I brought my phone in expecting to have to replace my charging port. The tech spent about 20 minutes cleaning it out and didnt charge me for his time. Super friendly and helpful.

I came in with my Ps4 that couldnt load any games other than minecraft and undertale, but they fixed it up for a fair price and it now runs like new. My only issue was that I went in there originally just to find out what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it and there was a misunderstanding and they fixed it. Because of this mix up they apologized and the price was cheap enough that I could afford it. Dont waste your time and money at Best-Buys repairs just go here.

Jeremy is a screen repair wizard! I had no idea that the damage my son did to his phone could even be fixed. The screen was not only physically cracked, but some of the buttons, and the images, we’re distorted and not working properly. I had a phone that had swallowed a sim card from Malaysia and the guy at phone sim card place in Java must have broken the chip tray. Jeremy took the phone and even as busy and efficient as he is had it done very quickly. I picked it up a couple hours later with a new battery also while he had the phone apart. He could have charged me for an internal part and I wouldnt have known the difference. He was super honest, efficient and very reasonably priced. Thank You Jeremy!

Great quick service by Jeremey. He fixed my iPhone by rebooting it when a shop in Montrose had said I needed to replace the screen. Even if I would have had to replace the screen his cost of $115 would have been far less than $405! I’ll return to Smartphone Repair for any future work.

Jeremy fixed my sons’ tablet after one of them crammed the wrong charger into the charging port. He had it fixed the next day, just as he told me he would. I can’t count the number of times I needed their expertise to repair phones over the years. Brit broken screens, broken buttons, non-functioning mics, I’ve never had an issue that Jeremys knowledge couldn’t solve. He’s the guy who fixed a phone on a Sunday, after an hour drive, at his own home, because it was an emergency. It’s dedication to customer service like that that is a rare find these days. Jeremy was very helpful and worked his magic. He was able to get my phone to turn back on after it had spent some time in liquid. He was also able to get it to back up.

I found Jeremy to be very experienced and competent. Good, prompt work at a fair price. He quickly replaced the battery in my Samsung S7 while I waited. The battery was bulging, hence the need for replacement, and it actually caught fire during removal (yes, exciting!!) and he saved the phone (and potentially my body) from damage! Burning lithium is NOT easy to extinguish!

My mother’s iphone was bulging apart and my phone had been damaged in a fall. I had been putting off taking both to be fixed, as I anticipated the cost would be great. My mother and I found Jeremy at GJ phone repair. He was welcoming, easy to work with, and easy to talk to you. I am not a computer whiz, so I need someone who can explain things in simple terms. Jeremy made my mother and I both feel comfortable and ended up costing far less than anyone else in town! He’s located in “The Office” suites in Patterson Center.
