Jim is out service tech. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, and a really hard worker. Since he’s been our pool tech things have looked perfect. We really appreciate him.

I have been using Hardys for weekly service since May and the service has been fantastic! Very responsive when there have been issues beyond weekly service. Service Tech Brian is very thorough & does an excellent job maintaining our pool!

We gave Hardys a try after our previous pool service provider retired. I was immediately impressed by Kens prompt response and the timeliness of the service. I also engaged Hardys to bead-blast (clean the mineral deposits from) my tile and it looks like brand new. Dartanyan did an amazing job and communicated with me along the way.I have signed up for weekly service and my pool has never looked better.I understand that others may have not had the same experiences, but for me it has been a big win so far.

Hardy Pool Service agreed to take our pool as a customer. They then whined about how far away it is. They couldnt commit to a consistent day of service, let alone a time. I do NOT recommend this company.

When I called to schedule tile cleaning service I was told by Ken that they would clean the debris out of the pool when they were done. I had my pool tiles cleaned on June 14th. I was told by the man who performed the service he would let his boss know he needed to come out the next day to vacuum out the debris. He never came out. I called Ken and left a voicemail letting him know I needed the debris to be cleaned out of the pool. No response. So my vacuum and pool filters had to do the job they said they would do. Not only did they leave debris in the pool- it was left all over the pool deck and a trail of calcium was left all the way out to my front yard. Find a company who will stick to their word and clean up their mess!!!

Hardys Pool Care has serviced my pool for over 3 years and I have never had any issues. Chemicals are always balanced and weekly service keeps my pool top notch. I hate seeing all the negative reviews because most people do not keep up with maintenance but then blame the pool company when things go wrong. You have to listen when they suggest ways to help your pool work more efficiently. They have recommended filter cleans, repaired my pool vacuum cleaner, run the system longer during summer and even did a water change to make sure issues wont arise. Just like a car you have to keep up with maintenance to keep the system working properly. I highly recommend Hardys Pool Care and thank you so much for the knowledge and expertise to keep my pool at its best!

What a wonderful experience working with this company! Ken was my first contact, he was pleasant and down to earth. Walked me through everything I needed done, got me on the schedule quickly and at a pretty good price. Dart was here doing the work on the pool and replacing motor on pump. Got to talk with him. Friendly and courteous guy. Looked them up on Thumbtack website. Ken responded within hours, and now they are my new weekly pool guys. Thank you for getting my pool back in shape.Tina

As a new pool owner, Ken has made the experience worry free. My pool is always crystal clear and if there are any weather related issues, Ken promptly addresses it. Would not ever own a pool without Ken.

Service with Ken has normally been very good, lately it has dropped off. Started when he missed a week, he explained why. Then he did some work on our pool pump and cleaned our filters which was done over a week ago and our pump has not worked since, not to mention the mess he left from cleaning our filters. We got back from vacation on October 3rd and I have reached out to Ken everyday with no response. Our next service is this Friday, I am hoping he will get back to me on repairing our broken pump. I do not want to look for another pool guy again.

I know my wife added a review but I wanted to put my own. Ken made our tile look better than new. Highly recommend!!!

Great job. I had Ken come out and do an acid wash and chlorine wash. He also explained a great deal of information about my system. Good customer service!

Ken is amazing! we have been using him for years and wouldnt use anyone else. he is always a pleasure to talk to. he gave us great advise on general up keepwhen we first hired him. our pool has been wonderdul ever since! he is timely, priced competitively and i feel he goes the extra mile for us!

I needed some repair work done on my pool so I called Hardys Pool Care. Not only did the repair get done quickly, but I learned that they also clean pool tile. I scheduled an appointment and now my pool tile looks brand new! I had no idea this service was out there... Ken is really nice and explained everything that was done. I would recommend Hardys Pool Care to anyone!!

Ken was great when he was cleaning my pool, other than charging me $1250 to replace the filter and not doing it, then not stopping auto-billing me after he sold his book to someone else. So if you overlook screwing me out of close to $2500...No I have to take legal action to get him to stop charging me, costing even more $$$

We have had them for 3 years and they have been outstanding.

This is the poorest excuse for a company that I have been associated with.I gave them two week notice and had paid them to the end on the month but he did NOT show up the last two weeks. I gave them two week notice that I not longer wanted their service and thought that I was being nice. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDS THEM EVER. They would NOT return my phone calls.

I hired Ken despite the negative reviews seeing as they are older reviews and he was prompt with phone calls. We talked about the reviews and he assured me it was one bad experience and the rest he had never even serviced the pools and he had a lawyer trying to remove them. His price was competitive and we agreed I would pay after the job was complete. He had Alex show up... never at the time arranged and never let me know he was here or the job was complete. Although he did eventually arrive on the days discussed. Had the pool drained and chemical washed.... was told I would have all chemicals balanced and pool blue and skimmed when refilled ... including a conditioner for the pool. Instead he dumped all the chemicals in the pool while empty with all the debris that was still on the bottom of the pool. I was told he would show up the next day to skim and clean.... Instead my husband did it so my kids could use the pool instead of waiting.. which is good because he never showed up anyways. Not to mention my husband was worried that the chemicals would burn our pebble tech seeing as it sat saturated in one spot for 24 hours while the pool filled up and should be put it the pool with water so he manually mixed it up every hour to prevent it from ruining our pool. Come to find out the wrong chemicals were used when I questioned the salt cell showing no salt, he completely disregarded the fact I informed him it was a salt pool from the get go. Not to mention he should know just by looking at our equipment! Speaking of equipment ...it was never shut off and continued to try and filter the water through while empty. Hubby had to turn it off... Then as discussed we had the pool tiles cleaned. Im giving a 2 stars because the clean tiles do look great. But again was not at the times discussed nor ever confirmed the job was complete. So overall the job got done but not as discussed. Still getting excuses as to why our chemical levels are not where they should be. Salt cell is probably broken . It was installed one month ago so Im currently waiting on the company that installed it to confirm if it is working or not. Not sure why Ken couldnt confirm if it is or isnt? Im pretty sure it is working and it is just an excuse based on my experience.

AWFUL COMMUNICATION. My pool looks worse than it did a month ago, they wont finish a repair they started, and they left my unit apart! I already paid for an algae treatment and now it is all back and worse because they have taken so long to get things together. I want them to remedy what they did to our pool and then I will be going to another service.

He is a dishonest person doesnt pay employees!!!He files bankruptcy to get away with it. I would never recommend him for anything!!!!!!If you want a bad pool guy hire him.
