Not the best place to have lab work done. Even with paperwork in hand stating what was needed to be done. They managed to waste me time and now have to come back another day. Checking in is actually surprisingly easy. Fairly clutter free waiting room.

I have been to this location multiple times. The staff seem a bit disengaged from everyone waiting in line with no assistance to let you know what they need in advance of you arriving at the front of the line.Once you get to the front of the line, they have you fill in a form instead of just looking up the lab orders. Then you sit and wait until you are called up to request more info or until you are called in for your lab work.The person who runs the group must be disengaged because these are easy problems to remedy but there is no effort shown to improve.

The receptionist was rude and the check in process was strange(had to use a dirty kiosk screen and a QR code on my phone). It would be better if there were someone to check in their clients. The phlebotomist was polite and did a great job. I had an appointment and did not have a long wait.

I just had the best experience at this lab! I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews. Check in was easy, the receptionist was friendly, quick and efficient. The lab tech was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time. I did have an appointment.After reading a few of the reviews, I’m thinking… what does Labcorp have to do with the parking situation? They didn’t build the medical facility or plan the parking lot. Also, checking in on a kiosk, tablet, etc is just how the process is nowadays even pre-COVID. Get with the times people! Carry a little bottle of sanitizer and get your steps in! :)

DO NOT go here!!! Parking is Ridiculous!! The Lab is all the way at the end of second floor. Anyone with any health issues can’t walk this far. I need new knees, this was ridiculous! The receptionist was short and Nasty! And the wait was over an hour! I left and went to Sonora! They took me in 5 min! i got the first parking spot! and it’s right across the street from Lab Corp in Medical building!

I’m so disappointed with this office!!!! Will never return to this place! My doctor had request lab tests done, I arrived there on 9/09 at around 10:45. I checked in with a young lady. This place was so packed there was no sitting available and I had to stand. The young lady at front then shouted we are very short staff and want to let you guys know we are trying to get everyone seen as soon as possible. I waited there until 11:50am, I was the last patient to be seen before closing and going to lunch. The lady in front was the one who took me back and drew my blood. She apologized for the wait and I told her no problem. Well on October 2nd I had a doctors appointment to go over my blood work results. When I got there I was asked if I ever went to go get my tests done. I told my doctor yes that I was there on September 9th. Well they contacted the office and guess what they said they never show record of me going in and have no lab results for me??? What in the world!!! So where is my blood that was drawn? Can you tell me Lab Corp?? So disappointed and would give you zero stars if I could!! I’ve been to this location before this incident and employees are always so damn rude with everyone!! No customer service at all. Shame on you!!

This place needs some kind of audit...employee review...spring cleaning...of customer service...and quick! From all the other reviews Ive read, it seems its made no difference in the attitudes of staff. They do not care about their customers and make it very obvious. I sat in here for over an hour with an appointment and still never ended up getting seen. Never in my life have I been to a medical office where they call their patients back, while sitting at their desk, around the corner, and behind the wall. Michael, ROOM 2!! No hello. No welcome in. No how are you....no smile...no face......WHAT?! Is this really what the world is coming to?Very disappointed and will be looking for another lab.

I came to this location after a bad experience at another location. I went at 745am on a Wednesday with no appointment. I was there for a total of 10 minutes. There were about 3 people in the waiting area. They were very efficient!

The employee at the front desk was not wearing the mask. When asked if masks were optional in this establishment she replied No. Eventually she put it on with her nose completely uncovered. Not a safe environment for anyone, especially ill people.

CLOSES AT 3:00, NOT 4:00 AS STATED ON WEBSITE!!! Its the end of Feb. and your website says you close at 4:00. Got off work early, WITHOUT pay only to find your door locked at 3:10 and a paper sign on the door stating you now close at 3:00 as of Dec. 2019. You may want to CHANGE your website and update those hours! Now I have to leave work AGAIN, even earlier, to make your all so convenient, 3:00 closing. Thanks, really thanks so much!

Service was poor, all the girls kept talking about going over each others houses and going out while customers were waiting. I needed help with a fax and got none. But I do have small veins and always takes people forever to draw blood, this lady got it very quick... only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Lady working the front desk was extremely rude. Never looked up to acknowledge anyone. I sat there for 30 minutes, when I got tired of waiting, I asked her how long it was going to be and that I had an appointment at 11. She rudely said “you did not tell me you had an appointment”, when it was clear on the sign in sheet that I had an appointment. That will be the last time I will go to that location.

I stopped in this morning due to a bad experience at one of their competitors. This was my second visit to this location. On both occasions the staff was courteous and the tech was great. In fact today I didnt even feel the stick. I dont remember how long the wait was the first time but feel it must have been reasonable. Today I paid attention, no appointment, in and out in twenty minutes. I arrived about 8:15am.

The office was understaffed, one technician was doing the phones and computer, the other was doing the lab work,by 15mins to lunch time another technician showed up then all three were arguing.Some people were in there for a good two hours before they were able to get the lab work done.Something has to be done with this office.

Honestly this place had the longest wait Ive ever experienced. I walked in wrote down my name and waited at least a half hour for them to call me to even ask for the lab orders which means I wasnt put into queue until after. The front desk person wasnt very personable either. The technician was nice and expressed that some people wait 2 1/2-3 hours. It is incredible that being this close in proximity with a hospital, in a medical plaza and with the amount of people volume (tech said they are always busy) that they have, they should properly staff. GET YOUR STAFF SOME HELP LABCORP.

The two woman in the front very RUDE!! They wanted for me to pay $$ when I gave them my insurance and labs are 100%paid. I turned around and they were wanting my spouse to sign same documents. I told him to not sign anything and the two ladies were huffing and puffing saying we had to sign them. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN ANYTHING AT ALL IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO! DONT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU BY SAYING THAT.Labcorp really needs to look into these front desk people, if they don’t want to be there to help people why are they there??? 67 Years old & needed blood drawn. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience. Tech jiggled needle around in my vein - painfully so - for several minutes. Gave up & had to use other arm. Then I heard Oops from her, when she realized shed never removed the band on my 1st arm to let the blood flow. Finally got 2 blood draws, and I left. Lump swelled badly & 5 days later, still have purple, 3-4 hard bruised on my 1st arm where blood was drawn. Unprofessional, sloppy procedure. Avoid if possible. Would never use this place again.

This place is everything wrong with the world today . They are supposed to open at 7AM, the first employee arrives at 7:05 and doesnt have a key, the next employee arrives at 7:10 with her bag of fast food. No one apologizes. Only the 2 employees are there and they are saying the computers are not working. The lobby continues to fill up and by 7:30 no one has been called back. I crossed my name off the list and left. I will not be back and I will have a conversation with my provider for recommending Lab Corp. 06/25/18

The older lady who said she had since moved locations but was there for the day was good. The small young Hispanic (I think) girl was extremely rude. I got there before they opened and still waited over an hour. Office did not open on time. The young girl called me up asked for ID and insurance cards etc. and continued to write without looking up so I had my arms full so I dropped the cards in front of her.Her rude remark was My hands are here. Took me by surprise. I did not throw cards at her just laid them down. Im sure there are plenty of qualified nice people out there that could use her job. Glad I went gor an x ray next because everyone was so nice. They said they hear complaints of this office often. I do not have a name for this young lady but it was 7 to 8 am June 18th. Hope these remarks and ratings dont fall on deaf ears.

In order for you to understand fully, I must disclose that I am a recovering IV drug user. My first experience with the Lab was a miserable beast of a woman at the receptionist desk. After checking in I asked if there was a Supervisor onsite, as I am a very hard draw. After explaining my situation, she said there was not a Supervisor available to draw my blood and as I walked away, my friend said she rolled her eyes and shook her head. Its very humbling, embarrassing, and humiliating to explain myself to people in the first place, but that womans unprpfessionalism left a mark. When I am called back to the room, I explain to the Tech my situation and she was a gem. She could not draw the first time and then tried again with success. Please understand that having to have my blood drawn is very difficult emotionally. The women was so understanding and talked with me the while time about daily things to keep me in the moment. I wish I knew her name, but I didnt not get it. She is a pretty black lady. With curly shoulder length hair. I believe she said she had a son. Today, I had to go back for another blood draw and was so happy to see her. I requested that she do it. Seeing her put me at such ease this time. And she remembered me. I cant say enough good things about her, she is kind and I wish I could give her the recognition she deserves. Recognition and a raise. Hopefully someday she reads this and it brings a smile to her face, knowing, that someone appreciates her.

The people that work in the IMS Labcorp are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’m not sure how to reach a supervisor or higher up yet but as soon as I do they will get a ear full. There is no reason for them to treat people like this. If they’re that unhappy in their job they should find something different and preferably not in a customer service field!

This place absolutely SUCKS. The wait or process wasnt terrible but they said they would have my test results in 3-5 hours. It is almost 24 hours later and they have not sent anything to my doctor and both my doctor and I have been trying to get a hold of them all day and cannot get anyone on the phone. We sit on hold until it hangs up. Also the website will not let me register because it says I am registering with the wrong information so I cant check the results online. This is terrible service and dangerous when it comes to adjusting someones medications based off of their results.

There has been so many negative reviews about this place and they are all correct. I had the unhappy pleasure of needing blood work well i had a appointment but still ended up waiting 1and a half hrs for routine blood work the people working there were so roud and the young girl at the front desk with black hair was the worst he flaging people away with her hands was almost to much to bear .the management obviously dont care either if they did somthing would have been done about the incompetence and torcher all patience have to go through just coming here .next time i need blood work i will request it be done at my doctors office or a more helpful and kind place .save your self the trouble and have any one else but this torcher chamber

I was so thrilled that they took me right back, and got me in and outta there. However, I was told one of my 5 labs would take a few days to get back. The CBC and CMP however should not take over 48 hrs to get back!! I know as Im an 11yr RN. So I sit sick, and my diagnosis pending these labs. Ridiculous!!!

Only rating 1 star since I couldnt leave zero. They have no customer service skills what so ever and they dont communicate with any patients at all. They need some kind of manager around or supervisor at all times this place was a joke, it seems as if they do not have any type of workflow or system in place to help the flow of ppl to be seen. The 2 women working were also discussing work drama aloud and everyone could hear.

Went to this location and the other one on 107th Ave, both locations have the same amount of rude and disrespectful employees. Ive been in the medical field for 20 years in another state. I KNOW how stressful working with the public is! Especially patients that may be worried about lab results, in pain, or simply dont like needles. A healthcare professional, whether a receptionist or phlebotomist should ALWAYS take those things into consideration when dealing with the public. ALWAYS be kind, treat people with dignity and be thankful you have a job. If not, get a job somewhere else. Preferably in an office where you dont have any interaction with human beings or puppies. 😉 They are ALWAYS very busy when I go, so I prepare myself by bringing a book or other form of entertainment. AND, I know they offer appointments. So i can deal with the wait time. BUT, with that being said, there is NEVER ANY excuse for the blatant rudeness and disrespect the staff at the Goodyear office has towards their patients. The front desks receptionist(s) obviously either hate their job, feel bothered when they have to actually work, or just get some sick kick out of making patients feel as if they need to apologize for interrupting their miserable day! The ONLY kind employee that Ive seen the past few times Ive been there is the young, African American phlebotomist. Id love to give her a compliment, but Ive never seen them wear name tags. Do these reviews actually make ANY difference? Doesnt seem that way to me. Ive read many, but nothing has changed for the better.

In the past three months, I’ve needed to retake my blood work twice because they ran the wrong test and they recently lost a large orange bucket of 24 hour worth of urine collection. This is outrageous! It makes me angry and scared. I was so upset when I heard the doctors Secretary say they never received my sample and I turned it in at the labcorp in the same waiting area as my doctor! I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of care in any other state in the medical field. Arizona, please set the bar higher. This is NOT a norm anywhere else.

Rude reception. No Spanish staff to assist Spanish speaking only. Used 7 yr old to interpret to mom on what needed to be done for child and what needed to be done with specimens. I intervened and helped.

Wait was two hours. My wife was then called. She was told by a rude, no people skill, unprofessional, no name tag, Fat small tech that they had run out of butterfly needles. To come back another day. I mean, its like Walgreens saying that had run out of Band-Aids or aspirins! When asked for her name, she indicated that they were closing for lynch! DONT GO THERE! Choose the one down the street on McDowell and 107th Ave!

Please avoid this location at all costs. The bathroom was full of bugs and had clearly not been properly cleaned in some time. The employees did not take an initiative to get my information (the signs say to sign in and take a seat, so I did.). Many employees saw me but not one asked if I had been helped, I had to approach them to take my insurance card and my paper work (while 3 employees sat behind the desk having a private conversation about wanting to not be there). They then told me they were out of baby needles for my son (4 years old) and they would be using a large needle. They also suggested that even though he didnt fast it would be fine to take his blood but the results may be skewed saying but we can still do it, its up to you. This is not advice a trained phlebotomist should be giving. I am very disappointed at the lack of care, cleanliness, and resources.

The absolute worst customer service. I went here one day and two people were ahead of me and waited 45 minutes for a simple biometric screening (but had to leave because I had a doctors appointment I needed to go to) so I went back another day in the morning and every single chair was filled. I walked out and returned around 2. The lady who did my screening was so unprofessional. She asked if I knew my waist measurement and I said no and she snapped at me “how do you not know your waist measurement you should know that” well I had a baby a few months ago (body is obviously still changing..) and she goes “so that doesn’t matter you should know your waist measurement” who in the world says that to a patient?!? Then she jabbed me and I was in my way. I would go to another one but the other two I went to were closed, or didn’t do blood draws. Steer clear of this place if at all possible.

I gave this place more than a single star for one simple reason: I was out within 20 minutes. Other than that if I had the choice to rate it 0 stars I would.I got there 10 minutes prior to the opening time (7am) and there was only one person ahead of me, which was great. My check in process sucked and having been in the medical field for a few years that says a lot. I understand when youre busy or tired or not a morning person but if someone is paying to get labs done at least FAKE a pleasant mood. First of all apparently because I didnt have a hard copy of my insurance card I was not going to have it billed (had both a screenshot of it on my phone and previously filled out info online) I sucked it up and paid. Then the front office lady made me aware (in a very annoyed manner) that my appointment was for 8:30 (I knew this of course but after reading bad reviews I decided to just go in and get it done ASAP)Fast forward to the blood drawing, Ive never done blood work on a person so this may be a routine thing to do..she kept mentioning I had baby veins and the needle she not so gently inserted wasnt getting the vein so she took it out (after messing with it inside of my arm for a while) then used a smaller needle on a different vein and again messed with it inside of my arm. I deal with annoying circumstances and patients that dont understand the concept of medical offices and waiting so I am very patient when I go anywhere medically related but this had to be the worst visit I ever had to any lab. Seriously, treat people with respect and kindness its really not that difficult.

Horrible experience. This LabCorp deserves a nagative rating. I have never been treated so rudely by a receptionist. I am from out of state and needed my INR checked. I had previously used a Labcorp in Tucson and another in Avondale. I had an appointment in Avondale but when I arrived they were closed due to plumbing issues. I drove to McDowell. The receptionist tried telling me I had missed an apt. with them. That is a lie as I tried showing her my confirmation at the other facility. She wouldnt even look at it. Then she said my orders were not ligimate from my IL doctor. I had used them 2x previously at Labcorps. I left and went to another facility where they squeezed me in and used the orders with no problem. Labcorp needs to fire that hateful witch!

Rude! The receptionist at this facility was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I sign in and take my seat she calls me up because apparently my handwriting was to bad for her to read. I apologize and then she proceeds to tell me that this is whats wrong with the school systems these days letting people slide by and not grading them on how their work looks I couldnt even believe how rude she was. Drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location!

I dont ever do reviews, but the staff is so rude. Ever person I encountered that day was rude and seemed to be bothered by any question I had. The women who drew my blood looked high. She was not gentle and I have a bruise from it and its been over a week. How can there be so many people in 1 place that have no people skills!

The receptionist is very rude and insensitive. She will not talk to you until she is ready and then gives you a look like you are bothering her. She said I wasnt scheduled, I showed her my screen shots and she said I have someone else scheduled right now I dont know what you did.
