Dr. McClain is the best. I have no complaints. She is a great dentist that explains things well. She and everyone I see from the front door to her dental assistants are so kind. She is a great person and hires great people.

I am so glad I looked for a new dental office closer to home. This place was so welcoming, comfortable & provided super great service. My RDH was Chandni. She had a great personality from beginning to end & was very thorough assessing & cleaning my teeth. Then came in Dr. MCCLAIN who was totally awesome as well. I told them I will for sure be back for my 6 month checkup. I bragged about them to my husband when I got home. He will see them next week.

Due to the pandemic I hadn’t been to dentist in almost 2 years, so I was a little nervous going in to my visit. My wife had been to Goodlettsville Smiles so I gave them a try. By far the best experience. I love they do their paperwork digitally so I showed up at my appointment time and was seen immediately. My hygienist Chandni was so sweet. She explained everything she was doing to me. Even the pricing for everything so there was no surprises. I had to get a deep clean and she kept apologizing because she thought it was painful but it wasn’t that bad. Doctor McClain was also nice. But my hygienist was so good our time together was short because everything had already been explained. If you are looking for a dentist in Goodlettsville or the surrounding area I would highly recommend you see the ladies at Goodlettsville Smiles.

Sometimes we have to omit changing states is not as easy as what people say it is. I’ve been a California native all my life and to come to Tennessee it’s like starting over again. Meaning doctors dentist places to eat. I am so overwhelmed and blessed that I have found Goodlettsville smiles When I got home I told my wife this is the place I wanna continue to come very nice sweet caring employees there. That’s what makes the difference people who take time to listen and you’re not a number in and out. I recommend it to Who ever is looking for a dentist they can truly put their trust in their hands. I went to Dr Paschal’s dental office for more than 20 years, when he retired he chose the most wonderful replacement. Dr. McClain, Nicole, and all her staff are the most compassionate, patient, friendly office. It’s like going to see family. If you are looking for a dentist office you will not be disappointed. Goodlettsville Smiles is the best!! Saying everyone there is pleasant is an understatement. They are so friendly and make you feel relaxed, which for me is a hard task when at the dentist office. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Chandni, one of the dental hygienists, is great! She is very thorough and gentle. Rachel and Nicole are also just fantastic. I didn’t see Nicole on my last couple of visits but have many times over the years and both her and Rachel just have a calming way and genuine concern for people. Lastly, but certainly not least, is Dr. McClain. Prior to Dr. McClain, I had the same dentist for approx. 30 years until he retired. So, to say she had some big shoes to follow in my eyes is an understatement. But boy has she filled and overflowed them. She certainly knows her stuff and she works quickly and efficiently but also thoroughly. Obviously, I cannot say enough good things about Goodlettsville Smiles. “I can’t wait to go back to the dentist,” says no one ever but I am glad and thankful that when I do, I’m going to see Dr. McClain and her wonderful staff!!

This is by far the best dental place I have been to in Nashville and surrounding area. Just getting in everyone was friendly and welcoming. All paperwork was done online so I did not have to fill out sheets of paperwork before my appointment. I got in right on time and was taken back for my appointment. My dental hygienist was Chandni. She was very good at explaining everything they were doing. She talked me through the images. I was also very impressed with all the stuff they did. I have not had a dentist yet who was so thorough in taking images and took the time to explain and show in detail what was going on with my teeth. The cleaning went very smoothly and Chandni did an awesome job. She also took the time to explain all the costs I would incur. The receptionist made sure as well before I checked out to let me know the cost of the visit and what it could be in the future. They answered all questions I had.Dr. McClain was very nice as well. She looked at my teeth and told me what she thought should be my course of action.In my experience, this is an awesome dental office and the women here are great. If you want good a customer service and a great experience I would totally recommend this place.

I searched online for a good Dentist office in Goodlettsville when I broke a molar. They were quick to get me in to be seen. When I arrived, Chandni examined my tooth and did x-rays. She communicated very well on what she was doing and what the plan was. The next day I had my temporary crown put in by Dr. McClain and her RDA Kelly. I have dental anxiety and this office visit was the best. Dr. McClain was always checking on me during the procedure and giving me small “breaks”. Every member of the team I interacted with was very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future dental needs.

I did my research before I went and since Goodlettsville Smiles has 5 stars from everyone on Google, I felt that this was the place to go. I’ve been 2 times now. On my first visit, I met Rachel. She was fantastic and very friendly and very knowledgeable. She took x-rays etc. Then Dr. McClain came in and she was so nice. They made you feel at home. The second time I went to get my teeth cleaned. That’s when I met Negin. She was wonderful too. I really feel like I hit the jackpot by going there. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to and I’m 65 yrs. old. Everything was so clean. And I met Ashley who is at the front desk and she was exceptionally friendly also. I would highly recommend Goodlettsville Smiles to anyone. My research really paid off and I am extremely thankful for getting treated like family. Try them out and you will be glad you did.

I was a little late to my appointment today. But the staff was great at getting me in right away. Kelly cain,RDA was very polite and professional at getting me ready. On my previous visit I had told Dr. McClain that I had a lot of anxiety with dentist because of a traumatic experience I had when I was younger. Dr. McClain was very reassuring and kind with my needs. The entire time Kelly and Dr McClain asked me if I was OK and told me everything that they were doing. I didnt feel any pain and it was over before I knew it. When I was ready to go,Kelly set me up for a new appointment and Dr McClain wished me well. It was the best experience I have had with a dentist in over 25 years. I looked forward to them helping me get the smile that I want.

I’m a problem patient, because I have such a phobia of dentistry. Any part of it, from cleaning to x-rays to actual dental work. I had a few traumatizing experiences in my past that have stuck with me. This place; this is the place to come. The first person I met was absolutely warm and friendly, even bubbly and fun. I’m spacing on her name (sorry), but she was very calming!! My x-rays were messing with me a little, probably a psychological gag reflex. Nicole Cates was SO PATIENT with me, and didn’t make me feel like it was a real problem. Also, Dr. McClain suggested a little salt on my tongue to counteract the gag reflex. I did it, but didn’t believe her. Wellllll she was right. Sorcery! I have to come back for some dental work, and even though I have my phobia, I know this is the place.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I went in for a cleaning and was impressed by their charm and knowledge. This particular office utilizes high-end technological tools, which made me feel that I was getting the best treatment for my teeth. Negin was the person who cleaned my teeth today and I felt absolutely no pain. I cannot be happier. I sadly had to have an abscessed tooth pulled. It was my choice to not attempt to retreat this old root canal at a specialist, but I was still very sad about losing a tooth. Everyone was so very caring and comforting about it all. I didnt experience any pain during the extraction. Rachel Deloach was an absolute angel, and was so kind and comforting throughout. Dr. McClain was also very kind, and was as gentle as you possibly can be with a procedure like an extraction. Once that tooth was out, it was clear I had made the best decision to have it extracted, but losing a tooth is always sad. They made a stressful situation be as good as it possibly could be. I will return.

They focus in on any issues and the preventative care is AWESOME. It is a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Dr. McClain is the best. She makes you feel comfortable and secure in her chair.
