We’re new to the area and I knew I had to find a pediatric dentist for my two kids. I couldn’t be happier with this place!!! My preteen daughter has horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They made her so comfortable and relaxed. She got fillings today and she said that it was a piece of cake and she wish it was always this awesome! She has to get some teeth pulled in a few weeks and I absolutely trust Pediatric Dental Specialists to take good care of her! All the staff and doctors are exceptionally friendly and warm. They make it clear that everything they do they do for the kids. My kids now look forward to dental visits…I never thought that would happen!

The staff was great, but it was shocking to see so many parents there without a face mask on. Covid transmission in this area is widespread! I wish this dental practice protected our little ones better — most of whom are too young to be vaccinated.

Even with all 4 kids in one appointment it was smooth, fun and professional. Always a good interaction. Even seriouse situations are done so well you feel at ease. These guys are the best!

Dr. Cox was absolutely amazing with our son. He has autism and has a hard time with sensory overloads and noises and new people. Dr Cox came in and was so kind and gentle to our son. He explained that each time we go we will try to get used to the X-ray room to hopefully one day get actual X-rays of our sons mouth. And he used his bubble machine to calm our son down after his exam. The assistants were so wonderful and gentle too. Thank you for making a hard experience a better one and we left with smiles :)

Always super friendly dentists. We love Dr. Cox, Dr. Beck, and Dr. Rogers. I have 4 kids and they’re amazing with all of them.

The dentists and hygienists are absolutely wonderful here! They talk your child through each step and make them feel comfortable. They are the best in town! However, at our last appointment there was an issue with verifying insurance that caused us to be about 45 min late for our appointments. We’ve had the same insurance for our children for the last 8 years going there. It was verified last minute but still didn’t seem completely correct. This a process issue that was frustrating but otherwise they are incredible.

We have been visiting this office since my son needed dental surgery as a baby. I cannot begin to express how wonderful everyone in this office has been! Dr. Cox has the most amazing calming bedside manner with children. Your babies will be in good hands!!

The staff here is amazing with kiddos. My 4 year old was excited for his last dentist appointment, he actually said Oh, I like going to the dentist, and he smiled through the whole appointment. Dr. Cox has unparalleled bedside manner, he really takes his time explaining things not only to the parent but to the patient as well. Wish my dental appointments were half as enjoyable.

The hygienist and the doctor were amazing with my littles. They were patient and took so much time to introduce them to all the tools and what theyd be doing during with them during the visit. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions specifically and thoroughly. I am so glad to have found them and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Dr. Cox and Abby were so nice. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure it was a fun experience for my daughter. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Thanks for a great first visit!

My 2 sons have been going to this practice for over a year now and it has by far been the best dental facility we’ve been to. The staff is extremely friendly, gentle, and genuine. All of them are very knowledgeable and honest which is a rarity nowadays. As someone who has a legitimate fear of the dentist even if I’m not in the chair I feel at ease when I take my kids here. I can’t recommended them enough.

Very great experience with Pediatric Dental in GJ. Very professional and caring staff. Our dental hygienist made our four year old Orion feel so comfortable and happy. Dr. Beck is awesome and it is easy to see how much it means to him to give the best care possible to the kids. Thank you for taking us as a last minute visit and still seeing us when we were running late.I highly recommend Dr. Beck and everyone at Pediatric Dental!

We loved the environment and staff so much! They were patient with my kids and spoke in a way that brought the bravery out of the kids. Would be 5 stars but the wait was very long - 2 hours from check in to check out.

It was my grandsons first dental appointment and I was pleased with all aspects of the visit. The check in process was easy and he immediately got in to his appointment with no waiting. We were given a tour of the office and an explanation of what procedures would be done. The scheduler, hygienist assistant and hygienist were all GREAT.

Great family friendly place to bring your family. They never over do it with the kids if they get nervous. All 3 of my kiddos love the dentist because of this office. They talk you through procedures and make sure you understand before they proceed.

1st time momma here, so super protective and nervous about everything.These guys are AMAZING. My daughter just had her very first appointment yesterday afternoon with Dr Beck.Him and his assistant where the absolute best!Not only was it a wonderful experience for my child but they made the experience easy going for me as well.Very friendly atmosphere, you can tell they adore kids. Everyone is so kind! Always have had such a good time. My son isn’t scared to come to the dentist because we have always been here. Movies on the ceiling when they are being worked on and a coin for a prize when they leave.

Amazing! I have a toddler with sensory processing disorder, who absolutely hates anything in his mouth unless he puts it there. The staff was kind and friendly and so understanding! Dr. Rogers was just as amazing! Loved every minute of this experience!

I LOVE this office for my son! I was very nervous especially since he does have to have some work done and he is barley going to be 2, but this office made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely keep bringing my son to this office. They do so much to keep the children entertained and calm. 5 starts they definitely exceeded my expectations!

Hands down the BEST pediatric dentist on the Western Slope if not the best in Colorado. Dr. Cox is exceptional. I wouldn’t take my children any other place. I wish they treated adults:)

We took our 13 month old in for his first dentist appointment, and we were amazed with how wonderful all of the staff was! Dr. Beck was absolutely amazing with our kiddo, and gave us so much helpful information and awesome tips for oral care at home with our little one being so young. 11/10 I would recommend this office to any and everyone!

Absolutely one of the best children’s dental offices we have visited. The staff and doctors are top notch.On the way home, my daughter said she liked how everything was explained to her while it was being done and that Dr. Cox is the best dentist ever!

Every single person we experienced was exceptional!!! They took such good care of my five year old!! Each person in the dental team was very experienced with making children comfortable, it was awesome!!! As a mom, you worry how your child will react to a strange place/experience, this was really, really comforting, I know we are in good hands going forward!!

Great office, the dentist was awesome- as well as his dental assistant. I am very impressed with how they made my son feel comfortable especially for his first visit. I like how they toured me and my son around the office, I felt completely comfortable. The vibe in the back of the office was way different then the front reception. Look forward to continuing care with this office!

Was a great experience taking my boys there. Their are really caring and patient with the kids. As well as the Dentist explained everything step by step of what need to be done. Making sure that all of my questions are answered and I felt comfortable with my boys procedure, as well as my boys feeling comfortable to and explaining to them before just getting straight to work. Had a great experience today with Rachel and Dr cox. They were very calm and reassuring to our two year old little boy. Rachel retrieved the Dr quickly which allowed our little boy to stay engaged so that he wouldnt experience a loss of patience or too much playfulness while waiting for his exam. Dr Cox was very informative and gave us a clear picture of what dental experiences would be coming soon for our little one. The staff at the front counter were very accommodating and sweet as well. The whole experience was quick and painless. Thanks a bunch guys. We appreciate you!!

I love this place !I come from Los Angeles California and I’m so thankful for my children’s doctor to refer me to this place because I can honestly say it was 20 times better than what I experienced out in LA.They are very gentle and understanding with the kids.My kid’s and I give this place a 10/10 !!

Took my daughter here to get her teeth checked and she’s usually very scared and tense but they made her feel so comfortable. The doctors explain everything very well and keep your mind at ease. Safety is their priority and they really make you feel welcomed. I recommend them to anyone who is nervous about taking their little ones to the dentist!

It’s always a good experience for my daughter when she visits Pediatric Dental Specialist. She has been a patient there for many years now and has never complained about having to visit the dentist. The environment is very pleasant and not overwhelming with “extra” stuff and bright colors. It’s a calming space with excellent staff. Highly recommend!

Everyone one from the front desk to the back office was amazing! My 2.5 year old was nervous and they were all so kind. We were able to get his teeth cleaned and an exam done today. It was such a good experience!

Claudia is very rude! Told me my son has to wait 6 months to get 6 cavities filled, and If I didnt like it I could transfere elsewhere! She also refused to consult a dentist about that descion or transfere me to a office admin! Outside Claudias less than average performance the doctors and others staff were great!

The dentists and staff here are all excellent. Almost too kind! They work great with kids, esp shy and nervous kids. We have always had a good experience here.

We absolutely love coming to this office. All three of the doctors are friendly and explain every situation clearly. The hygienists are just as awesome and friendly. Having a little one who gets anxious going to the dentist isnt easy, and this entire office make it so much better.

Such a great experience today! Our kiddo (almost 5) had his first cavity filling and Dr. Beck and Lessie did an amazing job of keeping him comfortable and not pushing anything on him. He wasn’t scared. They talked with him through everything. He was able to prepare himself every step of the way. They took time and were very patient with him. Kuddos to them for tending to a very anxious and “busy” child. He’s always on the go and full of energy and they were able to tend to him every step of the way. We appreciate you guys and are so grateful we have a trustworthy dentist and staff to show our kiddo all about teeth health and that the dentist doesn’t have to be a scary and negative place. Our kiddo always looks forward to the dentist. He gets excited and has never said he doesn’t want to go. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Great job staff!I would say the level of care our child receives every time is well worth what we pay. It amazes me every time with how good it is.

We’re so impressed with Pediatric Dental Specialists! Our 3-year-old just had her first appointment there and had a perfect experience. The hygienist, Susan, was amazing for a preschool-aged kiddo and helped her feel comfortable the entire time. The doctor was also very calming and soft spoken, and explained everything clearly. And the TV overhead playing movies, a sticker wall, and a wall of prizes...what more could you ask for? Wait, there’s more — a few days after the appointment, our daughter got a hand written letter reaffirming how great she did at her dental visit with 2 bonus stickers to boot. Literally what makes a 3-year-old happier than stickers?! Thank you, PDS!

Dr.Cox and the rest of the staff made my daughter feel extremely comfortable with her first cavity. We have been going here since my daughter was a year old and I have never been disappointed!!! I would recommend this dental office to anyone with kiddos they know how to make sure the kids are comfortable and also explain what each tool is and how it is used on their teeth!!!!

Pediatric Dental Specialists is honestly the best place to take your children to help them build confidence, trust, and a positive relationship with the Dentist! All of the staff is so warm hearted, they work hard to be flexible with scheduling, and my kids have NEVER had a hard time being comfortable at PDS.

I was blown away by this place. I have been very skeptical about pediatric dentists after being seen at another local one, we were not given any info regarding what was going on with our childs mouth, we were just told this is what your doing. It didnt sound right, after seeing Dr. Cox we now know it was absolutely not right and we were finally in good hands. Our son is almost 3 and very active, Dr. Cox explained in detail what he needed to do to help our sons teeth, what options we have, and what the best route to take was, he was so patient with our sons behavior, reassuring us it was ok and normal. He made us feel confident, and comfortable. Not to mention our son had a blast in the waiting room, and even made some really amazing friends.

Love this office! The office manager was so kind to fit my needs and the Doctors were amazing! I will definitely be bringing my kids back here.

Usually great; however, issues the last two times! Over the years being there since 7 years ago the kids are very comfortable going which is huge. Be ready for a wait though I think their schedules are getting over booked because an hour plus wait when my son had work done in February and then today my daughter had crowns and we literally watched 8 kids arrive after we did and go back before we did which is frustrating when you have a schedule yourself it is very inconsiderate. Though this has happened the last two times we were there it was the same thing. After I finally asked them about it on both occasions after watching 5 kids go back after they arrived after us only to be left waiting while 3 more went back before us. I mean Understandably some going back for different procedures I can see but 8 and a long wait is not a couple of kids. But the dentist are great, so thats a plus.

By far the best pediatric dentist office out there! From the moment we walk in they are kind, patient, warm and welcoming. The dentist and dental assistant make going to the dentist fun for my scared little guy. They let us know what they are doing every step of the way, making sure we are comfortable with it all. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Pediatric Specialist!

We absolutely love going to the dentist! They are all so nice and really care about our kiddos! Working with Kayla and Dr. Beck today was painless and they understand toddler temperament lol Thank you both for always having our kiddos best interest in mind!
