Andy and Lee are always so respectful of my dogs and our house. We have used blue water for several years now and have never been disappointed. We love that their products are efficient and safe for our toddler and dogs. Any time we have an issue, which is very few and far between since we began using them, they are very quick to get out here and get the issue taken care of. Unfortunately living out in the woods you get all kinds of critters but theyre no match for whatever Andy and Lee use. I cant recommend them enough.

Andy and Lee with Blue Water have exceeded my customer service expectations on multiple occasions! My favorite service is the Mosquito treatment that I get done monthly. Mosquitos can get bad in the James Island area, but with Blue Water I can enjoy being outside with my family without getting eaten alive. They’re the best! We had a treatment done about two months ago and have noticed an uptick in spiders/ants/other bugs about two weeks following. We wanted to have another treatment performed and have tried to call this company almost a dozen times, leaving many messages, via the two phone numbers we were provided with (one always goes to Andys voicemail, one always goes to Lees voicemail) and have never heard from anyone in over a month. I understand that this is a busy time of the year but a month and a half of never answering your phone and not returning customers calls is just terrible customer service.
