Such friendly and professional staff! Zo is very kind hearted.Im not leaving five stars because my 2016 Kia Optima rental was a bit dirty from the inside. Im a city girl, so Im not a fan of bugs in the windows. After riding in it for almost two weeks, I left the rental to return back to my own car. I was given a ride in another beautiful car that had dirty seats!All in all, good service. Not so good cleanliness.

I recently had to get a rental while my vehicle was being fixed, it took a lot longer than expected and the enterprise staff in Grand Forks were awesome to work with. They did their best to get me the kind of vehicle we needed, added on additional days at the last minute with no problem. They did everything they could to make my experience as good as possible. If I need to rent another vehicle from this area I will definitely return to this place!

A good place in grand forks to rent a car.

I would have given -5 stars if able. I dont recommend this company. I call last night to rent a car because I had to put my car in the shop. The guy was nice, but I told him that all I have is a debit card. He told me that is not a problem as long as I provided copies of 2 utility bills which I had. So this morning on my way to pick up the vehicle I called to confirm and now they tell me that I cant use a debit card based off where I live ( so this company discriminated against me based on where I live). I would recommend skipping this company if you need a rental car. -5 STARS!!!!!

We had a deer run into our car. Our insurance company set up the car rental at Enterprise Rent -A-Car. The service was great and they did thorough job of explaining the details. Nice clean new car to use until repairs are done. Thank you for good customer service. Location is nice; didnt have to go to the airport terminal.

Booked a car with Rebecca. Waited at collision center for pickup and nobody came. Called and they sent someone. Made the appointment with her two weeks prior. She sounded like an idiot on the phone so I made sure not to schedule anything that morning. Also the car they gave me had damage to the frontend.

Overall, had a nice experience. Even though, we couldnt get the Car we reserved, the representatives were accommodating with multiple options.

Cant praise them enough. Staff are friendly and will do whatever they can to help you out. Offers unlimited mileage ($10) and has a great selection of vehicles. Any time Ive needed to modify a reservation (usually to extend it mid-rental) its been a fast simple process (a 2 minute phone call). Used to use Hertz but now will use Enterprise Grand Forks for all my rentals.

This was the best location I have ever been too and we travel a lot. They saved our stress levels so so much and prevented me from having to drive all the way to Indianapolis to catch a flights I believe his name was Kyle and Scott. Everyone in there was very pleasant and helpful. I cant say thank you enough.

Their fleet seems to be shrinking, i booked an economy car and then when i got there my choices were pickup truck and minivan. They didnt charge me for the upgrade, which was great, but im really just a small car kind of person. I did call and extend a day, that went smoothly, and when i returned the vehicle they gave me a ride home. Overall excellent customer service, small business.

Rent a car here every few weeks for weekend trips- Gaby is really great! Always super helpful, organized, cars nicely detailed and well-kept. I have always had a really good experience when working with this location.

Very helpful sales guy. Needed a one way drop off but I was returning after hours and couldnt book it online. I went into the office and he was quite helpful and made it happen. Only reason for a 4 star is when I got to the office to pick up my rental all they had was a Dodge Ram truck. While it was a free upgrade, the gas was more expensive. Overall a good experience.

I needed a vehicle later in the afternoon (near closing time). I called Enterprise and talked to Luke R. Den Herder - Branch Manager. Not only did he send someone to come and get me (who by the way was very clean, easy to talk to, down to earth driver), but when I got to the office, he got me out and onto some nice wheels in literally a matter of minutes! Luke was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff. When I left they all said something kind like - Drive safe! I will definately go back to Enterprise whenever I need services they offer!

Great service. Had to get a rental while my van was being fixed. They picked me up, got me set up in a comparable vehicle to my own, and answered any questions I had. They also took me back to the collision center after I returned the vehicle, which was very nice of them. Will definitely use them again.

Its a rental car place, what can you say. The car started when I got in and stopped when I hit the brakes. It wasnt terribly clean, wasnt full of fuel, and I had to call and have a receipt emailed to me when I was through. The folks inside were super nice though.

I went here, as this was suggested by the insurance company, because they were paying for all my repairs to my car. I get there and the lady asked for 2 #s. I gave her the only one I have and informed her it was my only number. She then asked for a work phone, I said I dont know it. She then said that she needed 2 #s and dont I know anyone?. She wouldnt process my rental without 2 numbers. So I gave her a made up one and she then asked for a credit card. I said I dont have one. She said it will be $50 as a security deposit for gas. Now I didnt have it and wouldnt get paid for another 3 days. She said its $50 or no car. So I had to go back to the auto body place, get my car back, and reschedule repairing my car about a month later. The auto body place said they, and others have had nothing but problems with Enterprise and thats why, even though they are at the airport, go thru Hertz. Better service. Well Enterprise, you lost a paid for rental by an insurance company and made me a customer of a competing company. Good job. #losingcustomers #notwinning #hertzisbetter

Called in to the local office for an immediate car rental since my truck broke down andiwould need to be picked up. I was told that I needed to tall to the reservations office and was transferred there. I could not understand a word the reservations clerk was saying so I hung up and called back in to the local office. They apologized and said that was how they are instructed to handle calls. Then they took care of my call personally and all was fine. Rental was handled quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Mileage was not unlimited as I have been quoted in the past but was not an issue for this particular rental. Again, the local office staff was very professional after bypassing the central reservation process (which is crazy for an immediate rental circumstance).

I rented a car one day only, a employee check the car for damage before I even left the lot. When I returned it the next day, that same spot I was blame for because she now said the scratch was through the paint and kept my $150 . I looked it up on internet and many complaints aganist Enterprise making excuse why they wont give back deposit. I wont do business with them again. My advice if you need to rent, take your I phone and photograph the whole car. All areas and so called damage area before you drive it off. That will fix em .only reason I rented is my personal car was wainting for part.

I talked to Enterprise Car Rental about a week ago and was told they would deliver my car rental to Rydells in Grand Forks this morning where my truck is being repaired. That didnt happen so I took the Rydells Courtesy car home. I called Enterprise and was told they dont deliver cars. They need to get their policies straight. I should have sucked up the drive to the airport and rented from Hertz rental. I will never rent from Enterprise again and dont recommend that rental agency to anyone.. Very disgusted.

Drastic price increaseThis would have been our third rental from this company for a long trip. My wife Jacquelyn called for a price quote for a weekly rental with unlimited (no miles restriction or daily miles cap) miles and shocked!! Last year this time we had a weekly rental unlimitedmiles for $255 and a $100 debit hold. Yesterday was quoted at $359 for a weekly rental and the only vehicle option being a jeep?! That would be $459 with the debit card hold. That insane from last year! Unfortunately Enterprise we will have to take our business elsewhere because you have become unaffordable. This was our favorite rental company too. With the mileage we put on going from north Dakota to the west coast every year you would think you would be treated better.

Very rude, talking through locked teeth to a customer isnt acceptable even with a fake insincere smile.... left the store feeling like i had eaten rotten food from how we were treated.

I have never had a more ridiculous experience with a company in my life. Their policies make it impossible to rent a car. They wont take a credit card number, and dont even think of trying to rent a car if you have a MN drivers license and a debit card!!

The person at the front desk was very helpful. She suggested few tips that save me couple of dollars. In my opinion Enterprise is the cheapest car rental out there.

My mother needed a rental, due to a vehicle issue of her own. They gave her so many issues and belittled her that she felt horrible. I came in to pay for the rental for her and i get a dirty look from one of the workers there. I get asked if i have rented with the company before i say yes. Even though i have, they still wasted my time by asking me all my information again. I will NEVER rent from this company again.

Wouldnt let me use my insurance that I booked for online and I had got into an accident and had to pay through my own insurance

I was quoted $100 more then my last years rental. Car, weekly rental, unlimited (actual unlimited) miles... I was told they only had one vehicle for my June date and it would be $359?! Plus the $100 debit card hold. Insane. Im truly disappointed and dont think I will be suggesting this company anymore.

I frequently rent from Enterprise in Grand Forks, ND. I am greeted warmly, usually with a joke and the paperwork is done quickly. The cars are clean and if weather is an issue as to where I am headed, a change in vehicle has never been a problem.

I made my reservation and I got the car I wanted to my trip, it was easy and good ride.

Staff in local office are very friendly and helpful. The executive office isnt as friendly and try to randomly charge you for things without you knowing.

Friendly staff who provided an upgrade for my rental because of a personal event of celebration I shared with desk staff member. Car functioned well. Like their weekend special.
