Today, Ron came to my home to do my monthly roach spray. He was on time and he did an amazing attention to detail job. He listened to my issue and due to his experience, was able to understand what he needed to do. He explained to me what he was going to do to help combat the issue. He was very friendly and did an excellent job.I am always pleased with Elam’s and would give my business to nobody else.

From the initial meeting with Grady, the owner, regarding possible termite infestation,I felt completely confident in their service. He explained everything and made sure I understood prior to signing with them. They moved scheduling around to take care of treating my home quickly. Since all this was discovered around Christmas and New Years, repair work was started shortly after New Years. Again, repairs were explained prior to signing. Owen, who handles all of the repairs did so quickly, efficiently and always had everything cleaned up when I arrived home in the evening. Even when another issue of termite damage was discovered, I was called, met with both gentleman and given an extremely fair estimate. Even when I had a couple of add ones not related to termites, it was no problem and taken care of. I am extremely happy and would give 20+ stars if I could. Thanks guys and office staff

Have to contact them several times to get anywhere with regards to visits. Had someone show up 1.5 hours early to my facility, stood around for 10 minutes & said hed be back. I stressed the importance of a specific time as I am the only person here today & I need to take lunch & run errands, as well as be out of the office taking care of on-site issues. Solidified a time, over an hour late, called the company, said theyd touch base with the tech & call me back, gave them my cell phone number just in case...over 30 minutes ago. If I had any sayso over who our companys vendors choices I would terminate their services because this is ridiculous, and happens every single month.

Poor service $1400 bond $225 yearly treatment after 6month had white termites all over my house called the company out he did absolutely nothing but BS me. call out new company perfect work. service and bond was cheaper.

Very diappointed with both services offered by Elams. We set up a monthly spray for our house and we never know when they are coming, they dont alert us, and we have to call them to get them to come. Also, whatever they use for pest control has not helped our bug problem at all.This year when we recieved our tax refund we payed them 1,000+ dollars to fix some things around our house. The quality of the work was extremely poor, in fact two handymen put the handles on our sink in wrong, then charged us to come out and fixed them, even though it was their mistake! Other odd jobs we paid them to do around the house were not properly done and we will eventually have to spend more money to get them fixed properly.Overall, we are very dissatisfied with Elams and will not reccommend them to anyone.

Paid $1000 for termite treatment and then paid $175 a year for them to continue to bond it. After 4 years, they said i had to pay another $750 for retreatment. I had another company come out for an iinspection who found new termite damage. This company apparently does not do their job correctly and then expects the client to pay for their errors.
