100 stars. Dave is the real deal. An absolute pleasure to work with and went out of his way (twice!) to accommodate our last minute needs. A model for how we should all treat each other. I cannot say enough good about this company! I was in a bind (no rentals available at the airport) and I called them up and he was there to pick me up within 15 minutes. The entire process was quick and easy and the price was AMAZING in comparison to what I was going to pay at the airport. The owner was very friendly and helpful and even took me back to the airport the next day. Thanks for great customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The owner is an awesome guy!!! Very straight forward no hidden fees, and he accommodated us very very very last minute and his prices were actually cheaper then other car rental agencies. And he was alot more kind than the other car rental places. Me and my boyfriend will definitely be going back to him ANYTIME we need a car and we will also send people to him as well.

Dave, was great. We brought a big group to bike for the week he provided us with two large passenger cans removed the seats so we could carry bikes and even threw in a cooler!Highly recommended!

Near the train station! Fantastic customer service! Dave came and picked us up and the rental process was fast end easy. When our trip was over he returned us to the train station. The train was delayed and he was flexible and didn’t charge an extra fee. The car was new, clean and the daily rate was good. Highly recommend!

Im a local and had to wait over the 4th of July weekend for a windshield replacement, everywhere else wanted to charge me outrageous prices, and he listened to my story and treated me with such compassion! After I had reserved a car, I was refused service based on a service dog, which is in direct violation of the law, as the ADA states that you cannot refuse service to anyone based on a disability or a service dog, anywhere, regardless of circumstances. The owner said the car was new. I have never been refused due to my service dog, and I will be reporting the owner to the CO division of the ADA. He is refusing to answer my calls, and I am stuck, without a car and with a heart condition. Addendum,: I have reported this case to the police, as well as to the ADA. I asked that at the least, I be issued a formal apology, but I have not heard from the owner, so plan on pursuing a formal xomplaint.

Dave at Action has the best service I’ve ever experienced in the car rental business. I arrived in Grand Junction only to discover that my car rental reservation at a major national chain was not reserved after all. They had no vehicle for me, nor did any other major chain around. I decided to call Action and I’m sure glad I did! Not only did they have a car available, but they also went the extra mile and picked me up from my location. The car was clean, fuel efficient, and the rental process was simple and fast. I highly recommend!

So glad we decided to go with action rent a car instead of the other big chain rental companies. You can’t beat these prices. Dave gave us a free upgrade and he was always a phone call away if we needed anything. We traveled to Moab to check out arches and Canyonlands. We never went over the miles that we were allotted each day.

Hes very kind and reasonable and understanding. The only place you dont have to have a credit card and can pay cash. I recommend him to everyone!

Dave is the BEST. After arriving in town via Amtrak and getting screwed by the national chain rental services, I was stranded at the train station with my husband. I found Action Rent A Car on Google and gave Dave a call. He delivered excellent service with a great attitude, bending over backwards to help us get settled into town. We got a clean, modern car for the week (who knew Kias were so fun to drive?!) at a great rate. Once we bought our own vehicle, Dave was still super helpful dropping us off back at the dealership. I would absolutely reccomend Dave to anyone!
