My husband has gotten such good haircuts from Juanito. He has long hair so it’s been hard to find someone he trusts. However, the wait time and the process to get a haircut is ridiculous. He walked in at 4:40pm today. He just left the shop at 8:50pm… FINALLY. He waited FOUR hours to get his hair cut. This system is extremely inconsiderate of your clients time and so chaotic. No one should be waiting 4 hours. Change up your system, allow your clients to create appointments or at least follow the list!

I went to this place once and got my hair cut by Jesus and he did amazing, I come back a couple months later and I waited 2 hours, and since I waited so long I didn’t care who cut my hair. So I went to this lady they had and she messed me up bad, she pushed me back really bad and gave me the worst fade ever. You guys should fire her.

Great barbers, they always do a great job, it doesnt matter which one you get. The wait time can be extremely long though, but a lot of people want a specific barber so in reality you can get taken care of faster, it really all depends. They are great at their jobs, and it is worth the $18-20 they charge.

This barber shop did good the first time but this time Im disappointed in the service I just received for my children. The kids pictures clearly have line ups and I was not charged separately last time but this time they did. They arent listed under Andys barber shop on Arizona corporate commissions so the board is the next step to report the business activity. If you guys have issues with them report it dont let it continue on thats how these businesses get away with the mess they do. Dont worry wont be back

All the barbers I noticed were with good skill and very neat.I am a continued customer.

I was just there 7/29/2021 and put my name on the list, I waited and waited for 2 hours, while others walked in and get their haircut done and leave.I told one of the barbers that Ive been waiting for 2 hours and he just said, were going down the list.The other people didnt even write their name on the list and got served as they went in.I didnt get my haircut done, I was mad and left. ZERO STARS FOR THIS BARBER SHOP!

Bad customer service, great haircuts. As busy as this place gets youd think theyd have a decent rotation down. That is incorrect. Ive been here 3 times and every time Ive been forgotten. Was waiting 12:14 walk out 1:45. Walk ins requesting a barber that Im next on and as soon as they walk in they get seated before me ? Hasnt changed, this will be my last time here and I didnt even get my haircut the worse part 🙃 Owners management employees, get it together.

Great haircuts. Long waits so if you can get in and the line is short then do it. You like seeing long waits at barbers tho.

Theyre okay I guess I was in there one day and wanted to get a haircut and the the guy said he doesnt do ladys hair. Its not what he said its how he said it. I thought he was very rude .

This place has great barbers! Theyre all very skilled. The only thing is the wait, is terrible! Youre looking at 1½hrs on the weekends, and maybe more if youd rather wait for your preferred barber. Other than that, theyre all very talented!

They do not follow the list, they hook their friends up before other that wait. I waited for 2 hours and left without a haircut. I find their system very poor and not very customer friendly.

Have used 3 different barbers since moving here. All 3 have done great work. Take their time without rushing you out of the chair. Fair pricing.

I called in they said they don’t take appointments. So we go in they tell me put my name down we sit for over an hour. As this hour goes by I watch at least 8 people come in after us and get the hair cut before us. I ask again they tell me 45 minutes. We left seems like if they don’t know you they put you on the back end.

Great barber shop. Sometimes you’ll have to wait up to an hour (usually 30 minutes), but that’s any good barbershop to be honest. Keep wait times in mind when you decide to go get a cut. Stop by, put your name on the list, run a few errands and then come back. I HIGHLY recommend Patricia!

Explained what I did not get want before the hair cut and that is the first thing the barber does. Did not listen to what I wanted. Hair cut is horrible.

Now feeling relaxed, it’s all due to wonderful beard style provided by them. They are very experienced. I had an issue with my beard style that type of style I should take and my issues was solved by them. They give me a best services in my budget.

Any barber at this place can cut hair better than anyone ive ever went to. Very respectful and polite as well. On Fridays and on the weekends it can be a little bit of a wait.

Andys Barber Shop is a cool Barber Shop these guys are strictly business you sign in and wait your turn and they give you the option of which Barber you prefer unlike other places Ive been to youre sitting there waiting for your turn and then The Barbers friend shows up and get this haircut while you been waiting there for 35 minutes this place has eight chairs and 8 great Barbers to go with them and theres plenty of seating inside and a few TV screens and they offer you free bottles of water which is cool and Juan who is my favorite Barber greets everybody when they come in he is a very friendly person and trusting because the first time I showed up I thought I had money in my wallet so when its time to pay i open up my wallet and to my surprise there was nothing I told him I go get some money out and be right back and he said fine and I did appreciate that and thats one of the reasons I only come here for a haircut because these guys know how to cut your hair exactly the way you like it and every barber that works there is friendly and a true professional you just see it when they deal with all their customers a lot of people love this place and its because of the men and women who work at Andys Barber Shop

In at 6pm left at 8:30pm good cut but not worth almost 3 hrs wait . Last time was a 3 hr wait. So its normal to have people walking In front of you even though your there waiting . So I think next time taking my business elwhere . They are polite though .

Ill tell you how good this crew is I drove from LA to Goodyear for this Haircut and to have a CPR Recert. Come early and/or bring a cell for your rotation. Then be amazed, The whole shop is young, energetic and very professional. Forget style shops, come to a real Barber shop. Bring your family and support these cutters. They put in the time to get it right and make you walk out standing taller than when you came in.

I love this place and the staff is great! I always used Jesus and never left disappointed, however, the wait time is ridiculous. The best barber shop in the west valley, hands down. All barbers are professional and they all give amazing cuts. The only negative is the wait. Try to go during off hours or else youll be waiting for over an hour. Also, if you have Verizon then chances are your cell service will not be too good. There seems to be a dead zone. If this place had an app where you could sign in and free wifi it would be the best shop Ive ever experienced. Still giving it 5 stats because the cuts are what matter.

If you enjoy waiting an hour+ for a mediocre haircut, this place is for you. Every barber there picks there regulars to go in front of you even though there is this “list” you sign in on. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been going to this shop since it opened. I followed Juan over from another shop. They have always been very polite and professional. Place is always clean and busy but that just shows you how good they are. Go see Juan hes the man !

Really friendly staff and received a good haircut

Absolutely the worst barbershop in Goodyear. Service is horrible, the wait is always 2 hours or more plus the time for the actual haircut. Sat there 2 hours just to have all the friend of the barbers be in and out within an hour. Barbers are consistently on their phones and talking to each other rather than cutting hair. A haircut should not be an all day event, if Id wait any longer I wouldve demanded employee pay. I recommend Js baber shop in North Goodyear, no one tops their service.

Read the recent review that this place is racist prior to going in and so was wary because Im white. Went in early in the day on a Monday so the wait time was fair and my name was on a list and when it was my turn I was called. Haircut was excellent quality and the price is great! Left feeling clean and professional. Idk what to tell the guy who had the bad experience maybe they were busy and made a mistake, but the staff seemed very friendly and professional from my point of view.

Very busy shop which tells me that they do a good job cutting hair. My usual waiting time for a cut is from 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. They do have a couple of tvs to watch while you wait. They do a good job cutting my sons hair and this is why we keep coming back.

Been taking my kids there for years dont understand why if you open at 9am after their 1st cut the barber is taking a break around 915/920 when theres a room full of people waiting. Hair cuts are good but their customer service sucks.

Today is the first time I went here, and it was FANTASTIC. Haven’t cut my hair in almost a year, and needed to do so for a very important interview.Jayden was my barber for today, and the guy was a f*****g rockstar. I explained as best as I could, and couldn’t really relay what I wanted since I’ve never had to cut my hair professionally at this length. All I did was show him a picture, and he was able to recommend to me what would look great. I went with his recommendation and it looked fantastic.Will forever be my barber shop from here on out, and I will always ask for Jayden.

The wait is really looooonnnnnnggggg. So be aware of that. I put my name down on the clipboard to sign in, waited the whole entire time. When I knew I was next to be called, my name got skipped and crossed off but no one didnt even say my name at all. So the person that they called instead of me, named Angel. He was getting prepared to get his cut, then they took him off and I told them they skipped me because I checked the clipboard again to see, because I knew Angel came in after I did. So they took him off of getting prepared to get his cut and put me in his spot. I was happy that they did that atleast, and someone that worked there knew I been waiting for a long time. This place is always busy, and I thought that was a good thing. I came in to the barber shop in the middle of the day and had no wait at all. There were three barbers waiting in their chairs, I was greeted by the next available barber, which was my misfortune. I pulled up a picture on my iphone and showed him how I would like my hair cut. I felt I was fairly clear about the cut. I just wanted a trim...this guy went into auto pilot and just started giving me the high and tight standard haircut that all of the barbers in the shop had. He buzzed the side of my head with a #1 or #2 and completely ignored what I had just asked for. Probably the second worst haircut of my life.On a positive note, the shop is clean and the staff was polite.

I like this place they do a really good job, but not for me to sit and wait there for 2 hours and never get called, pple kept coming in straight to get their hair cut and werent even waiting in there!! Thats not right!!
