Checked the business out for my wife who has recently picked up sewing. I was very impressed with their customer service. Dana helped my wife when we came back and really made us feel at home. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for a more personalized experience in the sewing world.

Cant fix our defective screen after 4 attempts. After 2 weeks to send back to manufacturer and still hasnt left their building making excuses on needing a box. Blames us for creating the issue when there is a clear manufacturer defect. Refused to take our machine in trade because they have 6 of the same defective machines currently and cant sell them, stay away from this location.On 11/4/2020 we get a response from this dealer, over 1 year later, and a bunch of false excuses posted. Unbelievable! The shop they needed to send our machine (after several failed attempts to fix) is less than an hour drive away but we were not allowed to take it over. The manufacturing shipping box was on site at Sewing machines Etc within 2 days and sat for 17 days before they shipped it over. We called both he shop and manufacturer daily and they continued to promise to ship that day but it never went... my wife was without her machine almost 3 months!6 months after getting it back, the defective screen started again which is a known Pfaff problem and why this location refused to take her machine in trade AT ALL. There was no offer because you had 6 others with the same issue, you told us to sell to someone online and just pass the issue off. After 5 years of dealing with this issue our machine is now out of warranty.You seem like nice people but your business practices are atrocious. How dare you blame this issue on shipping? What does that have to do with the known manufacturing defect and your inability to fix the issue after 5 attempts??? I certainly will buy local but no longer from here. Equipment Buyers be ware!!!
