands down, to come for pedicures and manicures! They take care of you quickly and with care.

I had came in wanting white nails with glitter but while the man (not sure what his name is) was doing my nails he decided he liked it pink ombré. I told him I just wanted the white but he insisted and decided to do it on my pinky to show me that I would like it better, then when he was almost done I asked him if he was still going to put glitter, he said no and said he couldn’t then gets annoyed asks for the picture and does it fast and makes it look very bad. I asked them to fix it and they said they couldn’t. I would not recommend :/

Went there just for a fill for my acrylics thinking it would be 35 like it says on there paper and it came out to 55 dollars because of the coffin shape just like a brand new full set would be.. It is ridiculously over priced and they have false advertising, would not recommend.

This is by far my favorite place to get manicures and pedicures! All the employees are kind and hard working. They truly care for there customers. Once they get to know you they become a friend. Love this place!!!

Just a reference I got a full set of acrylics done. I didnt get the name of the women doing my nails but she was very rude and short with me the whole time I was there. Hardly said a word to me except to tell me to relax and not move (even though I was relaxed and not moving) she rushed through the job and obviously was just trying to get my nails done as quickly as possible. None of my nails are the same length, my thumb nail is so short you can see the tip of my thumb over it. She didnt check with me about the length before she just started clipping and then she cut me with the drill and told me it was my fault for moving. Definitely wont be back. As a mom its frustrating. I just wanted some time to relax and treat myself but ended up frustrated and paying for something that wasnt worth it. 🙄

This is a great place to have your nails done. I love the way Kelly does my solar nails, she makes them look very natural looking! I have never been more pleased. They are very personable and friendly. hot stone pedicures with great massage is fabulous as well. They stay open till 7:30 which is great for working people and are open on Sundays as well!

Came here with my sisters, and this was definitely the best pedicure Ive ever got. Everyone was so nice, and they took their time and showed a lot of care for what they did. Well definitely be back!

The people in there are very nice and yes I got a good set of nails. (not the ones I had asked for) My only concern is that if your looking for a set of matte nails, this isnt the place to go. They were very persistent on gel nails. I stuck to my guns on what I wanted, but unfortunately I walked out with glossy nails. Again they do do good nails (if you want gel or a glossy coat) not the place for matte.

FAVORITE NAIL PLACE EVER.The people there are absolutely amazing. They really care about your experience. They offer a great pedicure deal for 35$ that includes hot stones, I really dont think you can find a deal like that anywhere else. I have really really dry cracked heels, I go to see my amazing and talented Amy once a month and it really just makes my day. She is thoughtful and gives her best effort! My feet used to crack so bad I would bleed but after I go see her they feel like butter. Shes incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you will never go anywhere else.

They did not do my nails the way I asked them to. Actually, when I explained to them why I wanted them done how I requested they argued with me and I was right they chipped the gel polish off and still charged me 10 extra for polish!

Charged me $45 for a fill because my nails were too long. Didn’t even do a good job. My nails are extremely bumpy and uneven coverage of nail polish. Very overpriced for a fill, would not be going there again.

They did an okay job on my nails. Charged me more for adding two nails that I broke. Overpriced for fills.

Wont be back. They filed my skin on multiple fingers so hard it caused them to bleed, even after telling him to do it softer. Sloppy work and poor customer services. Pretty disappointing all around.
