Very prompt and thural. There prices are very affordable and they answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them for your job.

Do not trust them in your house if you arent there. Called in for a service visit on my AC and when I got home they left my front door wide open and I I was missing cash. I dont recomend their service unless you are there to keep an eye on them.

Issac was the technician that came out to do a preventative maintenance check on my furnace and fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a thorough job. He answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Nicole was a doll to talk to on the phone. She sent Matt over almost immediately. He told me they wouldnt have the part for my furnace until next week, but if I found it myself, he would install it. I went and got the part, while Matt took out the old part and cleaned my furnace so the blower wouldnt go out again! Prompt, fast, affordable and honest--never dealt with a more efficient company!

I was having a problem with the gas line on my garage heater and ended up calling Dave at Grand Forks Heating. He was a tremendous help and very good at trouble shooting the issues I had...his help late on a Tuesday night was very much appreciated! Thank you!

They sold us and installed an air conditioner which ended up having a defective motor, after they fixed it they charged us for the new part and the labor to fix it. When we complained, they took off the charge for the new part, but still charged us the labor to fix the defective part on the unit they sold us...

Dave in parts needs to learn how to deal with people. When I was surprised that they did not have a part for a Carrier rooftop heat pump he became rude and confrontational. When I asked him why he was acting like he did, things only got worse. I cannot imagine owning a business and putting someone like Dave in a position where he deals with people. Took my business to Todds Electric in Kennedy. They even had the parts in stock.
