I have worked with both Dalton and Elizabeth at Valley TechPros. They are very knowledgeable. They fixed an Apple that was 10 years old that we had been told by other repair companies that it was not repairable and we would lose all photos. They saved the computer and all photos.They then fixed another Apple. Repairs to each was around $150.00. They provided me with advanced virus protection for all my computers. I have been working with Valley TechPros for many years, both with my company, New Vision Fiberglass, and personally and I am pleased to give them a 5 star rating.

Valley Tech Pros are the real deal. As their name implies they really are Professionals. They are knowledgeable, friendly and provide quick service. Id rate them 6 stars if I could.I had a charging issue with my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I called the top 3 places listed in Google. They all had ratings between 4.6 and 4.8. They all attempted to diagnose my problem over the phone. One said it was probably the battery which would take 10 days to get in. The 2nd thought it might be the battery or a problem with the motherboard. They told me they would have to send it off for repair and I would have my phone back in 3 - 4 weeks. The 3rd place did not answer their phone and did not return my call until several hours later. I decided to do another Google search which is when I found Valley Tech Pros. What they told me when I talked to them made sense. They said the issue could be something as simple as a dirty charge port, bad battery or several other things up to and including a defective mother board. The key comment was that they would have to look at the phone to determine the problem. The diagnosis was at no cost. They tried simple options first but it turns out that the mother board was bad after all. I was able to keep my phone while the part was on order. I had a working phone in less time than it would have taken the battery to come in at 1st place I called.I was also provided instructions on how to fix an issue with one of my apps I downloaded many years ago. That was at no extra charge.There is a reason why they have been rated straight 5s. I highly recommend Valley Tech Pros.

I had been screen protector-less on my phone for about a year (I know, I know, theyre important, but I hate the flaking edges that happen after a while), and Dalton sold me on the liquid screen protector, since it goes right onto your screen, with no sticky protective sheet to start flaking up at the edges and gathering gross dust and lint. He was super quick with the application, and he also made sure to let me know about the $300 warranty that comes with the protector, and walked me through how to sign up for it!

Wonderful to work with! Needed virus protection on 15 work computers that were expiring in a week. They were able to give me an accepted quote and walk me through install with in 5 days!
