Ive been bringing my vehicles here for regular service and repairs for several years. Jerome and his team are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the work this shop does is high and things get done quickly. Prices are reasonable, certainly better than a dealership.They are always honest, up front, and transparent if they have repairs to recommend or find issues with your vehicle during the course of service. They explain issues plainly and are great about having estimates quickly. They never try to upsell and they dont pressure you into a service you dont necessarily need ASAP.Their website is pretty slick and its easy to schedule appointments and auxiliary services (loaner car, shuttle, etc.). Their after-hours drop box is convenient and the lobby and waiting area are comfortable.Overall I would recommend Tire One to anyone.

Super friendly and very informative. I was served the same day I called which worked out perfectly. not a single complaint honestly. I really liked the virtual report card you get of your car and the ability to receive your invoice and pay electronically. Also on the report card, for each category there is an informative video that gives more detailed information about the car and its components. Would highly recommend. A lot of shops in the area tend to try to get you to spend more money than necessary or almost act like things that are okay on your car need to be fixed ASAP. Tire One does not do this, actually the opposite. I told them I mostly drive locally and so he just made me aware of things I should watch out for but didnt try to push me into scheduling the service right away. I really appreciate the friendliness and genuineness. :)

Polite, friendly personnel. Nobody tried to talk me intobuying a new tire but explained the reason for air leakage. I knew what it would cost and had the repair done.

This has to be one of the most professional and friendly shops Ive ever been to. I had a wheel bearing go out on my truck and they got me in found the problem and would have had me out the same day but they had to find and order a part that was discontinued and then fix it and it was going to take a few days to do. So they gave me a loner vehicle to drive cause I needed to get to North Minnesota to start working within the next days. They called me to let me know when the truck was done and ready for pick up. And a few days later they contacted me to check up on the truck to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this shop.

Awesome customer service. Comfortable lounge to wait. Fast and friendly service. I’d recommend in a heartbeat. We were visiting from out of town, blew a tire and the others weren’t great. We decided we needed to pull the trigger on new tires. They got us in THAT day and it was a great experience.

Visiting Grand Forks from out of town and desperately needed an unexpected tire repair. In the crazy we world live in right now, Ian showed us that excellent customer service still exist! Would highly recommend this repair shop!

I was taken care of from start to finish. Very honest with me about what was done and things coming up. Even more, they explained everything to me in a way I could understand. To top it off, they saw I was on crutches before I got in the door and had someone help me with the door and offered me a seat right away. They are great!

An absolutely awesome experience. Had a flat tire and had to get towed over, but even though it was late in the day, they managed to fit me in for a patch. The service is very fast and thorough. The people are kind and professional. My tire had a flat after I arrived at work, and Jerome noticed it and let me know. He was able to get my vehicle in immediately and had it fixed quickly. They also gave great itemized details on the services rendered and informed me of a concern, not immediate, but that I should get looked at, soon.

These guys are the best! We broke down passing through on our travels and they recommended a towing service to get us to their repair shop, fixed our van in the time to eat breakfast and get us back on the road in less than two hours!

We recently had a flat tire and needed to get a tow late into the evening. We got towed to Tire One. I put in an inquiry on the website about a key drop, assuming I wouldn’t hear back until the next day anyway. Jerome texted me back after hours and answered all my questions. They got our car repaired quickly and inexpensively. Both Jordan and Jerome were great to work with and we will definitely use Tire One in the future.

It was my first visit to tire one and I was very impressed of the friendliness and professionalism of the workers there. I called in the morning and they said if I leave my car around noon, they would get to it as soon as they could. It was all done before 2. They are a very busy place but try their hardest to get to you in a timely matter. I would recommend this place to anyone. An asset to have a top notch place of business in Grand Forks! Great explanation of the tire, which helped me understand and walk away with more knowledge. Thank you!The tire was extremely overpriced. I had to find a new price on line that saved me $35 a tire. I could have saved $100 more by going somewhere else, but during the phone conversation customer service told me the tire sensors would be replaced and I felt that was worth the extra $100.The tire sensors were not part of the deal, which was very disappointing. Not only were they not part of the deal, the tire technician stripped the thread of a perfectly good sensor. They didn’t even offer an apology just a “this happens sometimes!” Really! You ruin something and don’t offer any resolve besides me paying for the new part, ($110!). So my TPMS light is continuously on!. A constant reminder of how Tire 1 Auto Care failed a customer!

The guys at TireOne were able to get my pickup in quickly after I had already had $14,000 worth of repairs fixed at another place and the other pace forgot to put in TPMS sensors in my 2016 Ram 2500!!!! Highly recommend

Went in because I needed my tires rotated, balanced and an oil change. They were nice and fit me in right away, and now I wish they hadnt. The skid plate was not put back on correctly, started dragging on the way home. I called the store they fixed the problem same day no issues, great! Get on the highway and my tires were very clearly not balanced correctly, and are now worse, not going back, will just pay the money again to have it done correctly elsewhere.

Jerome the owner and IAM who is the man I dealt with directly gave me assistance with my daughters car. She is in college at UND and I was 400 miles away. My hands were tied .I run a large farm and we do a lot of our own tire work so I can comment on their attention to detail in making sure my daughters car was safe after she encountered a large chunk of concrete on the roadway that blew the tire and possibly compromised the rim. This business came to my rescue. They found and located an odd size tire that was not easily found and took it from there . I cannot say enough good things about this business as they absolutely with certainty take care of their customers. They have gained a life long customer in me and I definitely highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance. Thank you!

Service was exceptionally fast, and they went over a variety of options for replacing my existing tires. They explained the differences in tires for travel needs, longevity, and weather conditions. Finally, they laid out the prices for each option to be able to balance cost and need. Excellent customer service to spend time explaining everything.

I had a flat tire the day before going on a trip and called Tire One hoping I could get in even though I didn’t have an appointment. The guy say I could come by and might be waiting around a little bit they could probably look. I got there at 3 PM and totally understood if it took a while or if they couldn’t pencil me in. Half an hour later they had fixed what was wrong with my tire! I was so relieved and everyone was very friendly and nice in explaining what was the issue. Great service.

I had an issue with my cooling fan relay causing it to not turn off when my vehicle was off draining my battery. Hey, everyone! Came to this guys to make an alignment done on my Dodge Challenger after having a bad experience with one of the tire shops in my town! I was very satisfied after visiting this place, job was done professionally with good equipment, I also got a printout and an explanation with all alignment numbers before and after adjustment. I’m planning to use this place for all my tire and alignment needs!

The staff here are always helpful. They explain any problems they find while changing the oil but dont pressure you to get work done there. Today my battery died while there and they told me the cost of replacing it and asked if I wanted them to install it or they could jump my car and I could go elsewhere. They are thorough and have caught some problems for me early.

I called and talked to Leroy to get some information on tires. He was super friendly and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns.We scheduled an appointment to swap out my winter tires, for all weather tires. The morning of my appointment, they arrived “early on time” Again, very friendly and helpful. I added an oil change along with the new tire installation, so I figured my car would be unavailable for the majority of the day.Imagine my surprise when I received a text a couple hours later to say my car was done!They dropped my vehicle off to me shortly after. They individually bagged up my winter tires, and dropped them off along with my car. I was extremely impressed! Fastest service I have ever received! Too notch service from start to finish. Was have engine problems from another local mechanic that worked on the nitro... took it to tire one they looked at it in timly matter told me what was wrong with it had another engine shipped to them ( waswarrantedd) and they replaced engine.. they did this all within a week Also providing me with loaner car as i live 140miles away. Not only did they do the work but days to follow they have called to make sure everything was going smoothly.. i would highly recommend going to tire one for any issues you have, tire changes or oil change.

Leak in rear tire in my Honda van. They were able to get me in quickly, since we were heading out of town. They diagnosed the problem (leaky valve), and fixed it all within one hour. The price they charged was well within the range I was expecting. The people that were working there, that I had contact with, were very friendly. I will definitely go back for all of my future motor vehicle service needs.

Brought my car here to have winter tires put on, and while the service was great and timely...I was really bummed out that not one employee had a mask on. Considering GF County mandated a mask policy on Nov 14th and the fact that I the customer was wearing one, thought that maybe the front employee would put one on, as well as the install technician that spoke to me.

Had a flat tire and called 2 other places in town Walmart left me on hold for 10 minutes and Tires Plus was fully booked. Called them and they had it done in half an hour and for much cheaper than I expected.

Mount and Balance used to be $15, now its $20. Thats ok, I get it. But you start adding $3(shop supplies) and $1.98(Harzardous Material). I expect an explanation, which I didnt receive and mind you I already had paid $2.50 for a new valve stem. Its safe to say i wont be returning to what used to be my go to place for tires.

We had a flat tire shortly after arriving in Grand Forks from Winnipeg. Anthony was very knowledgeable and recommended the right tire for us once we knew that the nail was in the sidewall and not repairable.It was late in the day and with the donut spare on we returned the next day. Anthony had the new tire mounted very quickly and we got back to enjoying our vacation.The repair was very reasonable. We appreciated the honest, friendly and efficient service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive noticed from them is that they are pretty quick and usually more available than other tireshops i go to them when im in a rush. Ive never had issues with them and they always do a good job the first time like it should be.

Great friendly service. I was in a bit of a panic to find tire repair on a Saturday as I needed to get to Fargo. Not only did they fix my tire in record time, they offered the use of their courtesy vehicle so I could gone home and get ready while they repaired my tire.

They were very friendly when I called and asked about pricing. I had asked for an alignment job and oil change but when I got my car back they had only charged from an alignment check and oil change. Apparently, my alignment was fine. I really appreciate they didnt do work to my car that didnt need to be done. I will definitely be using them whenever I can.

My experience with Tire One was exceptional. From my initial phone conversation with Anthony to discuss my particular auto service, to working closely with Leroy in the office, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my dad’s ‘97 F-150 for brake repairs. Leroy is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and brought the pickup truck into the shop quickly for an inspection and evaluation. He explained very clearly what needed to be done without any disingenuous upselling or unnecessary recommendations. Although I had to wait awhile for the work to be completed, I enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable waiting area, and got caught up on some reading. When the work was complete, the final invoice was exactly what Leroy had quoted me, and the price was almost certainly the best or one of the best that anyone could ever find for this type of auto service in Grand Forks, especially one with such an excellent warranty. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, honesty, economy, and convenience. Five gold stars and two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Experience went perfectly, all the guys were very helpful, fast and did an amazing job. I originally was going to get the service done else where but they had an long wait, came over to this shop and got in right away and better priced. While waiting I even noticed them helping an elderly couple and they went above and beyond to make sure they had proper safe tires for their trip.

I had two new tires put on the front of my car and the existing front tires put on the rear. The staff was very friendly and very receptive to what I wanted done and didn’t try to talk me into more than I needed, which to me is a huge plus. They did a great job and when I got my car, they notified me of some possible upcoming concerns, but again they didn’t pressure me into anything. I highly recommend Tire One Auto Center.

I have never had any issues whenever I use them. I dont need to deal with any specific person as theyve all been very polite and knowledge. The service has always been quick and have even provided either a loaner or provided a ride.Will definitely go back.

The folks were not very collegial and when I requested for my old part that was replaced the technician seemed burdened to get it for me. Very disrespectful to a customer who should have been asked before whether they require disposal of old part or return as is done at other service centers.

My front tires were always leaking air and I got them fixed for free because they were still under warranty. Excellent customer service in all aspects.
