Only place I will take my gaming rig. They know thier stuff and take your service seriously.Had some case fans installed cause I was too lazy and they run great. Usually will work with your budget.If you want good service and care alot about your computers take it to these guys.

I called on a Thursday. The gentlemen I spoke to was helpful. I called back the following Monday to schedule a drop off, saw online they opened at 10 am. I called at 9:57, no answer, called at 9:59, no answer, called at 10, no answer, called at 10:05 no answer. I was trying to get through right as they opened. Was unsure if they had just not made it into the office yet so called again at 10:15 and got through. The guy told me he was extremely annoyed that I had called multiple times while he was on the phone with another customer. I apologized and told him I just wasnt sure if they had made it into the office yet and was trying to get through first thing and apologized again. He told me he was too annoyed to want to work with me and hung up. Though I did call multiple times just trying to get through... I apologized... wont recommend this company to anyone...

They are very unprofessional ( Jeremy), they were very rude!!. From my experience i would never recommend these people for any computer repair. They start work without any permission and charge a lot higher prices than the competition. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My hard drive was going down fast. Erik retrieved all my data, photos, etc. Installed a new hard drive, cleaned everything up and had me back up asap. The cost was very reasonable and he offered helpful recommendations and answered all my questions-with a kindness about him. Eric is a gem and I am so grateful to have found him. No Ware Computer Repair has more than earned my business.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time in sharing that knowledge. He is patience with my computer illiteracy and walks me thru figuring out things, or finds a link that will walk me through. i am deeply appreciative of his time.

I took in 3 old computers and asked them to retrieve photos off of one of them or make it able to turn on so that I could retrieve the photos. I asked them to completely wipe one of computers and return it to basic functioning (so that I could donate to someone in need). The third computer I asked them to make sure there were no more photos on it. I left a new hard drive with them and left excited to mark this off my to do list. A few days later they called to say it would be $250 to do the work. I was astonished and said that I could not afford that at this time. Upon picking up the computers my husband was told we owed $100. That was the cost of looking at the computers. They stated they were unable to get any of the computers to turn on and run. They did not retrieve any thing from any of them. They did not wipe any of them. I have no idea what they did but I am out $100 and absolutely nothing to show for it. I do not recommend this business.

Was very helpful on the phone, and in person he was even nicer! I live an hour and a half away and he totally made the drive worth it. I was fully expecting to drop 50 bucks on a part I needed and he gave it to me for free. An extremely reasonable and friendly person. If I ever need anymore PC help Ill be sure to make the drive again. Highly recommend.

I called No Ware today. The owner was extremely rude.First, I explained that I didnt have major computer issues with my MAC. He replied with Lets be honest, if it were simple, you wouldnt be calling me. I explained that I am having issues opening Word and I need to wipe my computer clean after I transfer some docs to a hard drive. I told him Simply Mac charged $79 to wipe.. but I think its a few clicks. He replied with If youre worried about $79 then you cant afford me. My prices are way higher. I began to explain that most people check around for prices when making a purchase. He interrupted me in the middle of my sentence and said Have a nice day and hung up.Who knows? He may do a good job at repairing computers. But he will be expensive... he let me know that right off the bat. And hes rude.

Erik couldnt help me when my newer MacBook Pro was acting up, but he connected me with the guys who could. Solid guy and will definitely head there if my gaming rig ever has issues that I cant figure out.

The remote support they offer was a major computer saver. I made an appointment with the nice Tech there named Eric, he guided me through setting up my computer with the program they use. I went errand running and when I came back my computer was clean, running better than ever, and I didnt even have to lug my HUGE tower into their shop. Highly recommend!

In my occupation, it is difficult for me to go very long without my computer. They did a great job cleaning up the things that were slowing it down and I didnt have to be without my computer very long. I think less than 48 hours. They even spent some time checking into some questions I had about checking histories on the computers at my work. A few months after I had my computer in, I had more questions. I received prompt response and answers.

My computer decided to break on me right before finals week last semester. I couldnt access any of my notes because the chewing cord wouldnt stay in the port. I cant say enough great things about No Ware Computer Repair. Ive lost count between our whole family how many times over the last 5 years they have helped us with computer failures, viruses and date recovery. The best part is once you take your computer in, they make sure its well protected and you rarely have the same problem again. Now if we have a system crash I dont stress because I know I will get great service at a very reasonable price!

SO TRUSTWORTHY. Im 18 and I went in with my 15 year old brother and his broken computer. BestBuy wanted 100$ just to look at it plus $100 more to install software they didnt even know would work. Eric looked over the computer and told me how I could fix it myself, and gave me a link to the site I needed to do it. The backspace button on my laptop keyboard fell off on a day when I desperately needed to use my computer. I called No Ware and the person I spoke to helped me to determine a potential inexpensive resolution to the issue, and then suggested I come in to have it looked at. I brought it in and within minutes the person had my backspace key back on and ready to go!!!!! At an extremely reasonable price! No Charge. With my favorite tech guru moving to Arizona this year, Ill be going back to No Ware, if I ever have any other problems!

Was out in Colorado visiting family but had to bring along my laptop so I could still work while on vacation... some vacation! I dont know if it was the timezone change or what (I live in Michigan) but my laptop decided to not work for me. I took it as a blessing in disguise, however my employer didnt. So I took it to No Ware and some guy named Eric helped.Im not sure what the exact problem was, something about my vnp settings to connect to my office were wrong, but Eric had me up and going in no time and didnt even charge me! He just told me to enjoy the rest of my working vacation and even made some suggestions on places to eat if my moms cooking got the better of me. You dont find kindness in service like that very often anymore, so I am making my first review ever just to say thank you for your help.

Will utilize them again in the future! I was a bit trepidatious about bringing our MacBook in after seeing some of the prices for Mac repairs in town. I selected No Ware after reading some reviews. I was not disappointed at all. The cost was reasonable, turnaround was extremely quick and most importantly the customer service was professional.
