I just moved from California to Arizona last week and dreaded the thought of finding a new barber. Well this was my first stop and last. Maria gave a excellent haircut. I will be back.

Its not a bad place its really nice they did a good job on my hair its a relaxing haircut they give you a massage at the end and more if you ask but you pay for it I guess the higher price for a haircut is due to the fact that they massage you

Bene going here probably since they opened. Been asking for the same haircut every time I go. Today, went in asked for the same medium skin fade and realized way to late that the lady messed up my hair. She said you asked for the med high...no med just how I asked for it for years even before going here. No apology. Just finished cutting and sent me on my way. Just because one bad barber I will never return to this shop. NO ONE APOLOGIZED. All the other barbers were there, all scared to say anything.

It doesnt matter who cuts / shaves my sons hair, they always cut him. They are never careful or there machines dont work correctly and they always leave him with tons of loose hair everywhere. They dont clean him at all

All the barbers here are Christian people. Joshua did a great job during our first visit! Even edged me up with a razor! Cant get that at great clips or the other franchises. Its more expensive than the chain franchises, but you get what you pay for. They also did a great job on my boys. Very respectful staff, and clean shop. Josh, his mom Betsy, and his sister Susan are the main barbers. Josh in my opinion is the preferred choice. Just tell them exactly what you would like and they will do their best to achieve it.

Very good place to get a haircut.. My hairline is very bad so i tried an actual barbershop for men instead of sportclips or greatclips-which are both not very good for my situation. I feel bad idk the ladies name but she worked with me to line my hairline up without any question, i just told her my issues everytime i get a haircut and that im never happy with it. What would have been a 20 minute cut turned into almost an hour but she did very good and made 100% sure i was happy. Its too bad im about to leave Phoenix or this would be my go to for a haircut! Thank you!

This was a great experience all around. Got the beard trim, head shave and they throw in a massage to boot. Very relaxing with the hot towels and warm shave foam.

Great barber shop. Ive had my hair cut here a few times now, each time by different barbers and I walk out each time with a great haircut. I always walk-in on Saturdays and usually the wait is less than 10 minutes. Most shops are by appointment only now a days and if they do allow walk-ins you wait a long time. So if your like me and like to just walk-in whenever to get a haircut this is the spot!

Extremely poor value ... I had been going here the last year to get my haircut however this time it was 30 percent more than the last for the same cut, in fact missing a few details. Did not line up front of haircut(top of head), but I asked for a beard line up as I always do, and instead of a 27 dollar haircut it turned Into a 38 dollar haircut ... man! I decided to still tip her 5 dollars, but I normally tip 8. Talk about a price gouge ... litterlally 3 weeks ago it was 28 which is already more expensive than all other 5 barbers within 10 miles ... needless to say I will NOT be returning... sorry, the hot towel is not worth that much money .....! Extremely disappointed.... :(

Took my son in for a haircut nothing special was overly charged, Also I didn’t appreciate employees talking about me when I stepped out to take a call, so upsetting my 13 year old had to experience staff talking about her mom. Yes my daughter is bilingual and understood everything that was said. Not professional or respectful place!

Not only do they continuously close 20+ minutes early, but they also dont have their correct open times posted outside. The one time I was there the service was mediocre with unfortunately bad English. Better to look elsewhere!

Best Barber Service ever!!! The only barber shop that offers the full service barbers should offer! Ask for Susie, she does it right. First you get a nice hair cut, then you lay back and take a nap while you get a exfoliating scrub, hot towel, then she wipes that off, following some oil shaving cream, hot towel again, following a nice shave, some beard oil rub and hot towel and final close shave. Then last but not least the massage! The other barbers offer the same service you just have to ask. If you already go somewhere else, give them a try they just might be your new Barber Shop to go to!

Was looking for a shop near me to cut my nephews hair. We walked in and was welcomed immediately with a Hello, and a smile, the place was nice, clean, and had a nice scent in the shop. There were several barbers on staff and were quick to get my nephew in. Per my nephew, he enjoyed the lady who cut his hair, he was happy with his cut, he liked the warm towel on his head lol and said he wanted to go back again. They are extremely reasonable priced for the great service they gave my nephew. I would recommend them to everyone who ask! Thanks for the great service, you have a new loyal customer

This place is tucked away in the center of a retail strip however easy to find. Got in with a barber right away and got a great cut. Went during the lunch hour and not sure if the little wait time is normal. Watching the other barbers it seems to be the same quality haircuts across the shop. They take their time and dont rush on to the next customer, I will definetly be back.

Got my cut from Josh and he was awesome. Received a precise cut complete with a shoulder massage, hot towel and straight razor. I dont need to look no more, Ive found my barber. This is the best Barbershop in the whole WestSide! I drive a 18 wheeler and Im on the road for weeks at a time. Ill wait till I get back home to get a hair cut from here no matter how long my hair grows! Susie is the best barber & i wont let anyone else cut my hair!

Great barbershop. I see Susie, as I consider her the best, however all of them are excellent barbers.Susie is very meticulous and listens to what you are wanting. Not to mention she is very personable.

Great place, great service, very clean. They do a very clean and professional job. I have not had an issue with anyone there. I went inside thinking I was gonna get a nice haircut (boy was i wrong) I sat down waiting to get my haircut and then I eventually got to go up and get my haircut. I told the barber what I wanted and everything and I specifically told her to keep the front long (this is gonna be important later) She starts doing her thing and starts cutting the sides and back (which i came there for because the sides and back of my hair looked like a mess) Everything is going smoothly until She starts cutting the front. I thought she was cutting some other parts out but nope. I looked in the mirror and saw that my bang is pretty much non existant and i looked like a freak. I have to resort to wearing hoods now. I hope I never get my haircut from that place again

This is the best barber in the Pheonix area hands down! Staff is very respectful, clean, and easy to talk to. Their skills are unmatched. Hands down the best haircut Ive had in years. Actually I this is the best haircut I have ever had. My fade is freaky fresh and wow does it feel good. Im going to be coming back again and againUpdate:It was five stars but there is just not the same level of care as when they first opened. The last three time Ive gone in Ive gotten different barbers who dont even seem to speak English. Took me five minutes each time to relay what I needed to have done and then they still mess it up. Been here a few times and the cuts are good for the most part. My last visit wasnt so great but I thought I would go again today. I didnt even make it in the front door. Sign on the window says no guns. Im not spending my money some where that doesnt allow me to practice my right to defend myself. Will not be back unless the sign is removed.

I Honesty Went in so happy into This barber shop. It’s my sons first year in school and picture day was tomorrow but his hair was so messed up i will not send him to school. He said he didn’t move but yet had little holes Random lines the front of his line up and one in the side he said was going to fix by citing a little less but messed it up again. My Son looked in the mirror and cried . in so upset. I been l going there for couple months and today i got the guy and he messed up bad . i’m so Upset 😭. my son will be missing his yearbook picture. i will never go there again!!!!!!!!!

I went In wednesday morning and was the first one to get cut. Growing up they always tell you, two people you dont want in a bad mood while doing their jobs. 1: chef 2: your barber. I could tell right off the bat he was having a bad day but made the mistake of letting him cut my hair. First he was very short and decided to be very rough while cuttinf my hair and I love going to barbers cause they normally use a straight razor on the sides and on the back but I think that would of taken to much time in his eyes. Towards the end of the hair cut i have to ask him to do a hardline down my part with a straight razor, so he takes the trimmers and parts.. I was gonna let all this go but I wake up this morning do my hair and realize I have two parts on my freaking head. Ive been going here for the past two years as well as brought my son for his first couple hair cuts an will not be going back. And if you do decide to try this place, dont use the first barber on the right as soon as you walk in.
