Ive had bad experiences in the pass in the dental industry. So, I was very nervous. But Shelly took care of my husband the first week and me the second week. She made me feel right at home. She intro Dr. Fox methods and what to expect. My husband and I agree that Dr. Fox is a genuine Dr. We can see why his staff/team is so warm and inviting. They definitely make an environment for smiles & they look to find a solution for you to afford great care to keep that smile. Look forward to them working with us.

I was in extreme pain from an infection. Smile Solutions got me in ASAP. Shelly brought me back and took care of me from start to finish. She was awesome! I highly recommend and will be back for regular care!

The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole experience quite pleasant! Easily the most friendly, thorough, and hospitable staff I’ve ever dealt with!!!From the first call to make the appointment to walking out the door when I was done, everyone was smiling and happy!!!They talk you through everything and show you the X-rays so you know exactly what they are looking for and looking at. (I’ve never been shown my x-rays let alone have anyone explain what they were looking at.) They even walked me through the billing of what the the charges would be, what insurance would pay, and What I would owe.I would HIGHLY recommend Smile Solutions and Dr. Fox!!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Foxs for quite some time. He seems to be a good dentist but has no communication skills and appears rushed and intolerant to questions and/or concerns. I had a crown placed at his office and the numbing agent they used wasnt working. I expressed some concern and he seemed frustrated that I requested more medication because it extended my time of service. The office staff are generally friendly but they will wear you out with phone calls and reminders. I will be seeking care under a provider who appears to enjoy their job and caring for their patients.

I was so nervous to go to my appointment, Im terrified of dentists. They were so nice and treated me like I have been coming for years. Dr. Fox even took time to talk with me before even going back. The lady that cleaned my teeth and all that was sooo nice and explained everything so well. They sent me a letter thanking me for coming in and sent my sister who recommended them a gift card. Who does that? They do! Loved them!

Dr. Fox and his team have always been amazing! Ive been going to see him for about 15 years. He is always very personable and makes a point to ask something specific about how my family is doing or how work has been. His staff is always friendly and recognizes me the moment I walk in. I highly recommend him for anyone in the Nashville area. It would defiantly be worth the drive to Hendersonville. He is now 30 minutes from my home and I continue to make the drive. I have been going to Dr Fox for 14 years, this week I had to get in to have an immediate Root Canal. Dr Fox told me a month ago that the filling he did might not work due to its position on the tooth. It began to ache badly, I got in immediately. He and the staff helped make a tough situation bearable. That night He called me to see how I was doing. Dr Fox you are the best.

I used to go to Dr. Fox years ago, but moved across town to Antioch. When I started working for my current employer in Goodlettsville, I was delighted that Dr. Foxs office was right next door. He does great work! Has a very caring staff, and I am so glad to be back in their care!

Had a tooth causing pain and called early in the morning and they were able to make room for me in the late afternoon. Found the problem and called pharmacy with medication until I was able to come in for a root canal.
