The price was right, the employees were nice and helpful, HOWEVER... they gave me a car that had been rear-ended, with significant damage, to drive for a weeklong vacation roadtrip. It was rather embarrassing. No discount for that. Then, after the trip, we couldnt find my Granddaughters cell phone, did a GPS search and tracked it the rental location in Grand junction. Tried for a week, calling constantly, no answer. Got transfered to corporate and they kept telling me that I needed to call the branch, which was what I was trying to do, so around and around, got nowhere. Cant go down there as I live 200 miles away. Finally gave up.

Leaving a single employee to handle all of the business operations is a fastrack to dissatisfied customers. When I arrived they were out cleaning cars, had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to come back and then did not get the class of car I reserved because they were behind on cleaning. Not the employees fault, they were kind and quick, but I cant recommend this location because of how its being managed.

The local office here in Grand Junction was awesome. The rate was about half what the airport location was charging, and when I got there the nice rental agent let me pick whichever one of the cars on the lot I wanted since it was just a day rental. So I got a 4wd jeep wrangler for like $38.00 to take day tripping in the mountains. Woot!

The best place in town they care prices are really great service is great.Dont have to go to airport and pay all them high prices. First time I felt and was treat with care renting a car. Pickup and return was the best I have ever had. I thank them so much I know fr a fact I will never go any were else.

The manager here was extremely rude! He would not work with us with the situation we had without a car my work tried to pay for it and he would not work with us and he was extremely rude! Will not be using them again!
