I use Valvoline for all of my vehicle needs. Living in North Dakota and having extreme temperature changes can do a lot to the computer components appearing on the dashboard. They know the answers and address each one as well as giving an explanation. Oil changes are reasonably priced. They track the dates and miles I have on my vehicle so all records are kept in one place. When selling a vehicle it is comforting for the buyer to know you maintain your vehicle on a regular basis.Having Tire One attached makes it a one stop shop. Whether you ha e driven over a nail and gotten a small leak needing to be patched, bald tires, or a complete blowout.When needing new tires they explain the benefits to each as well as the drawbacks so you can find the right choice. There is always lower level, medium, and upper level....just like purchasing a cell phone in this generation!There is no pressure. You decide your price range and what works best for you. All of this is done with the friendliest staff. No question is a dumb question, how many of us do tire research? No need here, they know and are transparent with all of it.

Quick oil change but high priced.

This used to be the only place I would go for an oil change. They are always fast, and never rude. However, when I went today, only 1 employee out of 5 was wearing a mask. May have to look elsewhere. Used to be 5 stars, now only 3.

They didnt close my hood fully and didnt even bother to check if it was secure. I had my hood pop open while doing 75, thankfully theres apparently a safety catch which prevented it from messing up my year old car that Im still paying for.

A fast efficient place to get your oil changed and have your car or truck inspected before embarking on your summer plans. They carry a good selection of different oils from regular to synthetic for the newer cars and trucks and oils for higher milage vehicles. From the time I pulled up to the door I was on the road in fifteen minutes. They check all fluids, tire pressure and under the hood and anything wrong on the underbelly of the car. The employees were friendly and efficient.

The place was clean. The service attends seemed very professional. We were in and out of there quick and the process was was very easy. Oh and theres usually a coupon online.

The oil change and wiper replacement came to $75 ($70 with military discount) and he checked to see if our tires needed rotated, and was honest that they didnt need it. They were very polite and friendly and quick. We will definitely be using these guys in the future!

1st battery was faulty after 2 years....received a new replacement battery that only lasted 8 months. That battery goes bad also. Kevin at shop now charges me for a battery....saying I am 3 months out of warranty. Two bad Interstate batteries and this Valvoline will not stand behind their product. Go somewhere else to purchase a battery....anywhere else.

Went for a transmission flush/filter change. Paid just under $400.00, and the next day after driving the car around for a bit the check engine light came on. Te transmission felt as though is was having trouble shifting as well. Pulled over and checked the transmission fluid and it wasnt even registering on the dip stick. I took it back to the shop and they put 4 more quarts in. They didnt wait until the transmission was warmed up to check the fluids, which resulted in me driving the vehicle with only half the fluids. Who knows what permanent damage could have been done. The manager refused to give any type of compensation back. Will never return to this store!

Recently I took my vehicle into a service shop while I was home because my check engine light came on and some funky stuff was going on with my temperature gage.. They told me that the problem was due to the radiator cap being loose and coolant leaking. They fixed the problem and mentioned that it most likely was caused whenever the last time I had someone look under my hood... The last time was when I had an oil change less than a month ago at this location. I brought the issue up with management and as I expected he brushed it off claiming that they don’t even touch that stuff. He said that there wasn’t anything they could do being that it had already been 2000 miles since the service. I told him I was not happy because I didn’t find it a coincidence that this was now the second time I’ve had a problem arise not long after having my car serviced here. I won’t go into any more detail but he brushed off my claim like it had nothing to do with them. I can’t say I am surprised but I don’t appreciate the lack of service and disrespect. Needless to say I won’t be going back there any time soon.

Broke parts on wifes brand new car. Their idea of fixing it was zip ties and duct tape. Never again. ***Update after their message to call their corporate number and providing pictures of the broken cover in question. I was told that because we left the premise before discovering the issue there is nothing they can do. We noticed the leaking oil the next morning and when we looked under the vehicle we noticed leaking from a loose plug and then the broke dust cover over the oil pan and their zip tie fix. Car was so new it was only its second oil change. So BE WARNED IF YOU GET AN OIL CHANGE. GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE AND CHECK THINGS OUT YOURSELF CAUSE ONCE YOU LEAVE ITS ON YOU. ***

Messed up my car, refused to respond for weeks, and now won’t even refund my oil change that caused $300 in damage. Dispicable. Don’t go here.

I will never return. I went in and told them my car was leaking something and that it was dark colored. They told me it was coming from my transmission and so they changed my oil. They told me to take it to a shop. I took it to a GF shop and, it ended up being an oil pan/seal leak and I had to pay to change my oil again. When I called to complain the manager was very rude, almost yelling at me and said well you told us to change your oil. He tried to tell me the leaking was coming from the left side of my engine when sitting in the car. All my leakage was on the left side of the engine I have never been treated by anyone like this, and talk about terrible customer service! Needless to say, I will never return again.

A total and blatant rip-off!They came recommended from the girlfriend, but will never return!!! $66.19 for a full synthetic oil change on a 07 Toyota Corrolla and after a $7 web discount, came to $62.65. Without the discount, could have ran as high as $75! To put this into perspective, the dealer would have cost 2/3rds of that total ($55), and Demers Cenex could have done it for even less. Guy who showed me the dipstick didnt even know to keep the tip down for an accurate reading, and they ended up ripping me out of as much as a 1/4 of a quart, but decided not to fight with them. Service guys were friendly enough, but would expect a lot better for the price gouging.Again, a total ripoff, and would NOT, repeat NOT recommend them to service as much as your lawn mower, nevertheless an automobile!!! I rate at a zero because there isnt a way to rate into the negative integers.
