Delivery was requested by shipper to have a lift gate. Delivery driver un-palleted and was un-appologetic, basically didnt even push them to the back of the truck. We get shipping from these guys all the time, they know we dont have a dock or fork lift. We lifted 800 lbs of expensive merchandise off the truck ourselves with no appologies.

You ask me what I do not like. Hows everything. We had a freight package ship out of Denver on 04/29/2020 according to the paperwork, shipping to Steamboat Springs CO . Instead it shipped to Grand Junction Colorado. It is now Friday 05/08/2020 Still havent seen it. Maybe next week??? Have been on hold with them, waiting for them to answer phone.....

The worst shipping experience. Items very damaged and no one there to respond to picking up freight...even when the site manager has your number. Pure pathetic.

Im giving a one star review because zero wasnt an option. I usually have ups freight or old dominion deliver my freight but supplier shipped Saia. Product took 4 times the amount of time to get to my town. They didnt call me prior to package to be delivered like they claimed. When I was able to get a hold of them they told me it would be several more days until they could deliver my freight. I had to show up and pick up the freight at the terminal because they couldnt do the job they were paid to do.

Weve had SAIA deliver our freight for the last decade+. John, Chris and the team are always prompt, courteous, professional, and deliver rain or shine. In the many many deliveries weve had, only one was lightly damaged. And the SAIA team was happy to help with a claim. Customer service #1! Super impressed. Well run operations. Good job, guys. Keep up the great work! :D

Boooo...driver wont deliver to our rural property because he says he cant turn his truck around here. Weve had 48 flatbeds deliver heavy equipment here, but since were a little out of the way, Saia makes us meet them at a location convenient for them, which is an hour away for us. Unprofessional and unapologetically dont give a ****. Well, I say take your business elsewhere. Zero stars.

Did not do pick up or notify me as the were to have. next day did not pick up again. then was told I had cussed the driver????? that never happened never spoke to driver. now they say they dont come here...I prepaid my bill. A VERY SORRY LOT OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Another trucking company that doesnt have good drivers or know the rules of the road, Thankfully when reported to the company they were on top of it
