I was called to renew our service, the lady was very pleasant and helpful. She asked to schedule an appointment for 10am I said: do inspectors need to come inside to check? If so we have to re schedule so we can be home. She said they would call me back, but I was not able to get to the phone. Therefore, I left a message saying: “ if inspectors need to come inside we must te schedule, if inspections are only done outside then 10am would be fine” I did not hear hear back until I called myself, so I was told: “there was no visible damage on the outside” so I asked, isn’t it necessary to check the inside too? I asked but I never got an answer, (I checked google and it says it is important to check inside as well) the lady put me on hold and then said “ because you CHOSE to do the outside inspection on your voice message, if we came back you would have to pay again” which was not the case: I did not choose the outside inspection only, I asked twice and got no reply, just the invoice afterwards saying there was no visible damage on the outside... now if you can assure me, that there no termites in my property inside or outside based on the outside inspection then I’m fine with that. To which she said: “well the inspectors say there is no visible damage on the outside”Still not the answer we are looking for...It made me feel they were twisting my words to make me pay again. I did not like it. I hope we don’t have a situation with termite, and I mostly hope I don’t hear back from them saying; “well we could have checked the inside, but you were not home”....Not pleasant ..

Andre just completed my 5 year termite treatment, and annual inspection. A pretty normal thing we all have to do. The big difference was that we were communicating on a wide range of subjects all through the time he was working. I could see how much he cared for all the young football players he had worked with, how much he wanted them to succeed as adults in the community after football was over.

Lightning Pest Control is a top notch company. They are local and show up on time and do an excellent job. I have used other pest control companies in the past, and did not have good results. Lightnings treatments have been effective at reducing the pests in my home and office.

Prompt, efficient, friendly. Ask agent to check for leaks around downstairs bathroom (toilet). He returned with news that I will need later when I get a plumber to fix a small leak. Without his news, this leak would have gone on for years.

The techinicans were very helpful as well as courteous. When I went to the office I was greeted and treated with much respect. My reccomendation would be Lightening Pest Control by far.

Very disappointing. I have some extensive termite damage now that although I have a termite bond with Lightning Termite and Pest Control, and have paid on time and had them inspect my home as scheduled, they will not cover. Yes, there is some water damage from a window leak, but the inspector did an incomplete inspection some months ago and completely missed a termite tube coming up into the house. They felt no obligation by missing the tube -- the way the termites came into my home. The inspector simply said Nobodys perfect. Plenty of companies out there - try another one!They admitted missing the termite tubes - the entire point of the annual inspection - and feel no obligation about the damage that incurred because of missing the termite tubes!

We inherited the termite bond with this company. They were inspecting the house for 16 years. When we opened the walls to remodel the kitchen, unbelievable termite damage was quite obvious. They acknowledged the damage, but their crooked insurance company ( somewhere in New Jersey) refused to pay for repairs. Just beware of dishonest and lousy people.

I used them to inspect my house. They had no copies of my CL100 and said my address was not on file. After I sent a copy to them, saying I had a termite problem, they warranted nothing and offered even less. The young gal in the office was rude and spoke over me. Sheer disappointment.
