They got me in within 30 minutes and finished in a shorter time than my last service with Acura was, which game me the day to hit the beach. They addressed my needs and listened to the quirks of my car. The female desk associate was very friendly and helpful, although she was swamped with work. I appreciate what they do and thank them for offering a military discount as well. Great service. I’ll be bringing my cars here while stationed in SC. Thanks again!

Tire choice, got brakes and an oil change, out the door in about 2 hrs. Glad to see they have a womas on staff these days.One thing Ive always liked about this place is that the mechanics dont talk down to or condescend when they talk to women. I wouldnt patronize them if they did. Sure, prices have gone up, but everything has gone up lately. Ive never had a problem with the Goose Creek location and they stand behind their work and services. You cant ask for more than that.

I ordered custom wheels & tires offline, sadly one wheel came cracked. Normally, once the tires have been driving on automotive shops won’t change out the wheels from the used tire, but Nick the store manager made an exception for me since my wheel came cracked and got me in ASAP, no questions asked. One of his fellow employees Jeff came to me first letting me know their machine couldn’t potentially scratch my custom wheel and asked if I wanted to proceed. He assured me he would try his hardest to be very careful with my wheel, but he cannot promise no scratches. I let him proceed with the process and my goodness he did such an amazing job resetting the new wheel on my tire. Not a scratch in sight and wheel was cleaned up.I am HIGHLY SATISFIED with both Nick and Jeff’s customer service and would recommend them to anyone. They take pride in what they do and try their hardest to go above and beyond their customers needs.

Since finding this car repair shop in early 2020, theyve taken good care of both of my +100k-mile vehicles. Its mostly been maintenance, until recently, when an error on my part caused a water pump to malfunction, requiring an emergency tow to this Tire Choice. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Its now been months after that repair, and the vehicle is still running smoothly. Apologies for burying the lead, but they are first and foremost honest. Ive come across many mechanics, car repair shops, and oil change spots, so Im mindful of the tricks that the dishonest ones do to squeeze money out of consumers who arent car-savvy. This Tire Choice is honest and does solid work.

Don’t bother with the St James location. Customer service is beyond rude and they act and treat you like they are all so busy however there are barely working on any cars. They will hold your car for days and not tell you anything until you call then make up something that “sounds about right”.....If your white you may have a better experience idk but if your black forget about it and they aren’t shy about the race thing. Actual service is horrible they never actually fixed the problem with my car so I was without a car for about 4 days total 2 separate times for no reason. Save yourself some aggravation and go someplace else.

I had a very good experience at this location in Goose Creek next to Zaxbys. I would recommend to anyone and will go back for future services.

Made an appointment for four new tires + alignment, and they had me in and out in about an hour and a half. It was a little pricier than some other places around town, but Ive also waited 3 or 4 hours at those places ... So I guess figure out how much your time is worth and factor that in.

They were very helpful & fast!

So 3 times my my wife took her jeep to Tread Quarters after they replaced struts because of awful noises not there before. Every time she is told all we can do is grease things up but all is safe. WELL, wrong less than 2 days after the 3rd time they checked, the lower control arm snaps because it was corroded. Luckily my wife was in a parking lot and not hurt with my 7 year old and 3 year old with her.. Past issues... They left a funnel jammed in the motor after an oil change, cross threaded a spare, and tried to charge full price for tires under warranty. Since when did yokoma come standard on a jeep liberty.... Well Geralds is now doing 550 in work on both sides of the front end. Also my lawyer is looking into some things for any negligence regarding them failing even after concerns were raised three times to say all is safe.

Slow leak in my tire. Stopped after work expecting them to say, sorry don’t have time. Bring it back in the AM but not the case. Wham bam. Took it into the garage, checked, patched and out of there within 25 minutes. Now that’s customer service! Thank you guys!

Came in about 1 month or so ago. Really great people working there and were very helpful. Got new front tires and oil change. Have a small problem with steering wheel shaking now since doing front brakes but they said bring vehicle in and we will take care of it.

Totally went in to this shop this evening with a tire that was losing air pretty quick. I walked in asked to have it looked at, handed over the keys and in less than 20 minutes they had the tire repaired and back on. They were great with the prices and their customer service was great. The man at the desk has been rude to me on two occasions now. It would really benefit this business to find someone with some basic customer service skills to fill this position.

Went in for four tires to be road force balanced. Specifically said that my car does not drive well at over 13lb of road force. They did not provide a road force balance printout for results which is extremely unprofessional, but I would assume they did so because they could NOT balance one wheel. Instead of telling me so they just said it’s done and paid. My front right tire had two sides chock full of weights. In total 11 3/4 ounces of weight on the wheel. Nearly a POUND of weights just so they can get me in and out paying. So I had to go somewhere else to be told the wheel was bent. Won’t be going back again.

My wife dropped my 2017 Explorer off to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced.I came back to pick it up and was shown a $277 bill. Of course, that seemed way too high, so I asked to see the invoice. The guy at the counter shows me that they did an alignment. I told him I did not ask for an alignment, and he said..well, it needed it.It is utterly dishonest to charge people for service without consent for that service. I will never return nor recommend this place.

Wish I could provide a positive comments, but perhaps I could provide feedback for positive change: I walked in to inquire about potential openings for an oil change on a Friday and was informed there was an opening at 1400 on Saturday. I had to work a 24 hour shift and was told I could drop my vehicle off. Excellent, I’ll take it- vehicle info taken and maintenance request made. That Saturday morning my vehicle was dropped off, and returned to pickup my car only to find out from the front desk individual, “oh you mean this car. I have no information on anything to do with it.” My vehicle sat for 24 hours and no service complete. If you do come to this location, as a consumer, please be specific as to everything you want done, the time, contact info and request a call when completed.

Would not go here if my life depended on it. Absolutely worst customer service. I don’t care how cheap there prices are I will never step foot back in that place.

Racist Establishment with RACIST EMPLOYEES. The front desk white male with the cigarette looking lips was very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and just a plain out RACIST! He didn’t care about anything but handing me a piece of paper. After waiting for a minute I declined to even receive services from this establishment. I would walk barefoot in the snow before I would receive services from this place! HORRIBLE!

Amazing customer service, and quick service. Staff was very nice, Bret helped me out. Had a oil change done in about 10 min, and checked everything on my truck to make sure its in good order. My tired and exhausted night shift nurse daughter came to Tread Quarters for an oil change. Not knowing any better, and being too tired anyway, she was charged $80 for an oil change. The same service was available at a local Toyota dealer for $50. When this was pointed out to management, they offered no excuse or apology. It is unacceptable to exploit young women in this way. When the corporate people responded their low review, I contacted them to explain. So far they have refused to even return my phone call. While appearing to be responsive, they have only made my opinion of them worse. Apparently, their MO is overcharge, appear to care, then blow the customer off. Total schlock......

Stopped by for oil change and a flat tire and the guy here Brett was more than helpful in assisting me with this issue. The mechanic Jeff also pointed out a loose tire rod and corrected the issue at no extra cost. They will definitely be getting my business here in the near future. Great prices and speedy service!

I’ve had bad experiences twice here now in the past few months. Just two days ago I went in for an oil change, already knowing I need an alignment and 4 tires; For two new tires and an alignment they quoted me $611. I declined. They proceeded to ask if they could just put the two new tires on, which is really frustrating considering anyone with common sense knows that there would be no point in putting brand new tires on a messed up alignment. So of course I declined. Got home and realized they were to caught up in the money they wanted to even reset my oil life. Would not recommend.

Ive had great service with this Tread Quarters. I usually deal with Sean who is always on top of things. He and the store have done several jobs for me. No complaints or hassels. Prices are good. I wont go anywhere else because of the way they treat people with respect. The other day when I was there they helped out a retired veteran. That was real respectful!

The desk manager seems to be less concerned with helping customers and more concerned with pushing paper work at the customers. Dont waste your time with this facility, go to a quality service center and get your work done. They may have changed the name but its still the same sloppy and dirty facility.

Driving home from work I heard a strange noise coming from the rear tire. I got home and saw that I had a large nail in my tire. I drove up to Tread Quarters to see if it could be repaired or whether I needed to replace the tire. They were super fast with service and very helpful!!!! The tire was repaired. I have a complaint. The guy in the main office was rude to me today. I took my car there to fix a problem with the dashboard. I had done a diagnostic in an advance auto parts. So I just wanted to know if they could fix the problem based on the result of the diagnostic. But the guy did not let me explain what I wanted for my car. He just said that they didnt accept other peoples opinions. He said that they did their own diagnostic there. It is very frustrating to me the way he replied . I do not really much about cars so I really thought this person could have been more polite.

Great fast service

This is the second time they have used high-pressure tactics to try to bully and then gouge me. The first time was the Summerville location. In the past, I was pleased with their service, but nearly $300 for a tire and an oil change!? No. He came down about $100 when he realized I absolutely was not going for that, but by then I realized this is a pattern with them. Maybe they have good intentions, but their tactics are all wrong.

I was able to get my oil changed very quickly almost without any wait time to begin my service needed. The counter representative was prompt and helpful with my questions. I will return.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. They were fast, but tried to upsell me things unecessary additions. Saw a guy working on a car hit someones car door on a metal pipe and that didnt sit well with me. Although it was an accident, he should have been more careful. Not terrible, not great.

Great experience. The guy who checked me in was not personable, but he was efficient, polite, and offered me options on what I wanted. The service was quicker than I expected, and quicker than they initially told me itd be.

Front desk is arrogant and rude an the prices are 20% higher then any one else i use to been a customer for over 12 years, im not anymore.

Been going there for over 5 years for any tire issues with my business vehicles. Went in at 4:30pm to get nail in tire fixed. Wouldnt even take my business, stated they were too busy and come back tomorrow. I informed the manager on duty that wasnt an option for me because the car is being used tomorrow and asked if I could just sit and wait no matter how long it took, keeping in mind they didnt close for another 2 1/2 hours. Didnt want to help at all. I look in the bays and there is only two mechanics working. Apparently my fault they dont know how to properly schedule coverage for a typical busy Saturday afternoon.

My anxieties were put to rest by the friendly management and staff. I was taken care of in a prompt and timely manner and promised a special the next time I return. I do a lot of DIY repairs to my cars so I feel like I know enough to know when someone tells me there are small unicorns inside my mufflers making all the loud noises, I know its BS. The guys here know what theyre doing. You get every cent you pay for, and its not cheap like jiffy who will strip out your drain pan plug and not tell you, making you ruin your driveway and your pristine 1997 BMW E38 at the same time.They treated my 92 tuck with the dignity it needed and nothing more. Runs good. 10/10 would come again.

The staff at this location seem to be doing their jobs affectively just dont expect to get allot of complicated jobs done in your vehicle if youre not here first thing it opens. Also bring something to keep yourself occupied as things may take a bit long depending on how busy and the type of job youre planning to get done.

A few hours for an oil change and a guy behind the desk that doesnt even look up to talk to you shows poor management. There was 1 car in the garage and a mechanic chit chatting. This location used to be good when I used to live here before.

These guys are awesome! If you live in the Goose Creek area and take your vehicle somewhere other than this Tread Quarters, for ANY type of service, you are doing yourself a tremendous disservice. The quality of their work and their business ethics are far greater than what I see from most businesses. Just terrific!

Great location and one of the best tire stores to get tires. They are honest about what is needed and do not pressure you on suggested services if not needed. I would choose Treadquarters (this location specifically) over any other tire/vehicle maintenance provider.

I needed a tire plugged one Saturday morning they were busy. They took care of me though. Real good service you can also buy tires there too

The tire i needed was ubber expensive. But needed and so worth it. The service was wonderful. I was glad to have visited this location. If i ever need a tire, brakes, tire rotation, or any of the sort. This will always be my place to go.

They tried to sell a $1000 power steering system to my elderly mother when her power steering fluid was just a little low on her 2001 Saturn about 1 year ago.She called me from there and I spoke with a salesman who used scare tactics on her and me saying that her steering would lock up without warning while driving!!!I added a few ounces of fluid and it has been fine ever since...DONT GO THERE!

The Assistant Manager, Bret Everidge, has been a textbook example of 5-star customer service every time I, or a family member of mine, has been to this location. The tipping point for finally leaving a review was today. I brought my car in for them to take a second look at a tire they had repaired a few days prior that had begun to leak air again. After a quick inspection, they found a second hole in the tire and Bret decided not to charge for the second patch in the tire. Whether I picked up another hole after the first repair or they unfortunately missed it the first time around didnt matter to me because of how professionally Bret handled the situation. Less than 30 minutes after arriving I was back on the road and ready to return to work. This is definitely the place to bring your car if you live in the Summerville / Moncks Corner / Goose Creek area.
