Excellent service. I had not one, but two employees helping me with a small problem that I had. Between the two of them, they got it figured out. Sure, they may be a little more expensive than other places, but their service certainly makes up for that. The best part is they found me, I didnt have to look around for them to come and help. Would highly recommend.

The port on my computer needed to be replaced. Brady was the person who assisted me. When I went back in he said the info couldnt be backed up and the port couldnt be replaced. The mother board need to be replaced at a cost of around $500. I had the Geek protection, but the record showed it was for virus and malware removal. I told Brady I had the full protection. It took him quite a while to find the info. He didnt give up. I was covered and have full protection. Brady is great with customer service. Give him a reward for the extra mile he went to make me happy.

I wouldnt bring a computer to get fixed here. They cant fix on the spot, so they ship it away. Both quotes I had to fix the laptops where more $$$ then the things cost new.
Will never go here again
