Amazing as always! I made an appointment and they started right on time. My wheels have a matte bronze finish on them and they were very careful and didnt scratch them at all. This is the only place I will go for wheels and tires from now on.
Shout out to the tall guy behind the counter that checked me in and worked on my oil change while topping off all my fluids and checking my battery and tires. Was quick and didn’t wait too long for a first time customer. Tried a couple times a week before but bald guy and old man kept telling me no and long wait timesWill be back again for this guy

Called to make appointment for mount and balance 4 tires and a wheel alignmentCame in and the guy behind the counter called me a liar and said that the coupon I had ($10 off alignment from Tire Rack) had expired! The issue date was Aug 4 2021, and it says good for 30 days!Pathetic

I had a flat tire and had my car towed. The gentleman gave me a quote of $500 for one tire. I thought that it was ridiculous and had my car towed to Geralds tire. Paid $202.00 and they provided me with the best customer service.
I think Firestone Auto Care of Goose Creek is one of the best service center in the area. Had a water pump replaced on my RAM 1500. The staff was quick to get my vehicle in and serviced. I highly recommend this location. Worst experience taking my car anywhere! Asked for an alignment and was told it would be done in a day. 3 days later they call after me having to call multiple times previously they say we looked at your suspension and it looks good (which was never talked about before). Also asked to look for a noise they said they drove it 3 times and heard nothing. I got in to drive it again and heard it immediately. When I go to pick the car up I ask for the alignment sheet. They wanted to act like they didn’t know what I was talking about then come up with an excuse about their machine being out of printer ink and say they can text me photos of it right away. A day later I’m still waiting on the photos.

Made an appointment online to get my brake pads changed and I got my confirmation email also but when I went in for my appointment the guy at the front desk told me they haven’t been taking appointments for 3 months. They wasted my time so I would go elsewhere if you wanna make an appointment!!!
The wait time was reasonable.They did called me to ask if I want to replace the back wipers cuz they were broken which may dad didnt tell me they were broken. Good thing we havent used it to wipe the pollens off or it would have scratched.Good place. Left in a happy note.

Ordered new tires through tirerack.com and chose this location as my installer because it was close to where I work. The tires arrived at the store 2 days after the order so I called to see if I could bring my car in early instead of sticking to my appointment that I set for Saturday. Greg was awesome, told me to bring it in and theyll get it done.I dropped the car off today and they were done within 2 hours (there was a line of cars getting service) after mounting and aligning the tires. They even sent me a text with a picture of the before and after of my alignment. There was no hassle and everything went smoothly. Will be bringing my vehicle back for future maintenance.
They scheduled a 9 am appointment for new tires on my wifes car, upon arrival they informed us that there were multiple appointments scheduled for that time and they gave us an undetermined time for completion. 5 + hours later the car was finally finished. What is the point of having an appointment? Definitely wont go back.
Fast and focused. Grease monkeys are fast but looked tired af. Took 3 hours for 4 tire replacements and alignment with all baya full. They left lots of grease behind but it was easy to wipe away.
Service is okay for oil change, new tires, alignment. But front area persons need more knowledge, customer skills. Employees need to be wearing masks also as posted on door.

Made an online appointment on Wednesday for next day service. A simple oil change is what I needed. Received a call on date of appointment that they were not able to fulfill the appointment slot. This caused me much headache because I could have just schedulede else where. The tech stated the online appointments dont reflect the available schedule at the location. How is that fair to the consumer?!?

I stopped here to get a tire late one afternoon (mine was busted and I was driving on the spare). Unfortunately, the did not have the size my car required..The Managing Partner, Greg Sibert, called 4 or 5 different tire stores in the area to try and help me find a tire. He was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though I didnt purchase a tire, I highly recommend this store!

Went in a while ago to have my oil pan replaced due to a cracked drain plug. Not only did it take an entire month an some change for them to do (in their defense I told them that I had another vehicle to use while they do that). They did not install my exhaust system correct (as in left it loosely bolted to the headers causing a huge leak there and it sounded like a tractor), failed to mention that the muffle was barely hanging on any more, I ended up having a leak at the rear of the oil pan (the rear main seal I believe). And charged me over $600 for the work and thankfully waved the fee for my vehicle being there. I immediately took it to another mechanic to get an opinion on the work that was done and they told me everything that was done incorrectly and that cost me another $800 just to correct what they messed up in the first place. 0/10 would not recommend unless you maybe need an oil change at the very most. If there was a 0 star option, I would have picked it in an instance.
I had tires shipped here from TireRack, and called shortly after I got the delivery confirmation to make sure they arrived ok, and schedule an appointment about a week in advance. When I arrived at 3:50PM for my 4PM appointment I was very surprised to find that they did not know where my tires were. At 4:15 they found the guy who signed for them and discovered he had put them in a corner of the shop. They said Id be in a bay soon. At 5:20 the tech stalled a few times (Manual Transmission) but finally pulled my car into the bay and began work. When he was done, and handled me the keys around 5:45 but I discovered after walking around the car he had put my wider tires (staggered setup) on the front. Apparently he didnt realize these tires were two different sizes. He pulled it back into the bay and swapped the wheels around, afterwhich I asked if the rims were correct because I thought they would be wider rims for the wider tires. The tech (Nick), and the garage manager at the time (Michael) said it was fine and all the rims were the same size. This is not true, and I discovered later that my wider wheels were on the skinny rims and vice versa. I left at 6:15PM, 2¼ hours after my simple mount and balance appointment which was done incorrectly. The next day I went back for a refund and received both my money back and a sincere apology. Im glad they didnt argue about the refund, but Ill never get that time back and now Ill need to find a shop to fix their errors.
I have been doing business with this location for years now and was always satisfied. I have had to get two tires replaced because they said that the nails were to close to the sides. So next time I will look at the tire more closely to make sure thats the case. They also broke my hubcap and didnt tell me. I will still buy my tires from them because I like the price and value.
The shop in Goose Creek location sucks. I made an appt. for oil change service two days before but ended up my appt. was not in the system when I showed up. Isnt that outrageous?
Worst place to take your car. I booked an online appointment, even dropped the car off and it took them two days for tire balance and alignment. 10 days later Im back here again bc ball joint disconnected.
Greg helped to select the best set of tires that suited my needs. Also after checking other tire places Firestone give me a price that beat out everybody even Walmart and tire kingdom. I also needed an alignment on my vehicle cause it is very bad. The mechanic at the shop did a very good job Im taking care of my alignment and making my car straight again. I would recommend Firestone in goose Creek South Carolina to anyone. They know what customer service is and how to take care of their customers.

Never had any problems here. bought 3 tires before and no problem. brought one rim for tire replacement after buying from tire rack put on twice many years apart no problem. numerous rotations and some balances due to many years of car ownership and miles driven. no problem. usually drop off car and come back later and through the years they have gotten better of calling you when car is ready. as far as oil changes if you are capable get out and read your manual. get to know your car. buying oil at wally world is easy and if you have your own garage just do it yourself. air filters and cabin filters are easy to do too just glance through your manual you will be surprised on what you can do or what you should have done.
Needed to get a tire mounted and balanced at the last moment. They took care of me quickly and the price is the best. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I will continue to do business at this location.

Went in for an alignment and brake check. They had the car all day and was inconvenienced. However due to delay, the gave me diagnostic of issue with car and did not charge me for taking a look. No work was performed.
Has to replace a tire there was a tire with nail in sidewall cant repair those. In hind sight, no one bothered to show me tire just told me cost of new tire . Im sure had I asked they might have shown me tire but didnt think by of. So were they looking for 150 bucks instead of 20 dollars for repair. Place friendly but because I sent my young daughter to handle, maybe they could explain and show.
Still have to wait until I get service done to really give a good review. Will be reviewing them on service, prices and timely repair response. More to come
Allow about 2 hours more than they tell you even if have an appointment. Also, the employees wear masks sometime and they do not wipe the steering wheel or door handles.
Excellent service from these folks. We had an 11am appointment and showed up 45 minutes early. They had us in and out before our actual appointment time. Very nice people there and an extra clean waiting room. One of the best experiences I have had with any type of auto place. Great price on oil change and they rotated my tires for free even tho I only bought 2 of the tires from them. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have to give this Firestone 5 stars for excellent customer service. Jaime is the one that helped me. I was stranded and Firestone was extremely busy but he made sure to make time to look at my car. Then they took the time to explain and show me the issues. Jaime helped me as much as possible and is a very trust worthy person. I would recommended him to anyone.

I took my wifes vehicle for an oil change while on my lunch break. I had about an hour and I had a coupon printed from the web for a discount.They acknowledged me right away, asked what service I needed and then took my vehicle. Roughly 30 minutes later, they called my name to check out. The gentleman processed my coupon and I paid for my oil change. Simple, fast & friendly. This is the type of service customers should receive.Highly recommend!By the way, this was right before the 4th of July holiday, so they were fairly busy.
My brakes needed repaired, so I made an appointment. They were finished with my car pretty quickly and a coupon was applied so it was actually cheaper than the estimate. 👍
Had a long wait for a small job but after having conversations with the manager I found out that they were swamped the day before and got rolled over to Sunday (When I came) Everyone was nice and respectful, the other customers not so much. They were complaining about the wait and why was it taking so long and so on. Im blessed they were able to see me and help me with my problem. I will be back again.

The guys are so nice so my rating is not based on their customer service but rather the actual work that was done. Who ever worked on my tire tightened the bolt so tight that it spent 2 days in another shop to even get my tire off. Now my rim is cracked in 2 different places and im not saying it was them but I wasnt told this until the 2nd time that I had to bring my car back. Overall im just annoyed at how everything turned out but I must stress they were very polite and professional while I dealt with them. Just over all the process wasnt as smooth as id like it to be

Do not go here. They will just try to sell you things you do not need. I went here for a tire patch and they said it was two holes and they could not fix it. Then the mechanic named Chris said I would need a new tire. Well It turned out to only be one hole and I came home and plugged it. Be wary of these people.

I went to get my tire changed and now my steering wheel shakes and my car shakes really bad when driving. It’s like they changed my car and my alignment is now completely off. Not very happy about this. I shouldn’t be having issues after getting just a tire changed.
I took my car in because of the vibrating when I drove higher speeds. These guys fixed the problem the first time and explained the issue to me in detail. Every auto shop I went to before could never figure out the issue? Hmm? Regardless, they have my business and have gained a loyal customer for life. Thank you!
They installed a mismatch tire on my wifes car without telling her that they didnt have the correct tire in stock!She refused and her car had to stay overnight until the correct tire came in.IMHO, they did this because she was a woman...Another trip, my wife took our truck there for flat repairs on several tires (ONLY because of road hazzard warranty through them).Wife said it took approx TWO HOURS+- just for the truck to be pulled in and roughly THREE HOURS+- for the job to be completed, even though they knew she was waiting, causing her to miss our grandsons baseball game...

While this shop isnt the cheapest in town, their customer service more than makes up for the increased cost. Ive serviced a total of 3 vehicles at this location, and have no complaints whatsoever. Theyre fast, they do good work, and they dont try to up-sell you items and service that you do not need. Im happy to be a customer of Firestone Goose Creek.
These guys are great. They have helped me out of more than one jam. Now they are very good and trusted, so they can get extremely busy. Just be mindful when you take your car in they only have so many mechanics, so pay attention to the website and try to schedule an appointment if you have to go during busy times. Trust them with all vehicles I own and wont take them anywhere else. If they are unsure if they can fix your problem, they wont touch it. They will send you to someone who can. I have never had an issue they couldnt fix. I have four stars because as with anything no matter how excellent the service, there is always room for improvement.
Worst place ever to try and get anything done. I walked in last weekend and basically got laughed at when I told him I wanted to wait for a simple oil change. The representative suggested that I schedule an appointment. I called today to schedule an appointment for this coming weekend and was told that he only had one time available, but that having an appointment did not guarantee that they would have my car in at the appointment time. Um...what?? Yall are seriously ridiculous. :( Thumbs down.
Dissapointed today, we went in for an oil change Friday and were told they had no opening so to come back Monday (said we wouldnt need an appt). Monday we call 2x before leaving to see if they are open with no answer. Id like to point out alot if places are closing bc of hurricane so we wanted to ensure it was open. No answer so we head there anyways and the gentleman working told us they are booked solid and he is screening calls bc he is waiting and hoping the send them home. I advised him he must be screening calls and not answering the ones from customers bc we called 2x before leaving. He then back tracked and said he had been in and out of the office. He was rude and I am dissapointed with the treatment and his obvious lack of customer service skills and empathy.
Mechanic Joe and the young man at front of establishment were more helpful than I ever expected. Im sorr please providey to say I havent relished going to Firestone, but this visit made up for the other times! Thank you thank you thank you!

Very friendly and helpful. I like that if they find a problem other than what you took the car in for, they will take you out to the shop and show you the problem. I had taken my daughter car in for two new tires and they showed me on the other two where the tires were worn on the inside. Had the steel showing. So while I ended up having to buy two additional tires, I knew that my daughter would be safe. My go to place.

I came in 10 minutes to close on a Friday, with an emergency. One of my tires had blown out and I really needed to get back out on the road. When I came in, I told the staff at Firestone that I understood how close to closing time it was and that I hated to be that guy, but I really needed my tire replaced. To my relief, the staff at Firestone was so curtious and told me that it was no problem. They got right to work and got my tire replaced. I definitely will be coming back here for all my automotive needs!

Well I have used them more than once and for the last time. I bought 4 tires for my road trip like 15 months ago or so and about 4 months ago I rotated the front tires to the back and thats when I found the huge mistake. Almost have to be a idiot or done on purpose, they crosse threaded 2 of the bolts on the stud and one of them broke when I took the bolt off, well tried to. The whole stud just snapped off with the bolt. Who does that???? How could you not know? Sad thing is they probably knew and just cranked it down with the Pneumatic tool.Just stick with tread quarters.this type of error is in favor for them since most people wont catch it until months and months after. Or happen to get a flat.

Very short handed, took all day to get a tire changed. Took four attempts calling before anyone answered the phone. At least they were able to get the tire I needed.
I have bought several sets of tires and they last a long time. Today I came in for a flat tire. They could not repair it and showed me why. They showed me a comparable tire to replace it with.The only problem I ever had with them is they forgot to put the Tpms in my new tires.
