While all service is time consuming, obtaining service without an appointment here is a long wait, hours at least. There were people that waited over 3 hours

Bad service! I called 4 times to take an appointment for an oil change, and was told that they will call me back but nobody called me back. I dont recommend.
Love the vehicle, terrible communication and service department!Purchased my vehicle and quickly found out that they hadn’t inspected anything in the steering column and they had to replace the clock spring in the steering wheel.Got home and noticed an issues with the E brake and was given the green light to take it to my local dealership, where they discovered leaky axle seals, corroded rotors, and back brakes at 3mm (inspected??? Yeah right!). $1600 in repairs and they told me they would only cover half of it!Can never get anyone to answer the phone unless I call the sales or service department, and finally got a tracking number for my title over a month later after reminding them 3 times.Again, love the vehicle and great price... but you pay for it one way or another. Either have it inspected by your own mechanic or be sure it’s just that great if a deal!
Quick to respond to calls. Got me in quick, figured out why my Jeep was have issues and fixed them quick! I was not expecting to have my vehicle back same day!! Awesome and friendly staff!!! I will for sure be back.
Waited 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. I didnt see a soul for an hour and a half after bringing my Jeep here. One of the employees came up to me after an hour and a half of waiting to tell me that they were just now starting with my vehicle because they forgot about me. Completely wasted my time. Gave me $20 off my service, thanks?
Had such a bad experience at this dealership. I own a Jeep Cherokee with warranty, I took it in multiple occasions to get the car fixed (as the A/C was not working). They booked me far ahead, I didn’t mind, I know GF is small, so they may not have many mechanics. Took the car, told me they didn’t have the tool to check the A/C. Scheduled me far ahead again. Next time the mechanics didn’t have the machine to recharge it. Took it again, and then they said that the car was fine. Which was a lie. Now that I’m in Florida and found out the compressor was broken, that the dealership mechanics had open it to check. Now the car is out of warranty. So they could have fixed it, but didn’t.Previous experience with them was my gas-door latch broke, mechanic looked at me in the face and told me it was going to be $600 with the parts and labor (because the warranty didn’t cover that part - back when I had the warranty). I looked at the part on eBay it was $15, bought it and changed the latch in less than 30 seconds.Do not go there. They have no morals.
