Love this place. Ev1 is very experienced and knowledgeable with hair coloring and hairstyles. Ive also had my eyebrows waxed and cleaned up and they do a great job. Everyone always has a smile on their face and everybody greets you. Its just a good vibe, good feel place with a lot of experience.

I was in the chair.Asked for a wash, flat iron, and trim. Got exactly what I asked and am very happy. My hair turned out great! Full of body and shine. I got my hair and makeup done for my wedding and let me say the girls did an amazing job. Laloni cut my hair and gave me highlights before the big day and then did an updo day of. My hair looked fantastic and stayed put all night without getting frizzy or flat. I have naturally curly hair so thats always a concern. I cannot give her enough props. Selah did my makeup with lashes. I absolutely loved the colors she used on my eyes. My skin looked flawless and it still looked amazing the next morning because I was too tired to wash my face before bed Lol. They also did my moms hair and makeup and squeezed in my stepdaughter for an updo day of as well. These ladies are super talented and super sweet. I would definitely recommend them.
This was my second time here both times Juan cut my hair the first time he cut it a bit shorter than I wanted it but it looked nice this second time around he cut it up to my chin when in the picture I had showed him as reference the hair was to the shoulders. My mom had warned me not to go because he doesnβt not listen very well to what you want. my hair cut is not what I wanted and looks nothing like the picture I had showed him. Donβt know how I managed not to cry right there in front of them all. I will not be returning.

If you are going to this place for a new style, DONβT. Juan the owner does your hair the way he wants. I showed him the picture of the style I wanted and he didnβt even come close to that. Afterwards, I turned around and was so disappointed and he was going to let me walk out of there, until I asked can I get a mirror to see the back. They colored my hair silver, but in the back was patches of blonde. And then tried to convince me it was the same.
I went in Dec. 9, 2019 for a hair cut and new style. I have been a customer for several years and I should have rescheduled my appointment when Lelaine wasnt available. Juan, the owner, cut my hair and I DO NOT LIKE the hair cut at all. I even selected a style from one of his styling books and it isnt anything like what I asked for. Juan has cut my hair before, but lately HE JUST DOSE NOT LISTEN and cuts your hair the way he wants. IVE NEVER wore my hair this short.The back is a mans hair cut and the sides were cut 1/2 above my ears; one side was left a little longer than the other side which doesnt make any sense. Ill NEVER RETURN! The only reason I gave 2 stars because Juan is a wonderful colorist. Juan youve lost a customer for ever.Submitted photos before & after

I received three services at one visit. Laloni cut my hair and i got a very nice ombre and also a full color. She is very nice and friendly. I am new in az and she will be my new hairstylist. She is great.The place is very very clean. They check peoples temperature two times and the gave people gloves to wear and mask all the time. They clean all the chairs after each use. Love it. The good thing is that they take people in by appointment only and the door is locked. I felt so much safe and comfortable being there for first time.

This place is amazing! Not only is it a teamwork family oriented atmosphere, but they all do such an amazing job I take all my kids here to get their hair done as well. Every time I get my hair done I get tons of compliments from friends, family, co-works and random strangers. Lita is truly an artist.
My hair was dyed a completely different color than I asked for. He bleach half of my hair, left for 10-15minutes and then came back to do the rest. He didnt even finish my hair he passed me along to another stylist to color my hair. When it dried he curled it without asking and it brought my hair up to my chin. It was HORRIBLE. I dyed my hair the way I wanted when I got home because it was so bad. Would NEVER recommend anyone come here.

She made sure I was comfortable, asked me if I wanted anything to drink and made sure I knew everything that was being done to my hair. Claudia was not only quick but very efficient and detailed. Love it! Highly recommend. Have gone to Juan for years and he always does a great job and is very friendly to everyone that comes into the shop. Prices are extremely reasonable. Very nice atmosphere because everyone is treated so well by each person in the shop.
Went to go in and get eyelash extensions. Took the care tips, didnt wash them and what not. Didnt even touch them. The following night I slept on the couch so I wouldnt damage them. Woke up the next morning and half of them were coming out. They eventually all came out and I had work that morning so I took the ones that were left, out. Called for a refund for the crappy outcome and they denied me. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Made a reservation - As I walked in, I was automatically greeted and asked if I would care for a Beverage. They have a charging station for phones a plus. Leti was my stylist and she did amazing! Full color treatment and the best hair wash massage EVER!! She also, cut my hair and styled it. Thanks to groupon for showing me my now favorite hair salon!
I absolutely love it here. I did my appointment in the morning with not much anticipation and they were really nice and worked it out for me. I also did my profesional makeup for the first time and I LOVED IT. Theyre are so nice and caring. I love how they said I got you girl because they really did.

Went in to different salons in the area for a consultation on a hair service and the owner of Phoenician Hair Co. (Juan) was the only one confident enough to tell me what had to be done to my hair. I have never been more happy with my hair service and I thank Juan for going above and beyond for me! He helped me go from highlights on brown hair and black roots, to a clean icy platinum blonde look in 1 session, without compromising the integrity of my hair. I was in the salon for 6+hours and Juan did not let me out of his sight for one second. Needless to say, my hair has never felt this smooth and soft in a very long time. Definitely recommend!

I first came to the Phoenician Hair Co for my eyelash extensions and I absolutely love them! Richelle took her time and made sure each individual lash looked perfect! She was very sweet and personable and made me feel comfortable. I am super picky with who does my hair because of so many bad past experiences but she recommended Juan to color it. He brought me from an almost black color to blonde in 1 session without damaging my hair. Juan and the rest of the staff are awesome and they love what they do and how they make their clients feel. Ive found my stylists for life here!

The manager needs to get their schedule together. I waited 1 hr for an appt. that I had scheduled! Supposedly because of walk-ins and short staff. Well my advice is: donβt do walk ins and donβt overbook yourselves! Time is money. Lita did a great job on my hair BUT just because I had to wait so long and some of the comments she made I wonβt be back. I would have loved to come back but those two factors just killed that.

Went In for eyelashes on Saturday and in three days a lot of them have fallen out was of my 130.00 I understand that they will slowly fall out but right after canβt be good. I will be finding someone else to do them.
The only people I trust with my hair. Juan has been doing hair for over 37 years and is an expert in styling and a color master! The environment is nothing less than positive and friendly. Highly recommend to the next guest :) You wont be disappointed. I went from dark brown hair to platinum blonde over a course of 6 months. I listened to what Juan recommended which was salon quality shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner as well as serums. I use the Joico and Sojourn shampoo and conditioner. The serum I use is Loma. He also recommended a purple shampoo which I use twice a week. All of which he conveniently sells there in shop. Maintaining good hair care is so important! Especially for me because my hair is so light. Hes very thorough and detailed, and because I followed exactly what he recommended My hair is no where near damaged or fried. Mind you I get my roots colored every few weeks. Laloni does my haircuts regularly as Juan is usually booked SOLID. She explains everything shes going to do and the way shes going to do it. Selah does my makeup and not only is she very attentive to detail but shes very hygenic with all of the brushes and makeup shes getting ready to use on me. She double sanitizes! PLUS for me! I simply show her a picture of how I want my makeup and she gets to it. Ive learned so many makeup tips from her. Thank you Juan and team!!
Wanted to try a new place closer to home. Called at 11am. They scheduled me at 445pm. 15 min prior to appt time they called to say uh unfortunately there was a mix up of scheduling. Im very busy and schedule my apts around my business life. Now its too late in the day or weekend to schedule some where else. They lost what could have been a very good customer. But Im sure by the way they run their business they dont care!
I lived in Las Vegas, NV prior to coming to Arizona and was so spoiled by having a fantastic stylist in Las Vegas that I saw regularly. I came to Arizona and have had the worst luck finding someone that will listen to what I want done, be affordable, and not take all day long. My girlfriend told me about the Groupon for this place so I figured, sure, why not? I had forgotten to make an appointment for my day off so took a chance and called the day of to be told that they could fit me in no problem. I pulled up to the salon and my first thought was that the location looked very dated and perhaps Id made a bad choice, once again. But Id already made the appointment and driven the 25 minutes to get there, so what the heck! Inside is clean, although could use a little updating on the decor. I waited for about 10 minutes for the stylist to finish the other individuals hair. She greeted me warmly and asked what I wanted done. Discussed with her what I was looking to have accomplished and she was open to mixing colors to get what I wanted. I had color, partial highlights and trim done.... and its the best Ive had in a LONG time! She was super friendly, genuinely nice. The environment of the place is just welcoming. While you sit there you feel like youre watching a family doing what they love ~ HAIR. Just fabulous! Super excited to have found my new permanent hair salon!!!! Word of advice - dont judge the book by its cover!

I decided I needed a hair cut and saw this salon deal on Groupon. I purchased the groupon and met Yessy at the salon. Upon arrival I realized I didnβt have change and the owner offered to go to the bank and got change for me! I received the deep condition and a cut to trim all of the damaged ends. Yessy took her time with me, she listened to all of my requests and concerns to preserve as much length as possible. She described her techniques to me and gave me a beautiful cut! Yessy really took a lot of time with me and I left so happy with my treatment and cut! Iβll definitely be going back to see her again!

Very busy shop, went in 11:30am left at 3:30pm. Had color with highlights cut style. Very bad!!! Fried my hair with dye, then thinned bottom so much I canβt even put it in a ponytail, right side thinner than left. No personalized service is running from chair to chair taking care of 2 to 3 clients at a time. Donβt go there save your money.
