As one of only two Apple-certified repair places on the entire Western Slope of Colorado, Simply Mac didnt fail to impress. My daughters laptop was quickly and efficiently checked in, and I was back out the door and headed home after only about 5 minutes. And to top it off, although I was told it could be 3-5 days before they had a chance to take a look at it, I got a call back the next day. It was, as I feared, a failed logic board, but I couldnt confirm that without their help. All in all, a satisfying experience (even though Im going to have to help my daughter get a new laptop). Thanks, Simply Mac!
My granddaughters phone was stuck on the Apple logo and would not do anything. So we took it to the Simply Mac store on Rimrock in Grand Junction Co and the sales person David Q was so very helpful, kind and informative. He was very professional we could use alot more of people like him. David Q Thank you so very much for fixing my granddaughters phone we greatly appreciate you .
My experience has unfortunately been quite unsuccessful with this store. I brought my laptop in for a problem with the wifi. Was informed that they might need to order a new wifi-chip, but was happy to receive a call saying it had been fixed, but diagnostics showed a new battery would benefit for about $115. I agreed to prolong the life of my laptop, and the next day receive a call saying that the wifi-chip is actually going to need to be replaced for about $150/$200. Well, at that point I did not have an option because that was the main problem I needed fixed, so I agreed. A week later at home with my laptop the wifi stopped infrequently until it no longer worked at all, causing me to lose numerous written documents/applications I was in the middle of working on. Now, my battery life says 20% and then within 3 minutes the laptop shuts itself off and I plug it in to see it charging at 1%...I paid over $300 to have my laptop function worse than when I brought it in and to be told that my laptop cannot take up space on their work bench? I am confused as to how the customer service works here, when I, the customer pay for service, and the service takes the money and does not fulfill the service?Best of luck to anyone who needs assistance here. I recommend going elsewhere.
I do not recommend junction Colorado store at all. I was having trouble with the battery in my four-year-old iPhone. It would not hold a charge and I had to keep it plugged in continually while using it. Verizon could not replace the battery and sent me to simply Mac. I set up the appointment and took the phone in the technician there did two different scans on the phone tell me the battery was below the requirement. And that it need to be replaced. So I left the phone with them working just fine other than the battery would not hold a charge. Two hours later when I pick the phone up. They had attempted to cram some kind of a connector into the bottom of the phone and they destroyed the connector. Basically destroying the phone. They told me they could not replace the battery because the connector was damaged and it would cost more to replace it and buy a new phone. They refused to make it good. The connector was working just fine when I brought it in I drive for Uber and lift to have the phone plugged in every single day with no problems. Now I have a phone that cannot be charged at all I cannot work and they refuse to take responsibility. This is not a place that I would recommend
Immaculate store. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Positive experience.
Very disappointed in apple products. Went into this store to get help as I was told to from customer support and was turned away.
I went in with an I phone 10 that had fallen in the pool. The guy that helped me said he did some testing on it and that it was not repairable at all. Funny thing is I went for a second opinion at Phone Medic...let’s just say two hours later and $60 the phone is working great! Sorry I wasted my time at Simply mac...Thank you Phone Medic!
Simply Mac has made several warranty and non-warranty repairs for us. Theyve always been courteous and professional and have delivered within the time-frame they promised. I recommend them for all of your Apple product needs.
My very old iPad had died. I ordered 1 on the apple website but when I realized that it would not ship for 3 weeks I canceled it. Grand Junction is 130 miles from me & I dont make the trip lightly. I called to see if had in stock the iPad I wanted. A nice man answered . I explained what I wanted & when we found out they had 1 he offered to put my name on it. Next day I got in the car for a 1 stop trip to pick it up. I got there late morning. There was 1 customer. he was being waited on. I stood around for a few minutes and another employee came out of the back. I explained what I needed & he he went back to grab it. I then waited about 10 minutes and began to wonder if I should just go to BestBuy. The 1st rep was finished with her client & asked me if was being helped & I said that I thought so. She then went & sat down in the back. I waited a little longer then I got a bit terse & started to leave. She & I then completed the transaction & I went the 130 miles home. When I got home I came to find out that new iPads have a plug in that is not compatible with anything I own. She knew this I was clueless. If she had just cared a bit I would have the machine set-up. Seems to me there must be a lot of capable people needing work in Grand Junction
I went here to get the battery replaced on my iphone. I hoped because they use the apple logo all over I could expect reliable repair work, but this is NOT an apple store, and do not expect that quality of service. I called ahead, and then drove two hours to grand junction. Once I arrived I was told they couldn’t work on my phone until the next day. When I showed up the next day they made me promise I would pay if they broke my phone. I asked how often they break phones, i was told “not often.” I pressed for details and was told that they don’t often break phones because people often choose not to have their battery replaced when told the price and that there was a risk. I pressed harder and was told there was a 40% chance they would break my phone. At this point I should have walked away, but after driving to grand junction and then waiting till the next day I felt committed. It also seemed impossible thatA: they could have such a high failure rate doing something as simple as swapping the battery andB: that they would even attempt something so likely to fail, especially with as little warning as they would have given if I didn’t press. They took the phone in the back and told me to come back in an hour and a half. When I came back the person I had been talking to was gone and another guy just said “it broke” and charged me.What an incredible waste of time and money and what a disreputable business. I went down the block to “phone medic” and they told me they replace the battery on the same model all the time and that if simply mac breaks the phone 40% of the time, they are doing it wrong. They also told me that they stand by their work and don’t charge for failed repairs. They immediately opened the phone and attempted to replace the battery again in front of me. They told me the phone was broken, but charged me nothing. I should have gone there in the first place. I would never go to simply mac unless somebody else is paying for the repair.
In the midst of covid-19 and the need to keep customers safe, I completely respect and understand the importance of limiting the number of customers in the store. However there is a sign (a piece of paper) on the door (only in English, mind you) stating five customers are allowed but showing a large number 3.When I poked my head in the store to ask whether it was 3 or 5 customers I was completely ignored and the employee stated it was 3 and she didn’t know why the paper said 5. She didn’t make any indication that it would be corrected, even though it seems like it would be easy to type out a new paper and post it. Further, when a customer appeared to have left and I came back in I was completely ignored once again and then the customer returned and I had to leave again.I have a huge issue that the signage is only written in English (even though we have a high population of Spanish-speaking citizens) AND that it is misleading in the number it says AND that nobody was willing to interact and communicate with me when I was confused and needed help understanding the new guidelines. I’m disappointed that the store is clearly only concerned with a specific demographic and uninterested in providing quality customer service to anyone who doesn’t fit that mold.Seems like it would be easier to find somewhere else to take your service than to deal with being uninformed, misinformed, and ignored as a customer.
The folks at Simply Mac were friendly and professional in our dealings. Their answers were on target to an older user... I am very happy to have them to rely on for those things I don’t know about my computer systems and frankly don’t want to.Great service, great people.
We went there for apple ID help. Was told wed have to call corporate, and I should have changed my safe number before eraceing my phone to set up new carrier. tried to get help switching second phone so we didnt accidently mess it up also. Was told to have corporate help us just in case that apple id was 2 step verrification. The overall impression was that they wouldnt even try to help you unless it was something they could charge us for or make a sale on!
Absolutely clueless people here!Into this store THREE TIMES for a MacBook issue that Apple Confirmed was under warranty and these people could figure out.Driving my computer to Denver versus dealing with such incompetence!
Superb!Carter was the young man with whom I first spoke, and he was so dang good! I called on behalf of my parents Mac, he was able to see if they could help update the OS, they could. We loaded up the computer, took it to the store, and Carter greeted us as soon as we walked in, knowing why we were there. They were able to get it done a little sooner than expected, and the young man, whose name I cannot remember (I am so sorry, because he was so cool and great!), called and we picked it up.Highly recommend this Simply Mac store; they are awesome!!! :)
I walked into Simply Mac in Grand Junction in a red-hot panic. The tech who helped me was friendly, not one bit condescending. She (Im sorry I dont remember her name!) asked for help from another tech, and they figured out quickly what the problem was. So grateful.
We went to the Mac store to look at options for phones on 10/14/20 around 4:30 and the service was horrible. Not interested in selling phones, she was very rude and abrupt.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff (I spoke with 3, and all 3 of them were great). My issue wasnt addressed initially (airpods were serviced when they just needed replaced, so not their fault), and they were so helpful making sure the problem was fixed.
Tell us one price to fix IPhone and charge more, I ask and the attendees was very not polite
I have recently made several visits to Simply Mac here in Grand Junction. While the reason for the visit was not necessarily happy -- corrupted hard disc drive --- the experience was outstanding!!! First off I had several visits with your customer service person, Rachel. She was able to listen and understand my questions and concerns AND she was very able to answer all of my questions and concerns in a way that I could understand. She is an outstanding representative for the store. I watched her help other customers (young and old) with the same professional manner and knowledge. And, while I did not get to actually meet Aaron, he was the technical person that worked for hours retrieving files that we thought might be completely lost. I highly recommend this team.
Went in with a broken screen pixel on my iPhone to ask how much it would be to repair it. Worker said the only thing they could do was factory reset it. I am no expert, but I am also not dumb and I know that a factory reset does nothing for a BROKEN PIXEL!! Everyone here is so incompetent its truly sad.
The people working at Simply Mac in Grand Junction could not be better or nicer or more patient! They explain everything in understandable terms. After getting a doom and gloom scenario three times from my carrier, Simply Mac has solved my problem with my phone or IPad each time costing me a minimal amount of money. I have recommended them to many! Thank you!
Went in for broken plug stuck in I pad. I use the ipad for search and rescue. So I was in a panic. Ed came to the rescue. Got old pieces out and sold me a much better plug. Great job. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUT CHEAP PLUGS
Took my phone in for a diagnostic bc it was acting strange. The Associate took my phone back to look at it, came back out, & told my husband that it was the mother board. They said we needed a whole new one & they were gonna charge us a little over $400 for it on top of shipping it out to do so. So my husband said thanks & left bc he honestly didn’t believe him. He took it to high tides & they popped it open. The ACTUAL problem was that my batter had popped loose just enough to make my phone malfunction. The reason it popped out was actually from a previous screen fix (at high tides) they couldn’t replace adhesive in fear of putting too much & it causing connection problems between the plates. We paid $30 for labor to get it popped back into place. We almost made a $400 mistake & guess what?? THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAVE CERTIFICATION. They either don’t know what they’re doing, or they do and they’re basically ripping people remorselessly.
I was told by Apple support that I have an appointment at 2:00 PM.I had to stand in line for a while, as most of the time they only had one associate working. Then when I finally was able to talk to an associate, it was not really an appointment, but it was more of a rush job to get the computer in and have them write up the charges. But, when I went back to get my computer, the manager took a lot of time with me and helped me to see what they had done to fix my computer and he answered my questions patiently!
Drove a little over an hour just to get turned away!Made an appointment online. All so I could come in and get told oh we need to order the screen for your phone and it takes about 2-3 business days. What was the point of making an appointment then.First and last time I will be here. What a waist of time and gas.
Quick service and fixed problem for very reasonable price
Simply Mac In the Grand Junction, CO takes care of their customer... although relatively new in the area, their customer care people will GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you resolve gadget and tech issues. Good job guys!
Really a friendly, knowledgeable group of young people in the Grand Junction store. They genuinely want to get you what you need, not just sell you stuff.Particularly patient with those of us not up to speed with technology (older people).
My iPhone X was no longer under warranty but had a manufacturer defect with the touch sensor that was covered under a separate Apple program. The only restriction was that it had to be an IPhone X and was purchased in the last three years. I bought the phone in February 2018 and was told by Apple support it met the criteria for the replacement. I headed to Simply Mac to get the fix and was told that my phone was not the correct model and would cost me $500 out of pocket plus about a week for repair. I told them about the display module replacement program and they said they had never heard of it. I walked out and went to Best Buy instead. They right away knew about the issue and replaced the screen in two hours free of charge. It’s unfortunate that the only “Apple Specialists” in town didn’t know something Best Buy did.
Great Service. They were able to fix my problem right away while I was at the store.
Had to have a new battery put in my phone. I tried to make sure my phone was backed up to the cloud but wasn’t having any success. The young man in the store was very helpful. Got my phone backed up and new battery installed. It took just about 1 hour for everything to be completed.
Seriously understaffed store. I haven’t managed to get into this store without there being just one person to help, quite a few people waiting for service and at least 2-3 people walking out.I stood around for 30 minutes after having already waited for 20-30 minutes for them to prep a used Mac for purchase. The whole time the phone just rang and rang with no one answering it.It’s nice to have a local store that services macs, but with such bad service I just can’t go anymore. This was my last hurrah.I know it isn’t the staff on the floors fault - but there is either some seriously bad communication going on, or some seriously bad management. There’s a Best Buy near buy, and at least they understand the value of a persons time.
Great service!I was acknowledged right away.
I was in there recently because my iPhone keep dropping serve. The staff at this location are very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely return if I need help again.
Poor / slow customer services with greater than 20 minute hold times on two different phone calls. It took two trips in to get work requested done properly. They just dont seem to care. Will send my computer to apple next time it needs work.
Tested battery status for both of our iPhones (myself and my wife’s), turned off screen activation with phone movement, and provided excellent information concerning Apple battery replacements. Very knowledgeable and motivated by customer interest.
Fast, helpful, friendly, and trade in value was super fair. Definitely try these guys before using Apple’s terrible 3rd party trade in service. I love these guys! Thanks for my iPad Pro 11!
It is worth mentioning that Apple might be affiliated with this store, but they are still third party to them. So, It is worth mentioning that most repairs may take up to even a week, but they will order the repair efficiently as soon as they can, and will replace all items with genuine Apple parts, so nothing is third party, and everything will work. Also, because they are affiliated with Apple, they will follow Apples rules such as AppleCare+ and warranty, and their very own warranty, Simple Care
Resolved our issues in an efficient and timely manner and were more than willing to help and patiently answer all our questions. And for a very reasonable cost.
The tech who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time for faster service.
Thank you so much for your patience and attention to detail. Polite efficient staff. Great experience. Highly recommend.
The lesson started on time, but it is hard to stay focused, as there are people talking & moving around in the store. Lesson needs to be more structured.
As always, a huge let down. Helping people out of order, being completely ignored, all my favorite things. Just go somewhere else, Wal-Mart is more helpful!
Super fast turn around on iPhone 6 Plus. I was told 7 to 10 working days to replace defective phone but it came back in three! Could not have had a more pleasant surprise.
Everyone was very helpful and happy. They acknowledge you if they’re busy and let you know someone will be with you shortly.
Simply Mac has been extremely helpful for me in all aspects of their business. I am glad they are here for this non Techno Savvy gal!
Fantastic service! The staff is very friendly and very helpful and I will gladly go back if I ever need one of my other Apple products services.
I went to Simply MAC because I have had other brand computers that were not very dependable. My husband wanted a MAC, so we bought one fter long time, He wanted an new one so I could have the old one due to my disappointments with past computers He got his and I got the older MAC and boy, I have liked that MAC. But built-in obsolescence raised an ugly head and both computers were too old to find a printer for them.I decided to have the laptop updated. While there to do that, I saw one that caught my eye. I liked and enjoyed the repair done to the 04.But I decided to go back to look at the one I previously noticed as it was smaller and lighter and newer than either of ours.Preston was very helpful when he saw me looking. He told me what the refurbished laptop had been done to it and I decided to treat myself. He then suggested I might want to consider the warranty 3 yr. plan. He said that there was a $100 off the plan. When I struggled with whether to spend the extra for the warranty plan, he did not try to influence or pressure me to buy it which was very professional and appreciated. When making past important purchases, I have been pressured often in my long life of 73 years and this was an uncommon first time. Thank-you, Preston for your professionalism and everything else.ST, Grand Junction, CO
Great service. Merry Christmas to their staff. Well worth the drive time from Montrose to have you do your thing.
Dont even waste your time with this place! Went in to have my iPhone battery replaced under Apples illegal activity to slow down phones and the store told me that since they are booked out 2 months for repair, they would not honor the $29.00 price even though it is now mid-November and the special pricing does not end until 12/31/2018. Their only recommendation was to take the phone to Denver or Salt Lake City. They have NO staff on duty to help customers let alone make repairs.
Great fast curious help. I’ll definitely come back for my problems, and encourage my friends to do the same!Trevor
The team was very helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and schedule a time slot with the technical support to complete the necessary repairs without interrupting our schedules.
Ive always had a 5 star experience at this store, until a recent visit. Had an issue with a phone unexpectedly shutting down. I felt that the clerk didnt take take the time to truly understand the issue before rushing me into her solution, which didnt solve the problem, and cost me $$. Ill be back, but not with enthusiasm.
Awesome customer experience. There was a bit of a line to wait in but it was well worth it.
Very helpful got our phones working. Cameron very professional well knowledge on apple products . Thanks for assistance will be back and tell our friends of your service.
Just like last time, Jeremy did a great job of working with me when my MBP died. I rarely have trouble with Apple products, but when I do I have the good fortune of having SimplyMac repair service available. You do great work at a fair price. Thanks again.
Very professional and helpful. Repaired my Mac Pro in a few short days. Store manager was extremely accommodating. Im happy they are here and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
Trae was so patient and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended this store. Great experience.
THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGABLE. WILL GO THERE AGAIN FOR OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THANKS
I have tried to call to contact this store over a total of three days calling multiple times a day within their store hours and I have never been able to get ahold of anyone. I even left a voicemail that was never returned. I finally called Apple support to make an appointment with this store. I went in to talk about repairs to my computer and was consistently told it would not be worth to repair my computer as it would cost more than the computer is worth (before even knowing the extent of the damage). When the repair is cheaper than the cost of a new computer, it is worth it to me when its the only computer I have. I had to ask multiple times to get the service tech to answer my question about the cost of repairs. The guy had to walk back into the back 3-4 times to ask questions he didnt know the answer to. Mean while the gal that was working there stood hunched over on the desk/table right next to me on her phone the entire time - then acting annoyed when a couple came in looking for a guy with a beard they had spoke to earlier and she informed them hes on lunch, sorry without offering to see if she could help them. All in all I am very annoyed with this store, everytime I have gone in there they are unable to help me or answer technical questions about my devices, they just say they have to send it in, I understand that more elaborate repairs would need to be sent in to a tech, but i feel they should be able to provide simple feedback about potential issues with devices, or be able to communicate to me what will be done.
There solution to everything here is to just factory data reset the phones brought in here without making sure you have a backup of your data or anything
Went to ship my phone to apple. They refused my phone due to a slight bend in the phone. Help was non existent. Not to mention opening late for my appointment. I wouldnt have given a single star but I had to to let people know about their over rated service. 19.99 just to push 2 buttons and wipe my phone. I did that 2 times already. My issue is a factory issue just send it in. Thanks for nothing simply mac your the worst.
AWESOME, I JUST MOVED FROM SAN FRANCISCO AND DROVE FROM MONTROSE TO BUY A MACK AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE.EVERYONE ROCKS HERE !
Zach was great - I learned a lot. Looking forward to more sessions in the future.
Rachel at Simply Mac in Grand Junction is super friendly and helpful! We so appreciate the extra effort from customer service! Thanks, Rachel!
Fast and friendly service, very professional.
Friendly Manger, knows his products and how to advise the customer on what would be the best for me and the decision is mine to make on cost. I like going to Simply Mac because of customer service.
They diagnosed my phone, found what the problem was ordered the correct parts and fixed it right the first time.Very pleased with their great service!!!!
Zach helped me receive a warranty on my iPhone 6 andprogram it when it arrived. Very kind and helpful. Store didnthave many staff and there was a wait.
Rachel, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable, outstanding customer service, and made shopping for a new phone so easy!
They solved our issues right away, would definitely come here again.
I was in today and an associate put my tempered glasses from Verizon on my new iPhone 7+. He had to peel it off and redo it and now there is a hair and dust underneath the screen. I really dont want to have to buy a new tempered glass at 25 bucks. What can I do?There are at least 5 bubbles with dust dots and that very visible hair.
Quick turn a round! My phone was back within a week with a brand new screen. Very professional staff-Thanks
I’ll start of by saying that I never leave reviews unless very good or very bad and rarely then. I had an appointment set up by Apple with them to get a new battery put in the next day, I call them 5 min before they opened and left a voicemail with my situation and all of my contact details and then once they had been open a few hours I called again and left the same information and they never called me back, this was Simply Mac in Grand Junction, CO, the closest fake Apple store to Moab,UT so I’m not gonna spend 3 total hours driving just to show up at their store, I’ve actually called before this date and had the same no response issue with them along with other bad reviewers starting the same, don’t let them waste your time just send your item to Apple.
Took my iPad with a screen issue into the store, all of the employees were very nice and helpful. They got my iPad sent back to Apple and then back to me quickly and efficiently, would recommend!
The staff was nice and friendly, but still my printer want print from my computer.
Great shop. Went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I had with my iPhone. Transparent, honest and courteous.
Very welcoming, professional and helpful.
There knowledge and level of service whether you buy something or not is exceptional. I appreciate the amound of time they are willing to spend to make sure you are completely clear on the questions or information you need.
Refused to install tempered glass screen protector on new iPad Pro because I didnt buy it there! No big deal Best Buy was more than happy to do it. Too bad 0 stars not an option.
Preston and ElieBoth helped me w issues todayReally super !! like wizards !!I rate them and the store 5 starsKeep up the great work !!Tim
Very good experience. Although would recommend for the associate not to be ‘too’ nice. Can potentially come off as creepy, and artificial.
Great in-store help with purchase. There are enough staff so that you dont feel rushed and can ask all the questions you need.
Very helpful. Admire Ps patience. Wayne.
Bought my IPad mini, and Apple TV from this store and Sean, Aaron and Abel were very helpful and patient with any problems Ive had. Would recommend this store if youre planning or thinking of going Apple.
Had a great time working with and buying from Sean, he did a great job. Cant wait to go back again
A pity that these people are spammers, because they really do know Apple computers. I took an older Macbook in for which Apple no longer makes parts -- but they were able to find replacements. And Ive been receiving spam after spam email from them ever since.DO take your Mac in for repair -- they really do know what theyre doing. DO NOT give them your real email address. For this, I rate them at a mere three stars, rather than the four or five they would otherwise get.
Very helpful. Saved my day and perhaps my week!
Brought Mac in for a repair. Very professional, fast, good communication.
Horrible salespeople who do not listen to you. We went to purchase an IPad and told salesperson (Dillon) that we did not want an IPad Pro and that is exactly what he shows us. We left and purchased what we wanted at Best Buy with no problems for less money. I left an Email at the store and the manager contacted me saying he was sorry for our experience but he could sell us an IPad. We will Never be back. Horrible customer service.
Best experience ever for computer purchase. Kudos to Keegan, he knows the product inside and out,
I went in there on Friday because my camera is not working right so one of the employees told me that it will be fixed free of charge but the have to get more cameras in well when I want in today to get it fixed they said that its a out of warranty repair and it will cost me $60!!! So I told them that they told me it was goin to be free they said well we go with what the tech says!
I went in for help with my iPad and the manager was extremely helpful. They didnt charge me either!
Ive had 2 different Macs in here and had both fixed in a matter of hours - they replaced a hard drive for me in about 1.5 hrs and replaced an internal battery in my Macbook Air in just 15 minutes. Jamon, the tech there, is really skilled and returns phone calls promptly. The guys working the desk are professional and helpful.Very happy with the service - and I didnt have to go to Denver to find a Mac Genius bar and then have them send my machine away. Ill definitely be returning!Update 3/18 - just got my MacBook pro back after having them replace the screen due to a de-lamination issue - they troubleshot the issue, found out there was a repair/recall program for it at Apple and fixed it for me for FREE! It would have cost me somewhere around $800 to fix it if they hadnt done the research for me. Highly recommend!
We purchased a a certified pre-owned Ipad2 from this Simply Mac store for my wife to use with the library for the blind. When she died, we didnt have her Apple id, the Ipad was locked by Apple. The staff at Simply Mac tried everything they could to help me to restore it. They cheerfully provided the additional paperwork Apple requested. Even went as far as to contact Apple support on my behalf. In the end, we were able to get a newer model Ipad2 for a nominal upgrade fee. The staff there helped me set it up with my Apple id and we couldnt be happier. I would recommend this Simply Mac store to anyone.
;[ dont really have much to show..actually
I spent a total of 1 1/2 minutes in the store. I was actually very excited when entering the front door, they have alot of products and extremely neat. When my friend and I went to look at the iMAC 27 and compairing the one with and wthout a disc drive, we were told that we couldnt be around those computers because they were networking them. Didnt even greet us, just extremely blunt and facetious. I could have describe the place as an apple store, yet without the go-out-of-there-way staff.
Fast service and friendly, high quality, staff!
They dont answer there phones and clearly dont check there voicemails. What a shame.
