The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We had plans to travel via train from Grand Junction to Denver. Although we could not rent a car to drive to Denver as a drop off, they worked with us to find a car at a good rate and explain some great places to go. We were very happy with the experience and recommend checking them out if you are in Downtown Grand Junction and need a trip out to the Monument or Mesa.

Very friendly staff who let me hang out in their lobby while I tried to rescue my vacation after the landslides closed various passes around Colorado. They even did some searching to help me find alternate paths.I ended up renting a Chevy spark and that ended up being the most reliable and painless piece of transportation during my trip.P.S. got to learn about the Watermelon Crawl. 10/10

The staff at Grand Junction, CO was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The car was clean, comfortable, in good condition and appeared to be properly serviced. Even though the train was several hours behind schedule, they met us at the station and had us on our way in minutes. Chris was great and made an excellent suggestion for taking a scenic route to our destination.

My wife and I were traveling from St. George Utah to Missouri on our annual summer trip. We made it to the Utah/Colorado border when the car went out of control and into a ditch on I-70. The car was completely totaled, and we spent the day in the hospital, trying to figure out how to get home. We called around looking for rental cars. Brandon, at Enterprise, found us a car. He was extremely professional, friendly, and caring. It wasn’t until we were all checked out that he told us that it was only his 4th day on the job, and that he just needed to run everything by his supervisor real quick. I told him that I never would have guessed that he was new, as it seemed like he’d been doing this his whole life. The world needs more Brandon’s in it for sure!! Got in a bit of a pickle on our trip to Zion, an unexpected breakdown of our 2007 Subaru left us stranded on the side of the 70. Luckily the kind people of Enterprise, Grand Junction, were able to get us a ride the next morning with drop off in San Francisco. Their empathy while booking the car was much appreciated while baking in the 90+ degree heat. The car was top notch, big baller status and they got us quickly back on the road without a (further) hitch! Also provided a great hotel rec for our unplanned stay in The Junction (see Tru hotel for further details).

We used Enterprise Rent-A-Car when traveling on the train to Grand Junction. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and was flexible about fees, etc., due to unpredictability of the wild fires that were going on. We also used them for the same train trip a year ago, and we experienced the same flexibility when the train was too late to pick up the car. They are just a few blocks from the train station so within walking distance. We will use them again.

Ive been renting cars for more years. My experience at Enterprise Grand Junction, CO was simply the best. Given COVID-19 concerns, the transaction took place outside. The agent was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast! She met me at the door, confirmed my ID and reservation, handed over the keys, answered questions about the local community and directions and had me on my way in the blink of an eye. The return was equally smooth. Great price, excellent rental vehicle, and top-notch service. Who could ask for anything more?

The website and rental agreement stat that they take debit cards for rentals. Show up at the airport location and they will not take a debit card because I am not flying??? It is a car rental, not airline. Find a location in another city 2 hours away that will take debit. So different locations take different forms of payment?? People were friendly and nice car eventually. But make sure they take the payment type you have before showing up.

I went in to rent a car on a Friday. The building was full and there were several people in line. The workers there were very busy, but highly accommodating to the people that they were helping. When I was given the option to rent a van or a truck, I told the worker that I had a preference of a smaller vehicle and would be willing to wait if something would be coming available. She agreed and I waited an hour for a small sized car. When I returned an hour later, the small car was still not available and the line was even longer at this point. She asked me to wait a little longer to see when the car i requested may be ready, so I waited another 15 minutes. When the car I was waiting for was still not ready, she signed me up to take a sporty Infinity, with no charge to upgrade. She worked very hard to make sure I was in something that made me comfortable and didnt mind that I was not willing to take a van or a truck.I have always used Enterprise and I will continue to use Enterprise because of their customer service.Thank you ladies, for your hard work and accommodation.

Well I just hit 6 M from a bone marrow transplant. I live in Grand Junction co and had to go back to Denver Co for more treatment. This would be a fast drive there but bad news was I 70 is shut down due to fire. They got me a good small car because I had to denture a long way around. I only had car for 2 days. Again due to fire I was little late getting the car back and they took off a extra day charge for me. I was only 45 min late and they worked with me. I rec them over any other car place. I will rent from them again. A+

Ive rented from them twice, and they conduct business like real people who live in the neighborhood, not greedy corporate stooges. Really appreciate Enterprise Rental Car. I experience an extremely high level of consistency when renting from Enterprise. The personnel is always well-trained, professional and always go the extra mile to be helpful. The vehicles are always in great shape; well maintained and enjoyable to sit-in and drive. The rates offered are always at or below market, and I am very frequently offered free upgrades. Overall, I cant think of anything that Enterprise lacks in product or customer service. Very accommodating to my changing needs.Had my personal car serviced on across state and it’s ETA pushed a handful of times, Enterprise extended my rental five times and I greatly appreciate it. The logistics of lining up cars for future customers just to have ‘this guy l’ extend the rental and then having it dropped off in a different location. Thank you enterprise team for your patience and discount.Overall rental price was fair not a fan of the drop off fee but overall glad Enterprise was there for me.

We have rented with Enterprise for years now, and have only good things to say...minus one time, there was a mix up concerning pick-up time. They have fair prices, and good, reliable vehicles. Very happy with them!

I got two keys to the car but they were put together with a wire so not possible to separate. Result was i twice started the alarm from having the keys in my pocket. What is the point of two keys if they are wired together? I asked to get them separated but it was refused. I will not use this office again. Rented in Denver and there the keys are not wired and the service is just better. Why the difference in the same company?

Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the rental and return process was quick and smooth. This alone warranted a five star review but then they went above and beyond. We left an expensive battery charger in the car as we were in a rush to catch our train. They not only called us to let us know but rushed the item down to the train station to ensure it was returned before our departure. 5+ stars for great staff and service.

At 1st I was set up with enterprise and the airport. Then they told me they would have a car till monday. And it was the previous thurs. My truck needed repairs from a minor hit. Then enterprise set me up with a black Camry right away 15 mins before closing. This was the only day I had off between 2 jobs. So I was really stressed to get something till my truck was fixed. The rushed me a car across town and did a quick clean. I felt bad for them running in the heat with these silly masks on. I am Greatful they pulled somethg through. And was super nice!

I reserved an enterprise picks the car for you special. They would be put in a compact or higher car. When I went to pick up the car all they had was a behemoth Ford F250 supercab diesel. I told them that truck is too big. They said we had few cars that havent been return yet. They mentioned that a Nissan Frontier might be coming back and if it does I could have that instead. They called me back about an hour later and said a nissan Sentra just arrived. I said I would take that. About 10 minutes later he called back and told me that the Nissan Frontier was just returned and I could have that for 30 dollars extra per day. Before he was going to give it me but now if i wanted the Frontier it would be an extra 30 dollars per day. I also decided not to take the Sentra. No one in their right mind would want to drive a supercab F250 diesel that gets 15.5 miles to the gallon with a 48 gallon tank. I understand its the 4th of July weekend and you can treat your customers like dirt, because they know they will rent that vehicle to someone else. I will stick with Budget.

I wouldn’t give any stars to this place! I was about ready to walk into the door and got a phone call stating they had NO car available after I receive my email confirmation and gave my card information. This is our honeymoon trip and a get away from military life . Really disappointed. Called Hertz and they gave me a better deal do to the honorable experience with enterprise and was told 100% they would have a car for us . I will never work with enterprise again !!!!!!!

We recently took a trip on the California Zephyr to Grand Junction and had reserved a car with Enterprise so we could drive to Montrose for a couple of days to visit family. When we arrived at the train station, although Enterprise had offered to pick us up, we chose to walk the three blocks to the store. When we got there, the staff very quickly took us through the paperwork and had our car ready to go in minutes. It was clean, full of fuel and in excellent shape. We were on our way in about 15 minutes.I give the Grand Junction Enterprise 5 stars in every category. In fact, Ive never had a bad experience with any Enterprise franchise throughout the country and will always choose them first.

A wonderful experience!The Customer service reps were great! Very friendly and professional. The car I wanted was not available so they upgraded me with a Town and Country SUV. That vehicle drove so smoothly and used almost 1/2 a tank of gas to get to Denver (apprx 269 miles). Im so pleased with Enterprise. I have an account with them and will continue to rent from them. The rates are really great and they offer nice cars.

Allison was great, when I came in she was already in the middle of a stressful situation and I work in customer service so it’s not always easy. She was amazing with that situation and also getting me on the road for my Cali trip. Give that girl a raise for all the madness she has to deal with.

I nearly always rent with Enterprise when I travel, primarily for two main reasons: (1) The staff has been universally helpful and congenial--the Grand Junction personnel did not disappoint; and (2) theyll pick me up. This makes getting to the rental office much easier, since they usually pick me up with the vehicle I will be renting. (I get to leave my luggage in the car, rather than having to transfer it as would happen if Id had to use a cab.)I travel long distances exclusively by Amtrak, so the downtown offices are most useful to me. In this latest case, I had extended my rental, which meant I had to return the car on the July 4 holiday, so the office was closed. The office is located conveniently close to the Amtrak station, so I was able to drop my partner and our luggage at the station, return the car to the office and make the short walk back to the station. Worked out wonderfully!

This Enterprise office was conveniently located to our downtown hotel and the Amtrak station. Allison took care of us and she got down to business immediately (which is a good thing). Informed us about insurance but no hard sell at all. (Informed my husband that his license was going to expire in a month or so...”Thank you Allison”) When we return the car, Enterprise will drive us to the Amtrak station. Allison pointed us in the right direction and wished us well. I hope Enterprise appreciates this awesome employee. Thanks Allison!

I wont use any other Company! Lowest prices in town. I have used them numerous times last year, then needed to use them again for a month while my car was in the shop. They followed through with the insurance stipulations, making the process much easier for me. If Im planning a trip out of town, I still wont use any company other then enterprise. Very satisfied with their service, never had any problems with their vehicles either.

On a long travel day the brightest spot was picking up our rental at the in town Enterprise Office in Grand Junction. Megan was a beacon of light, efficency and effectiveness. I have never gotten through a rental agency as fast. Plus a complimentary upgrade and directions to our final destination. Our return was handled just as efficiently and we were offered the option to drop at the airport saving us time and money.

Service, car and people were amazing! Had gotten the rental through an insurance claim. I had never done had to get a rental through insurance before, but Enterprise made it so easy! They called me to let me know my reservation had been made, were very helpful on the phone and in person, and were ready by my appointment time. Fast service and nice associates!

Absolutely amazing staff and I got to drive a really nice car.

Easy, quick, one of the few places in town that would rent us a car with a visa debit card. They do require 2 proofs of address confirmation when using a visa debit card and request that they are utility bills that clearly show your name and address. Only drawback was my husband presented his id at pick up so he could be a driver and after 2 days into our trip I discovered in some info they had emailed me that he was not listed as a covered driver. Made for a difficult road trip.

The team at this location has always been top notch in the years I have been using them. I rent 2-3 cars per month, mostly from this location. They do get to know you, remember your name, etc. but they are always professional in the car and service delivery.

A very positive experience with one exception. The ad says, Well even pick you up not if you live in certain areas though. I needed a ride to get our rental due to an accident. When I told them where I live they told me they couldnt come and get me. But some of the areas they told me they do go were further out than me. Other than that, my experiences were a positive one and continue to recommend this company over others.

Enterprise was the only company willing to work with us after my transmission blew on my Nissan and we were basically stranded in Grand Junction without a car and place to stay. They picked us up, brought us back to the facility and within minutes we were back on the road, at a more than afforable rate.
