Staff was above and beyond helpful. Every question I had was answered. I was hesitant not ever using a service for phone repair service outside phone manufacturer.After purchasing a new Samsung S21 Ultra 5G within the last 3 months I dropped it, the screen cracked with the Gadget Guard liquid put on the entire phone.Fortunately, uBreakiFix is a Samsung authorized repair service. The agent helped shoe me how to place my claim and notified me I needed to wait for the claim to be processed before repairing. Had he not I would have not been reimbursed by Gadget Guard.Gadget Guard does not cover the full repair cost but saves hundreds of dollars. My phone was cracked on the screen as well as the corner of the phone. They replaced front and back. I now have my new phone back.

Brought my phone in a few days ago to get it fixed. When I brought it they told me the price would be 226 or something like that and I would have to pay when I picked it up. When I came back later that day to pick it up they said that i owed them 330$. They did not try to call me and let me know about a price change or anything they just did it without asking. They also lied and said that they did try and call me, however I did not have a missed call from them. Would definitely not recommend.

I went on a recent camping trip and thought I had gotten water or sand in my charging port on my iPhone. The phone was still working but wouldnt plug in to charge. I brought it to uBreakiFix when I got back. They told me about their water damage and erosion cleaning. Steven worked on my phone and when I went back to pick up the phone they got it working! It turns out there was no water damage just sand in the charging port. Steven even refunded my money due to there being no water damage. I would definitely recommend these guys!

So I was having issues hearing out of my speakers on my phone and was told I would need to get a whole new screen, but when I came in the guy at the desk, Paul, just took my phone in the back and like 10 minutes later handed it back to me working like brand new! turns out it just needed a deep cleaning and it was free of charge!! would recommend!!

Went in today to grab a new phone case and a cell helmet and we were helped by the tech Devon! He helped me find exactly what I needed and explained how the cell helmet worked for me! Devon was amazing to work with! Will definitely be coming back!

I brought my phone in to get a new battery. Once I got it back everything seemed to be working fine, but within a day my rear camera wasn’t working, my vibration got way too loud, and my flashlight didn’t work in one instance. The camera and flashlight issues resolved themselves, and Fast Phone Repair offered to take it apart and check the connections, which I had them do. Everything is working now except the vibration is still ruined. I assumed they bumped something when they were replacing the battery because nothing else happened to the phone. So I’m left with a phone that vibrates so loud on silent I might as well just have the ringer on. The guy who helped me was fine - he didn’t seem to really care much about what I had to say though. I wouldn’t go back here if I had to get another battery replaced. 🤷‍♂️

If you have an iPhone, go to Best Buy. It costs the same to have your phone repaired there, and it won’t void any warranty on the phone. I’ve had 3 screens by these people that break easy. They said the phone motherboard is breaking the screen, and then it was my case is breaking the screen. Apple said these folks are NOT certified for repairing their devices. I was offered $5 off a new screen, when their website stats that they have a lifetime warranty. This place is a joke!

Steven was a great help. I walked in with my broken ipad screen feeling uneasy about how much it would be and if it could even be done. Steven walked me through Asurion Home+ insurance plan and now I’m saving $$$ with this plan. I suggest that you stop in with all of your technology fixes. Best location to get tech fixed in Grand Forks.

I was told to would need to replace my iPhone XR screen ( which was not broken) and the earpiece by my phone carrier because I could not hear my phone calls They recommended UBREAKIFIX, the staff was quick to suggest cleaning my speaker. Took my phone for couple of minutes and was FIXED when it was brought back, free of charge. It was quite a relief because I was not even done paying off the phone yet, THANK YOU . I would highly recommend a visit to UBREAKIFIX .

These guys are good. The had the part to fix the phone on hand. All other places we checked did not have the part, and they could not get it. Great price! Cheaper than other stores. They got it done in 1.5 hours! If I have any more repairs, these guys got my business! Highly recommend.

Brought an iPad in to get a headphone piece broken off taken out of the port. They said they could not do it and it would need a new headphone jack. It was going to $85 and they didnt have the piece. I brought it over to Batteries Plus and they got it out in about 30 seconds. No charge at all

Fast Phone was literally a life saver. My phone suddenly stopped working, to the point where it wouldn’t turn on. I hadn’t backed it up in two years, and I was losing everything. I took it two separate places before Fast Phone was recommended to me. They said the chances of getting a backup was impossible. I was told that they were my only hope, that if they couldn’t fix it no one could. I’m so glad they were right. Within 15 minutes, they had my phone up and running. They were so so kind, and will literally never talks my stuff anywhere else. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I went in to get a new screen for my iPhone. I picked up my phone and it worked perfect until I started using it, then the screen started producing lines and being fuzzy. I brought it back the next day and they tried fixing it but was a bad screen, fluke, so they put another screen on it with no questions asked and with no extra charge! We bring all of our phones here to get anything repaired. They guarantee their work and are usually reasonably priced.Thanks guys!

I came in, and there was a bit of a wait for my phone, but other than that, they seemed to know their stuff, and the employee I worked with, paul, helped me out, turns out there was just dirt and stuff stuck in my charger, and the guys in the back cleaned it out for me. No charge, would recommend.

New charger port on tablet but not right. Works but sticks out too far. I really hope they hire someone with people skills because the two gentlemen at the counter are probably very smart and very nice but completely awkward with the customer/public. Phone couldnt be fixed. Happy tablet is fixed but service was less than I would expect. Also had a callback on how we paid... not sure what that was about. We never received a receipt either!!! Anyway... I would try them again but not sure about them at this point.

These guys are fantastic. The camera on my phone quit working. I found a replacement camera on eBay and installed it. Didnt work so I ordered a motherboard. Installed the motherboard, which fixed the camera, but now the phone would not connect to Verizon. I gave up and took it to Fast Phone Repair. They quickly figured out my new motherboard was from an AT&T phone and not Verizon compatible. I asked if they could update the phone software. They said the AT&T board could not see Verizon towers. They did remove the AT&T carrier lock. I asked them how much I owed for the help and the manager said all he wanted was an honest review. They fixed my phone for free and I now have a $20/month plan with unlimited calls, texts and 3 gig of mobile data.

They were very professional, took my broken phone in to check it. And said it would be analyzed and a new battery put in if that’s what it was.I came back at the time given and was informed that my phone had gotten wet and was not repairable.I thanked them and asked what I owed and they said. No cost, we couldn’t fix it.They observed the pandemic protocol, which I appreciate.

Fast Phone Repair has fixed 2 different phone screens for me. They didnt stock my phone screen (Samsung A50) but they were able to get it in and get the phone fixed within 24 hours. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again.

So many times have I needed their services and they always exceed expectations!!! Fast, friendly, professional service! I just had a ear piece speaker replaced for my iPhone in less than 30 minutes. I can hear crystal clear now. Wished I hadnt waited a month. How they can replace it at that price is beyond me. And the Liquid Screen Saver I have on my phone is the best deal out there. Took my daughters phone to have her charging port replaced so her phone could charge properly. The port was replaced and charged beautifully but the tec messed up the mother board in her phone and her sound was not working properly. They admitted to their fault but couldnt fix her phone so I had to buy her a whole new phone. Definitely wont be going back. I ended up spending more money having to replace her phone. They should have paid for the new phone since they broke it messing up the mother board! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE😡

My phone dropped in the water 😫. I have insurance but to replace it still would have cost me $150! Verizon suggested that I go to Fast Phone Repair in the HuHot strip mall to see if they could fix it (at a much better price than insurance replacement). They took it apart, cleaned all the components and...IT WORKS!! I will definitely keep them in mind for any future phone problems. Such great service, such great employees!!

Sure they fixed my phone fast, but the only fixed part of what I asked. I went in for a broken screen and microphone and all they fixed was the screen. After getting it back the home button stopped working 3 hours later and the screen lags when I try and do something. Also they said they would run a diagnosis on it to see what else is wrong so they could fix it, but I doubt they did that since I cannot connect to the internet or bluetooth, and my microphone doesnt work. What good is a cell phone that you cannot make phone calls on.

Youd assume the place you bought your phone would be the place to get a new battery but NO - the blank stare from the employee sent me right out the door and right to Fast Phone Repair. They guys there took care of the problem quickly and it was ready to go when I returned to pick it up. It was my first trip there but wont be my last!
